Harris nodded in agreement slowly. He wasn't sure how well they'd be excepted either. His sister was out there somewhere in another pack, since the splitting of Crimson and his father's death he hasn't seen Laurel for a year now. They had their own differences and morals... Harris' mind snapped back to reality once Belle laid down in the warm soft grass.

{Sorry, I'm in class so I'll be kind of poofy}
Belle turned her head to Harris and looked at him in a questioning manner. "You understand that I'm sure." She noticed him drawing again and sat up. She moved behind Harris and rested her chin on his shoulder to watch what he was doing. "What are you doing now?"

Harris concentrated on the outline of Belle on the milky white paper. "Well actually I was drawling you." Harris spoke in a awkward tone, not sure what she would say to it. Her warm breath rolled upon his jaw line as he spoke.
It's ok Gumball I'm having to read The Scarlet Letter haha))

Belle grinned at the simple outline. It was a good start, and she would like to see it finished. "I think it looks good so far. But if you draw me, try to make me a little prettier would ya?" She implied compared to what she looks likes in real life.

"Are you kidding me? I most likely couldn't capture all of your beauty with a pencil and paper.." Harris murmured then smirked.

Belle moved herself away from his shoulder and sat beside him, a bit closer than she did before but didn't think much of it. She nudged him with her elbow in his side when he wasn’t drawing. "Oh shut up. You don't mean that." Belle chuckled.

"Yes! I do mean it!" Harris barked playfully at her response. He then shut his book with the pencil trapped inside. He knew he needed to go collect food for the pack soon before the sun went down. "Do you want to go hunt with me Belle?" Harris asked in a softer tone.

Belle gave him a playful glare when he said he meant it. But was somewhat glad for the change in subject. Hunting sounded nice actually, whether on their territory or someone else's. It merely got your anger out, and fed you at the same time. It was truly a satisfying combination. "Of course." She responded before going back to her wolf form. Her eyes were still different colors, the blue one lighting up more than the brown as the sun was setting. "What we're you thinking of catching? I have too much energy right now, I don't know what to do with myself."

Harris formed into his towering wolf, his sunset filled eyes gazed down at Belle. "Maybe a deer or if we can't find anything we can travel to the Moon Warriors boarders.." Harris growled slyly.

Harris was tall, even in wolf form. She was no where near as intimidating as he was when it came to comparing the two. She may have a scar, but that doesn't really get you very far. "Stirring up some trouble with other wolves sounds like more fun." Belle turned in a circle out of her own excitement and then sat down again. She tilted her head to one side, letting her tongue hang out. "What do you think?"

Harris opened his mouth, forming a canine smile. "Sure!" He spoke in a slight howl tone. Harris then leaped into the woods.

"Hey! Wait up!" Belle yipped before bounding after him. She opened her stride to cover more ground and was soon running beside Harris. She may have speed on her side, but strength was more of Harris's well...strength. They made a good duo when hunting. It was soon though, that she could smell a very faint scent of markings made by the other pack that bordered them. And quickly they became stronger until they faded behind her and Harris. She skidded to a halt like stomping on the brakes of a car, and panted, wanting to catch her breath. "We should probably be a bit more cautious now." She opened her mouth in what would be a wolf version of a grin.

Laurel snapped the neck of the hare quickly. The faint taste of iron lingered on her tongue. Laurel's amber eyes gazed around the underbrush as a odd scent rose in her territory.
Harris panted then gazed around the forest floor. The sweet yet tangy scent of Moon Warriors filled his nostrils. "Your right Belle." Harris panted somemore.

"You keep watch. I'll try tracking for something." She told him like it was not an offer. Because it wasn't really. She stuck her nose to the ground, tail up as she did so, and mouth open just a little to drink in the scent. There was definitely deer here, and she saw hoof prints in the soft earth that signaled which way they went. Belle looked up at Harris and thrust her head in the direction they were headed. "This way." She continued along the invisible path the smell had made.

Harris stalked after Belle. He could hear the eire sound of bull frogs in the distance as the sun slowly slithered down the sky. Bountiful strips of blue and purple replaced the orange glow..

It wasn't long before Belle found droppings, and then a strong scent of deer washed over her. The herd was close by, in fact, she could see them. They were small from the distance they were at, but that gave them plenty of room to form an attack. "How are we planning on going about this? The young and old ones as the target? Or the adults?" The young and old deer were the easier kills, and less likely to fight back. It was the adult ones that could fight back, and we're much harder to take down.

It's ok I'm about to go to work soon... Till 8:( )
Harris gazed apon the herd. "We could split the young ones from their mother's?" Harris said then hunched down behind a bush so he wasn't so noticeable.. "I'll sneak over on the other side and then you draw them to me. That way I can snag a fawn.." Harris whispered then began to crawl around the feild.

Belle nodded at his plan. It seemed like it would work. And they did not have very many options, there were only two of them, not a pack. She started forward out of the bush, keeping low to the ground so she would be harder to detect. The setting sun was also camouflaged her with the ground. She moved over swiftly to circle the herd so she was on the opposite side of where she started before letting out a howl to surprise them. The deer froze put of terror but then began to run away from the sound. Belle licked her lips before letting out a snarl and giving chase. She barked several times to try and keep them going in the Right direction. The young deer were starting to fall behind, and one in particular caught her eye. She would need to get the mother away so Harris could go after the fawn. She cut through the herd, and towards the doe that was trying to keep close to the fawn and started nipping at her hooves. She moved away though before the doe could kick her and then slowly proceeded to sperate the two. Upon reaching Harris's location, Belle was in full sprint, making sure the grown deer was away from the young one.

Harris lunged at the unprotected fawn. His large fangs pierced through the fawn and it gave out a dying shriek before the body went numb. Harris dragged their kill closer to the woods and waited for Belle. Right before he called out to her, Laurel jumped out of the underbrush. A deep growl rippled from her throat. "Laurel?" Harris barked. He felt a pang of relief that she was okay, but as good as that was she was now an enemy...

Belle had stopped to catch her breath after she chased the herd far away enough from Harris. Once she did recieve her second wind, she was prepared to bound back to her packmate. However, she felt her hackles raise when she saw another wolf appear from the bushes. This one was obviously not one of their own, as Belle would have recognized them. Her lips were drawn back in a snarl, and she started growling. She charged forward, and used her momentum to tackle the strange wolf.

Laurel grunted from the impact and let out a shriek. Once on the ground she looked up at the dark female. "Get off of me!" She howled darkly. Her eyes flickered with anger.
Harris walked slowly up to his sister and packmate. His matching eyes showed the same coldness.

Belle was lucky she had enough momentum to bowl the wolf over, and wasn't about to fail whoever allowed her that luck. She glared down at the wolf, her face menacing and hateful. She tried to hurt Harris! That wasn't happening to him on her watch. "Keep your nose out of other's buisness." She warned

"I'm Beta!" Laurel growled darkly. She then managed to lift herself into standing. "Nice to see you brother.. Your appearance has dwindled over the span of one year." Laurel moaned. Harris looked down at his younger sister. "I was never like you and dad Laurel." Harris hissed. Laurel ignored her brother's harshness and gazed over to the fawn, then to Harris and the odd female. Their scents seemed to mingle perfectly. "So you have yourself a mate now eh?" She chuckled painfully... "And you two couldn't manage to find food in your own territory?!"

"We're not mates. But I bet you wish you had one." Belle snapped, getting back down into an attack position. She started growling again, her tail was raised up to, even that was ready for an attack. Belle kept herself close to Harris in a protective gesture, even though he could handle himself. Perhaps she was just looking to comfort herself.

Laurel looked long and hard at the brother she had missed. She sighed then moaned. "Take the food and go... But if I see you or her on my land again it will be the last time you see night or day." Laurel seemed to grow more cruel with every word. "Now go!" She howled and lunged towards them both.
Harris looked deep into his sister's eyes. He hung his head in submission then walked back to the kill. 'I've missed you' he said in mind link to Laurel.

Belle shot a glare back to his sister, but she kept her mouth shut. She simply made her way to the deer and helped Harris pick it up. The walk was harder back to their territory since she was tired and supporting more weight, but as long as they were bringing food, it would be worth it. She shifted a bit with the fawn's weight, but was managing for the most part. Belle noticed the glum look Harris had and concern flashed in her eyes. "Are you okay Harris?"

Harris looked at Belle with sad eyes. "It's hard not to have family around.." Harris said softly. He and his father never clicked but when he was little Laurel was his best friend. And now they are expected to be enemies..

Belle nodded. It was hard to not have family around, she knew exactly how it felt. And even though they were there, they weren't at the same time. It killed her inside, it always did, but she can only focus on a straight and narrow path without obstacles. "I know how you feel. It's never going to be easy, but prioritize what you do and where your loyalties lie."

Harris nodded slowing, hanging on each word. "True." He mumbled. He glanced at the small houses in the distances. Each belonged to a wolf, most of the houses here were kinda torn apart. Harris helped pull the fawn into the front yard.

"Should we eat it ourselves or leave it for the others? I'm fine with either." Belle assured him. One fawn would be enough for a few wolves, which was how much they needed to bring home each day. It was how they all pitched in.
