But maybe make a list of all the different things this sort of roleplay would need and then have different people work on different things?

well, I'll go try to put together what we do have on my first post and then we can sort out what else we'll need c:
maybe make all of the descriptions short and to the point so there isn't a giant wall of text to read and newcomers aren't daunted by it?

This seems interesting. I can't really commit to joining since I'm already in two Clans and I don't think I could handle a third, but I really like this idea.

I'm not sure. Writing everything up, but I'm not sure what. Perhaps the About that explains the purpose of the roleplay?
Also, I'm thinking since I'm not on here very often, I was thinking of just being a mentor. It'd be kind of hard to handle such a complex roleplay on top of all the other stuff I have cx
But I could be the admin, of course. It might just mean I'd pop in a lot, but only for short periods of time. Maybe that'd be better? I don't think I'd be able to mentor, but I could fix any problem we might encounter.
