Shadestar looked at the tom and sighed, "I suppose you can stay in camp for now, or you may leave if you fear Nettlehawk will regonise you, no matter, be strong and safe Dustsong." Shadestar said. She heard a voice and walked out to see Thornclover and Sagepaw. She approached them, "I hope clan life is treating you well Thornclover, I see you have met a very significant member of the clan." She said, eyes shining in pride over Sagepaw.

"No! Of course not! She's nice, snappy and perfect materiel for me. No Sagepaw, you don't lose you're mind when you fall in love. You just..uh, want to go deeper into your relationship. You only love it when you have a crush on some cat and you don't so that's why you don't understand..at least I think that's why." Thorn clover replied.

☁︎ roleplay ☁︎ Sagepaw tipped her head to the side. "That's weird. And yucky." She then asked a question. "How do you know if somebody loves you?" Sagepaw asked. She visibly winced. If Thornclover was any indication, than if a cat had a crush on you, you better get away from them as fast as possible. Otherwise, you'd be soaked in their drool, as they desparately slobbered after you. Sagepaw wondered if any cat did love her. Nobody had soaked her yet, so she supposed that was a good sign. But maybe this cat was good at keeping slobber in their mouth. The very thought made Sagepaw hot and sweaty. She hoped that no cat was obsessed with her the way that Thornclover was obsessed with Amberfang. |

☁︎ roleplay ☁︎ Sagepaw gasped. "Do you know anyone who loves me?" She prayed and hoped that he hadn't. Otherwise, that would be so gross. Her thoughts were interrupted when a certain melodic voice was heard. She spun around and grinned brightly. "Hi Shadestar!" She said, excited. It was no secret to any cat in the clan that Sagepaw admired her mentor's best friend, and in Sagepaw's eyes, lover. Sagepaw would talk to her leader any chance she got. She blushed slightly when Thornclover mentioned what they were talking about. "For reference." She mumbled. At Shadestar calling her significant, and looking at her proudly, she froze in her place and looked her leader straight in the eyes. Shadestar thought she was significant! A small smile appeared on her face, and an embarrassed look appeared on her face " ... You're pretty significant yourself ..." She said happily, as well as nervously. |

"Sagepaw, would you like to go on a walk? I want to investigate the odd amount of rouges near by..." She told the apprentice.

☁︎ roleplay ☁︎ Sagepaw smiled. "Absolutely!" She bounced along to the leader, and smiled hopefully. She snickered a bit as her leader stuttered, but felt a bit of confusion. The leader was supposed to be elegant and confident, not stuttering! But she didn't question it. After all, this was Shadestar she was talking about, and Shadestar always had a reason for everything. She pushed it out of her head and a thought appeared in her head. Plus, using her newfound love skills Thornclover had taught her, she could help push her leader and mentor together! She turned around to face Thornclover. "Bye! See ya later! Good luck charming Amberfang!" She said excitedly. She still had a question unanswered in her head, though. She faced Shadestar. "Do you know if anyone has weird crush feelings towards me?" |

Shadestar smiled gently, she had grown to like this apprentice, befriend her. "I'm sure any tom with a good eye and good taste likes you who knows you, but I don't see any swooning over you, that's good, you become their friend first, and let love grow, then it's a true type. That's what my father always told me." Shadestar said gently.

Florasky returned to camp after her walk with Sootstorm and Palecloud, "Nice walk guys!" she said and walked into camp. She ran into Shiningsoul by accident and let off a quick apology, turning to walk away as soon as she recovered from the trip.

Shadestar froze for a second, and felt like her heartbeat was increasing, why would she ever be accused of loving her best friend? She looked at Sagepaw and attempted helplessly to change the topic, giving a wide grin with the idea that came. "Did you almost call him dorky?" She said firmly, but almost stuttering. She looked down, and was now deep in thought. How could she know if she was in love? She kind of didn't feel it really ever before, how would she depict it now?

"No, he's a friend, I admire his battle and nobility, but not his looks, he looks nice and everything, I just wouldn't say any tom or she-cat is attractive and fall in love with them for that alone. ☁︎ roleplay ☁︎ Shiningsoul moped around camp. His thoughts were still in a flurry. He felt extremely bad for hurting Florasky. She was just telling the truth, but he had to mess it up. Nice going, Shiningsoul. He thought angrily. He felt a light thud against his chest, and looked down. A few tears formed in his eyes as he saw it was Florasky. As she quickly walked away, he called out to her loudly. "Florasky, wait!" He called out. "I'm - I am ..." He said nervously. He dipped his head down and ran away. He could figure out how to saw sorry to the she - cat he'd clearly hurt so much. He knew what he would say. He would do a big theatrical sorry, and then swoop her up in his arms. Sincere and sweet. But when he tried to open his mouth, it was suddenly dry as sand.
Sagepaw rolled her eyes. "Obvious. You want him because he's charming, sweet, noble, mysterious, a good mentor to me, it goes on. Just admit it!" She jumped in front of the leader, eyes sparkling. "You know I'm not one for that sappy stuff, but every cat cat see it!" She ran up to her leader and placed a paw tenderly on Shadestar's chest. "Trust me on this one." She said softly, smiling tenderly. She wanted her leader to be happy, and she was absolutely sure that was with Moonheart. "Do you like the way he talks to you? The way he smiles, and jokes?" A sudden, worrisome thought struck Sagepaw. What if Shadestar decided to tease her again and tell her how she had a crush on Moonheart? "And StarClan forbid you teasing me about ... that." Sagepaw remarked gingerly. |

Shadestar thought, "Nice perspective, but just because I am his friend doesn't mean I like him, or he likes me Sagepaw." She said gently. Though now she was starting to realize something, Sagepaw was right, Shadestar was technically in-love with Moonheart. Her eyes widened and she cringed slightly, taking a deep breath she waited for Sagepaw's response.

Florasky looked up, and saw the tears in his eyes. She started feeling bad, did she physically hurt him, oh dear...She ran after him. "Sorry Shiningsoul, are you okay, you seem a bit...off lately?" she said, and ran after him. She had basically chose to try and forget their fight.

He liked her, he did, but right now it hurt so bad to even glance at the beautiful, sweet girl. He knew that he had shattered her heart into a million pieces, and he knew that there was no fixing his mistake. He couldn't be around her. He wanted to apologise, but he never was able to. I probably come off as a huge cocky brat to her ... Because that's who I am. I always have been, and I don't know how to heal the scars. I've ... never really thought about anybody apart from myself. A few hot tears ran down his cheeks But I want to. I want to so badly. He ran up to her until their muzzles were half a mouse tail away "I love you." He whispered. Was that a good apology?
Sagepaw raised an eyebrow. "I have tons of male friends. But are any of them mate material? Absolutely not! But the difference between you and me is that it's obvious you two aren't just friends. You could be gross mates. Please, believe me when I say that I take no joy in saying this." Sagepaw lied. "But you are destined to be togeher, or something sappy like that!" She called out. As she padded alongside the leader, she noticed something change. In her eyes. Something dawned on her leader. Sagepaw whispered quitely. "I've gotten to you." She was in shock. Then, a huge grin appeared on Sagepaw's face. "I've gotten to you! Woop! Sagepaw, TwilightClan's matchmaker!" She bounced excitedly around her leader. "Hell yeah! This girl!" Sagepaw, obviously, was quite proud of herself and made sure that everybody else knew what she had done. |

"What!?" Florasky said, and looked at him. She remembered some of the feelings she had for him, did he really return them? Now? Really, she knew some of the feelings lingered, but looked down. She didn't know how to respond, what to say, or what to do. She was in complete shock.
(Goodness, that was quick XD...wasn't expecting that!)
Shadestar sighed, her mouth gaped open. "I probably just think I love him because you keep accusing me of it. Probably not real feelings Sagepaw!" She explained, a blush running on her face. What did this apprentice think she was doing?

☁︎ out of character ☁︎ he probably didn't know what to say, and because of his flirtatious manor still being there { it's hard to grow out of a habit which has been there his whole life, he thought that that would be acceptable. don't worry, true love wouldn't happen right away, especially for a fickle cat like him.

He wanted to set things right between him and the she - cats he had hurt, and he thought that he should try and be more understanding and empathetic, but it was really hard. "Are you angry at me? do you not want to be friends anymore?" He asked. He said sadly, not aware of the fact that they weren't exactly friends. "I just wanted to say sorry for being so cocky and awful and shallow to you when we were apprentices! I never knew that you got hurt by what I said! He cried out loud, the words pouring out like a river.
Sagepaw chuckled a little. "Hehe. Sure." Sagepaw, as far as she was concerned, had done extremely well. "You'll thank me later, once you're mates." Sagepaw smiled. She rolled her eyes when Shadestar said that they weren't real feelings. "Come on! You're blushing like crazy. That me - Okay, I'll give you that." Sagepaw said, halfway realising that her own logic could beused against her by Shadestar. Even though she admired her leader, and loved her, in her own way, she still couldn't resist teasing her. It was fun to see her blush. And she really wanted her to be happy! Sagepaw even hoped that Moonheart could be happy! Only a little though. She circled around Shadestar, and licked her leader affectionately on the cheek. "Admit it." She whispered. |
