rivers black
His arm was draped lazily behind his head, propping his neck up ever so slightly. His slender fingers played with the strands of his own coppery hair, nonchalantly ignoring the figure next to him. The sheets were bundled up upon his body, exposing his left leg as the heated embrace seemed to bear too much for the boy. Long, raven black hair was spread across his bare chest, moving in unison with each breath that was taken. Heavy eyelids covered brilliant blue eyes, for only a second more, before they were slowly moving around the room -- taking in the view completely. Luckily for the handsome college student, he was in his own bed and there was no confusion on what had happened last night, especially as his blue eyes moved down to look at the smaller girl that was still sound asleep, snuggling against his overly warm body.
He sighed, a hint of disgust rolled off his tongue as he maneuvered himself out of the bed and onto the cool carpet floor of his small bedroom. Rivers ran a hand through his wild, bedhead hair before giving another groan. He might have been in his own room, but he heard the commotion of all his housemates moving around. There was way too much talking for the early morning. Normally, he would have already been at the gym, however, last night ended up taking a turn for the unexpected. Glancing over his toned shoulder, he eyed the girl who was now rubbing her eyes, makeup slightly smearing even more than it already was. She certainly wasn't unattractive, after Rivers could be called a snob when it came to the spectrum of "attractiveness". She sat up, gathering the sheets around her body, before tilting her head towards Rivers -- a silent, but always asked question, of what he was doing. He simply shrugged before pulling on gym shorts over his boxers and a plain gray tee over his chiseled, bare chest. He glanced once more at the black hair, brown eyed girl before motioning for her to gather her clothes. He wasn't one to speak a lot in the morning, the slumber heavy in his throat making his voice more hoarse than it normally was and to be honest, this college kid was barely awake.
It didnt help that his entire household decided today would be the day to wake up early, which meant that this girl was going to be headed out the back door because questions were not on Rivers' agenda today. Taking a step towards his door, he waited for the girl to scurry up to him, her personal items in hand and her wide eyes on Rivers. He winked at her, before opening the door and leading her out. There was no hesitation in his steps as he lead her to the backdoor, away from the many voices of his housemates. It could almost be rude for him to just shoo her out the back door but he had already explained that this was casual, no string attached -- Rivers was not the relationship type and hooking up was just something he did, it was quite satisfying. He had no obligations to ever see her, text her, or do anything to make her seem wanted ... it was his number one rule and not many girls ever really voiced their complaints. Let's be honest, Rivers was the top player at this college, riding a full scholarship for being involved with quite too many sports.
Rivers closed the back door before walking to the kitchen and right into the mess of his housemates. There was quite a bit of words being exchanged, too many for Rivers liking but thats what happened when you decide to live with more than four people at a time. He had no secrets to hide of his whereabouts last nights, but he certainly did not brag about anything ... well, not at first. He was sure that Kaeden would say something sooner or later, after all, they played for the same team here and there and were quite the friends.
Just as he walked into the room to join the rest of his friends, he glanced at the front door and let out a snicker. Stella, the party girl of the house, was standing in the doorway and the face she wore was one that Rivers knew immediately. It was the walk of shame and she had not been expecting to run into everyone, and just as expected -- everyone was staring at her.
Rivers strolled forward, brushing past Ariella and Aleks. He walked right up to Stella and wrapped one of his muscular arms around her shoulder. "Did you at least have fun?" He smirked as he pulled her close, his cool blue eyes moving from Stella's face towards the rest of his house mates. "Can I just say you guys are up so early today, whats the occasion?" The handsome bronzed haired boy smiled his perfect smile; there was no surprise registering on his face as he cocked his head to his side, waiting for anyone to reply to his question. However, he really couldn't care less, he was headed to the gym to hits the weights and get ready for the school year to start, with conditioning happening as soon as break was over. Rivers was raised to be at least polite, so he figured he better ask his friends what was going on, and why so early.

Alecks moved away from the door upon hearing Ari ask for more time to get ready. Luckily he moved away from the door just in time to avoid an awkward run in with Stella as she came through the door just as he turned away from it. He went to the couch taking a seat as he'd wait for everyone to get ready. He didn't complain about waiting, though he clearly wanted to get going he wasn't a fond of crowds especially a crowd of hungover people. He still couldn't understand why anyone would want to do that it just seemed like a big waste of time. Though at the same time deep down he did wonder it was like to live like them partying all night, and all that. He highly doubted he'd like it, but a small side of him was urging him to take up the chance to go to one party. He'd probably end up standing in a corner though if he did go, however he made a secret note to go to one next time.
At the sound of a gym he looked at Ari raising a eyebrow. "You know if you woke up earlier, you could join me in jujutsu." He stated it was something he offered pretty much everyone, though no one ever seemed to partake in the offer for various reasons. Most of the time it was due to the time, or how serious he takes it. "It's a good workout, without bathing in another person's sweat." He stated trying to remember the last time he went to a gym. He had picked up crossfit in his earlier days though it quickly became something he lost interest in. As for the last time he went to a casual gym, he just didn't like crowds so he didn't stay very long their. Jujutsu was the only thing he did anyways since he wasn't trying to look jacked, or anything. He just wanted a way to avoid a beating if someone attacked, and so far jujutsu was perfect for that.
Hearing the early morning statement from Rivers Alecks turned his gaze to the man. "If you don't awake by four am, you have already begun wasting the day." He stated sounding very much like a monk as he gave off his quote of the day. The idea of becoming a monk had even struck him before though while he was a pretty tame guy he wasn't that tame. "Though to fully enjoy the day you should awake by three." He added to his previous statement as he twirled the bottom end of his facial hair, a small little kink the man had that he could never drop doing.
(Still trying to figure out what I want Alecks to be. xD)

sebastian serafin -- (whoa guys, i'm kinda loopy. good luck reading this lol it's SO BAD) --- Good god, it was early. Too early. Especially since Sebastian had just come back from his super-fun-super-tiring backpacking trip to Spain. (Why had he decided to do this? He didn’t know. Sebastian, by nature, was an adventure-seeker. So when he had gotten the opportunity to visit a European country to which he had not visited previously, he jumped at the chance. After all, who wouldn’t? But, man, jet-lag was a real killer. Honestly. And Sebastian was the type of guy who valued sleep. One would not typically see him pulling an all-nighter, even with a huge exam looming. So. Coming back from Spain and being forced to wake up at basically the crack of dawn was not exactly..his version of ideal.)
As he groggily pulled himself out of bed, taking a moment to run a hand through his golden hair and ruffling it as he did, he pulled his phone from the nightstand which stood a foot or so away. Great. A text from Tobias. What could his rowdy, older brother possibly want with him right now? Right as he was trying to find the motivation to live (or to just get out of bed, but really, same thing). How inconvenient. Really.
(His brother was quite the interesting character. Tobias was the kind of guy who chased a good time. Like. Not that he was the complete Polar Opposite™ of his younger brother? But he kinda was. Sebastian liked organization. He liked to keep his life in order. He wasn’t the biggest fan of spontaneity, whereas Tobias lived and breathed a spur-of-the-moment lifestyle. And he was a total charmer. Not that Sebastian wasn’t, just, their personalities differed, in a sense. Tobias was a womanizer. That was that. There was no disputing that fact. If he found someone attractive, he would make it known. Sebastian was more timid than his elder brother. He had always been that way.)
And it wasn’t like the two of them were extremely close or anything. Like, yeah, sometimes they would call or text one another to check in and see how the other was doing, but it wasn’t something that happened super often. And normally, when Tobias reached out to Sebastian, it was just to tell him to “get out there” or to “start living your freakin’ life”. So. It wasn’t as if Sebastian exactly looked forward to hearing from Tobias. He didn’t like being told how to live his life.
So, anyway, when he finally got around to actually reading the text, it didn’t disappoint. Instead of asking if Sebastian had, oh, I don’t know, survived the flight home, or had a good trip, or something else a loving sibling would say, Tobias’ text simply read, “hope u finally hooked up with a hot spanish girl, loser.” Like. How comforting was that. Love you too, bro.
Rolling his eyes, he tossed the phone into the pocket of his sweats before (rather reluctantly) standing, stretching his arms up, over his head as he did, and heaving a sigh through his slightly-parted lips as he relaxed again. At this point, his pine-green eyes were barely open, and he lifted a hand, running the back of his palm over his forehead before letting it drop again. He had half a mind to just waltz out into the living area without putting a shirt on (because really, laziness. Plus, he knew he had good abs. Maybe someone would wanna stare). But, after hearing the commotion obviously occurring in the living area (after all, the walls of their home were thin, and Sebastian heard everything. even some stuff he really didn’t wanna hear, ok) he decided against this idea. Striding quickly across his bedroom, he pulled a simple, black, v-neck from his dresser, and he pulled it over his toned, bare chest. The shirt fit quite well to his muscular torso you’re welcome, ladies. There. Now he was at least somewhat presentable. (Well. As presentable as a guy with super shaggy and disheveled blond hair could be.)
He trudged out into the kitchen, barely picking up his feet and instead letting them half-skate across the floor, and wow there were a lot of people out and about already. What time was it again? He pulled his phone from his pocket. Holy crap. Seven in the morning. And already, everyone, freaking everyone, was up. What the hell was goin’ on?
His emerald gaze darted from person to person, almost as if he were taking a silent attendance, and — oh! There was Stella. Letting herself in through the front door, looking like heck (even though she was a beautiful girl, Sebastian could tell that she’d had a rough wink, wink night) in yesterday’s clothes. Okay. So. Everyone seemed to be here. Unless he miscalculated, but, whatever. He wasn’t gonna count again, okay? Just. Nope.
Coffee. He needed coffee. Especially with this jet-lag nagging at his soul, as if it were personally urging him to return to sleep. He could smell a pot brewing, and he kinda-awkwardly shimmied by a few people as he tried to near the counter. It was if he were a bloodhound. But like, with a knack for sniffing out caffeine. It was a true talent of his. Since coffee was his secret to survival. After a bit of a battle getting through the crowded kitchen (accidentally knocking into people in the process, but that wasn’t his problem), he grabbed a mug and filled it with strong, hot, black coffee. His favorite. There was little more in the world that Sebastian Serafin loved more than a cup of coffee. (Call him obsessed. It would be an accurate statement.) With a single sip, he felt rejuvenated. Was this what druggies felt like?
Anyway. He needed to get out of that war-zone of a kitchen. God, there were too many people crowded into such a small space. Almost to the point of making him claustrophobic. So he decided to make a beeline for Stella and Rivers. Since they were two people Sebastian actually liked. (Not that he didn’t like other people in the house. It was just that Stella and Rivers’ location was nice too? Since it was sort of away from all of the mayhem.)
Heaving yet another sigh, he practically stumbled into Rivers, though he managed to catch himself at the last possible moment, flailing as he regained his balance. Good lord, he was a wreck. He blamed the time difference between Europe and America. It was dumb, okay? Really, really dumb.
“Sorry ‘bout that, man,” he chuckled, voice rough and gravelly with sleep, lips curling into a bit of a half-smirk, and green irises twinkling with a bit of self-deprecating mirth.
His attention then shifted to Stella, and he found himself continuing to laugh, not at her, per se, but at the situation. She had literally come home at the worst possible time. And, man, that was amusing.
”How was your night?” he inquired with a knowing wink, teasingly elbowing her forearm. Lightly, he added under his breath, “Like we don’t already know.”

Skylar Brennan At the words of her friend, Skylar grinned, turning her head to the side to glance at Ari. "Don't you worry," she responded teasingly, her eyes twinkling with laughter. "We'll get you to the gym on time. Wouldn't want you running into trouble. Like sweaty machines. Or people. Or heaven forbid you have to talk to sweaty men while trying to get on sweaty machines!" Then she danced backward, as if she expected Ari to try to hit her. Given her friend's temper, it wouldn't surprise her. But her eyes still shone with laughter. People started to show up rather quickly after that. First was Stella, who showed up in the same clothes that Skylar remembered seeing her in yesterday and looking as if she'd seen better times. Skylar and the other girl had never gotten on well-- though Skylar had nothing against her-- yet she shot the other a sympathetic look. She'd come in at the worst possible moment. The next two who came in were the resident hotties of the household, who both went straight up to Stella. First was Rivers, who was gorgeous as always, despite the messy hair and the hangover. Skylar might have once been attracted to him, but she'd shoved that aside when he started dating Ari. When he'd committed the Big Mistake, any respect she had for him had died immediately. He'd hurt her friend, and that wasn't something Skylar was willing to forgive easily. Next came Sebastian, who Skylar definitely found attractive. Blond hair. Forest green eyes. Good smile. He looked as if he'd just crawled out of bed. One that he'd been sharing, she guessed from the flush of his cheeks, though his hookup was nowhere in sight. Probably escaped out the back, she guessed. The thought brought a bit of a smirk to her face. "Morning, Seb. You look like you had a good night. Stella, not so much, honestly. You should get in the shower, it'll make you feel a bit better, though there aren't any foolproof remedies for hangovers. The ones on the Internet are all wives' tales." She ignored Rivers completely, though his presence still registered in her mind. She always knew when he was around. Even if he was an unfaithful twat who didn't deserve her notice.
