Kafzel set himself down on the ground and set his staff behind him and nodded in Everan's direction, a soft glow the signaled and Ancientblood. Alchemia? He'd met the gag once and had gotten a swift smack to the head with her staff. Then he turned his face back towards Lucifer and shrugged simply. "Honestly, I'm not certain." He told Lucifer simply as he listened to the sounds beyond them and in the tent. The rustle of the branches beyond them and the howl of the wind as it began to pick up, the voices of the others beyond this tent and wall, then the scraping of Everan on the arrowheads. It was much noisier down here that was for certain. After a momen Kafzel sighed and tipped his head back, "It just felt right. I have no idea why and I'm certain my mother won't tell me. So I suppose I'm here until I figure it out." He sighed a heavily annoyed and disgruntled sigh. 'Well you can stick with us until you figure out what it is, if you'd like.' Lucifer replied, smiling at him warmly. 'The general won't care. Besides, I'm sure you'll find our suffering amusing.' Everan chuckled and nodded in agreement. 'I'm dreading to think what our first week will be spent doing.' He grinned. Lucifer sighed and shook his head. 'Me too.'

'No.' Hathor politely replied, rummaging through his bag of possessions to pull out a sketch pad. He leaned back against the tent wall, glad for the support of the earth behind it, and began to quietly sketch to pass the time. 'I do not think this storm will be pleasant.' He said, starting to frown. 'Aren't... they cold?' He added, looking up at Amos. "Depends where you are when it happens." Amos said, nodding slightly. "If you're where we are now, then yeah, but if you've somewhere to go, then you can find a warm place." 'You're going to be freezing.' Hathor bluntly said. 'The earthen walls don't exactly trap heat- and these sleeping bags are built for Varezian main island weather- not violent off-the-coast weather.' He flinched as the first howl of wind throw itself against the camp, and jumped out of his skin at a shattering crackle of thunder, the flash of lightning turning the inside white, despite the walls shielding them. His eyes wide, he looked to Amos, conveying his first emotion since they'd met- fear.

He glared at him slightly, then looked away again, jumping a second time at another crash of thunder, breathing becoming shaky and nervous. Being from Frissa, Hathor had never seen nor heard a lightning storm before- the worst they got was howling winds and pelting blizzards.

'I'm a son of Frost, Amos.' Hathor told him, revealing that his appearance wasn't just because he was from he ice kingdom, but the fact he most likely had an internal freezer in his body. He jumped at yet another crash of thunder and released a panicked noise, curling his knees to his chest and squeezing his eyes shut, feeling like a terrified child again.

Amos rolled to look at him through half closed eyes, his mouth twitching at the corners. "Doesn't have to be for the cold either, y'know." He said, before rolling back into his original position.

Hathor felt the first surge of irritation that he'd had for a long while at Amos' mocking attitude, jumping for a third time and curling himself into the corner of the tent, body shivering due to the fear response.

Hathor hesitated, but jumped forwards at another strike of lightning and shakily moved over to him, sliding onto the bedroll and into his arms, before lying still and shivering violently against his chest. He'd been cold, his skin dusted with frost, but he'd warmed himself up before he'd joined Amos- now his skin actually looked like it had blood flowing through it, and he was quite possibly even warmer than Amos was.

[[Ok, I really really hate to do this and I feel like a total as*hole and I'm really unhappy about this but it's like the 7th night in a row my responses have turned to custard. My brain is totally crapped out after studying and it's likely to be this way for a long time because I've got prelims (mocks), assignments and the like coming up and I've got to get all A's, so I end the day and I've just got...nothing left. Nothing in me that's able to do stuff. I am so, so so so so sorry.
Bloodeh, I particularly want to say that to you because you've built a darn fantastic world here and I can't do it justice in any way shape or form. I am sorry for that. Please keep on with Cirabeth in any format you can, and I'm still gonna snap ya'll the f*cking time cause you're great people in general.
Feel free to take my characters, kill my characters or do whatever you want. I can also give you my account username and pword on fb if you want so you can edit the char post. ]]

(Its ok Lily, real life responsibilities are more important than roleplaying. Please study your hardest and get those A's, and know we're all rooting for you.
And instead of killing or using your characters (bc I could never do that) I'm going to bench them; that way if, when everything's calmed down in your life and you feel it's okay for you to start roleplaying again, you come back, they'll be there waiting for you to pick up again. You're always welcome here and there'll always be a place for you. Thankyou so much for taking part- I honestly never thought anyone would even want to join it xxx
So sorry to see you go xx))

(Like Blood said Lily, real world comes first! Don't feel guilty about this because you have those responsibilities and those things you need to be doing to keep yourself happy and healthy! We love you and you'll be missed but we'll still be able to see you! Good luck with everything!)

'Me too.' Kafzel listened to the two quietly and then nodded, "I'll stick around here then." he told the two simply before brushing a hand through his hair and scratching his scalp a bit. He thought a moment then and arched his brow, "All the ones on this island are here to train and become warriors? For what reasons?" he inquired with an arch of his brow. He focused a bit more now and realized how many Ancientbloods here congregated in this one area. They were all strong too from their auras, each different and unique though as well. It was interesting, which was saying something considering it as Kafzel.

'The Emperor Daniel of Bra'ghan is currently trying to re-take Varezi as part of his Empire- as well as most of the rest of Cirabeth. We're the Varezian Military's best. When things turn sour, we're there to turn the tables back on our enemy.' He smiled at him widely, looking excited. 'Of course, we need to actually pass training first.'

Kafzel actually chuckled then, "War then!" he chimed suddenly having a bit more life to him. Perhaps that's what brought him here, war caused gruesome deaths and from terrible deaths were Diviners born. Nodding to himself and giving another light laugh again and then set himself back upright and looked back towards the two, "You're training to be the best of a military. You are young though, this war may span your lifetime and you may die in the battle having never experienced a true life." he commented as he propped his elbow to his shoulder and chin into his hand, "Have either of you even yet to kiss a girl?" he added a bit condescendingly. Without sight he could barely gauge age, it was through voices mostly for an aura showed spiritual strength and age. Lucifer for example was an older soul, that he could discern, Everan fairly young, were one to see and feel Kafzel's aura they would find centuries of age nestled into his soul.

Lucifer's lips twitched up into the softest, sweetest smile one could ever imagine viewed on a man. 'Jenny is waiting for me at home.' He said, nothing but love in his voice. He hadn't known the girl long- only 3 months or so- but he loved her beyond belief. Nobody knew, of course; she was only a maid, nothing more. He was still working out how to put it across to his mother. Everan laughed. 'I'm gay.' He went back to polishing his arrows whilst Lucifer fell into a slight fit of laughter at the blunt statement. 'Anyone waiting for you at home, Everan?' 'Unfortunately, they all run away the next morning.' Everan replied. Lucifer continued to laugh, before flopping down to lay back on his bedroll. He turned his head to look at Kafzel. 'What about you?'

Kafzel chuckled lightly and found himself a bit entertained at the whole scene before him. He could sense the love in Lucifer's voice at the mention of the girl and he noted it for later. Then as Everan spouted his sexuality Kafzel arched a brow lightly and scoffed softly, not in a rude way but more of a huffing laugh. Then as he was addressed, Kafzel rolled his eyes and huffed lightly, he was about to comment on the fact that he couldn't really for a relationship in the emptiness of the Spirit Realm, but he held his tongue. Then he simply shook his head, "No in a very long time." he replied simply. That fact was true, as long as he'd lived in this life, Kafzel had not known love or found himself fond, in that way, of another being.

He gazed towards the ceiling of the tent and released a tired yawn, jumping as thunder crashed outside. Everyman looked up with wide eyes, then shook his head. 'We should get some sleep- early morning.' Lucifer nodded and looked at Kafzel. 'Uhm, we only have two bedrolls. I'm happy to share, but it's up to you if you even want to sleep.'

(Oh my lord, the two of them snuggled up together! XD)
Kafzel didn't even flinch at the thunder but turned his face towards the entrance and listened for a moment before realizing that Lucifer had offered him a bed for the night. Kafzel shook his head simply, "I don't sleep that often, you have training. If I need, I'll sleep then." he commented simply as he adjusted a bit and then pulled his dark robe a bit closer around his frame. A slight chill having swept into the tent after the crack of thunder.

'When you get cold, don't be afraid to join me in the sleepingsack. They're double-sized for the exact reason that sharing body heat is better than sleeping alone.' Everan was already snuggled in, looking nervous about the storm. 'How often do these occur?' 'At least once a week.' Lucifer replied. 'Me and Amos usually share a bed to keep warm in the castle.'

Kafzel listened quietly and nodded, "I will be fine." he assured Lucifer simply. "Once a week..." he muttered reflecting on the thought for a moment. Why did he have to end up in this country? Why not the country of his cousins in Asiralath? From what he could recall that country was pleasant and warm all the time. Or why not the sea-faring country of Oceana or perhaps Aquadell? No, he ended up here in on the humid island where storms were abundant. Rolling his eyes at the thought of it he cursed under his breath again. At some point during the night Kafzel would end up taking Lucifer's offer though, for now, Kafzel would hold his pride and remain where he was.

Lucifer smiled, as though he intuitively knew that Kafzel would be joining him. He slid into the furs and sighed softly, closing his eyes to try and get some rest- but Lucifer hated sleep. His dreams were vivid and wild- told always from the eyes of a different person each time- and at the end, he would always die. The most vivid one, the most terrifying one, the one that filled him with violent triumph and anger and despair and heart-wrenching pain all at once; when he saw through the eyes of the first king of Varezi, Lucifari. With fire, Justice is served! the haunting scream would always end his dreams, with visions of raging black and orange fires, in the shapes of dragons and monsters, jaws agape as they devoured the Bra'ghanian ships and soldiers and killed the Mage whom had conjured them. Lucifer released a shaky breath to clear his head. Two hours later, he was still awake, with an uncomfortable itch on his shoulder blades. He sighed and quietly sat up, rubbing his eyes tiredly, before blearily looking over at where the Diviner had been, wondering if he'd actually stayed.

Kaiser paced his throne room in silence, stressed to bits about the worsening storms. Now, the strikes would be hitting him every ten minutes, rather than every hour, and his body was struggling to cope with the violent bolts of lightning ripping constantly through his body. Even his ancient blood couldn't sustain him for very much longer. He needed to return the heart to the temple.
He asked one of the guards to fetch Caelum for him, desperate to get moving. A sudden flash lit up his throbe room- red, not white- and he gasped as two figures appeared. A human male, astoundingly beautiful, dressed in mages robes and carrying a staff- and beside him what was unmistakably a demon. It had taken the form of a Hellcat, about the size of a small lynx, with large paws and even bigger sheathed claws, sabre-toothed, and curved horns around his ears.
Kaiser stared with wide eyes, mouth slightly agape for a moment. Dont panic. We're here to help the situation on Roewen. My master Diaval sent me. You entertain him and he does not like for the mortal realm to be stuck in such peril. the hellcat said, his voice a deep purr. I am azazel. This is Diaval's concubine and strongest Mage, Hawke.
Frowning, Kaiser stepped forwards. 'A pleasure to make your acquaintances.'

Kafzel had only moved during the night when his legs had fallen asleep, then he'd adjusted and stretched his legs before him. The whole night he'd simply been listening, he'd knew Lucifer was still awake, his breathing had never slowed like Everan's had. His skin was covered in goose-bumps and chilled to the touch, now and then he would give a light shiver as well. At the moment his legs were stretched before him, his arms propped behind him, and his head tipped back. His unseeing eyes were fixed on the ceiling and at the rustle of Lucifer sitting up he arched a brow, "You don't sleep because of dreams?" he asked simply "That's usually the normal reason for restlessness." Then he moved and crawled over to Lucifer's side and shoved him over, shouldering him and moving his way into the sack as well, "Move, I'm freezing my a** off." he muttered simply, commending him without a hint of apology.

Caelum strolled into the throne-room after being fetched by one of the guards. Since his stay had started he'd taken to wearing a bit nicer clothing and today was just a bit different, he wore an outfit of all black with riding pants, over-the-knee boots, and a black tunic. Though his normal black jacket was replaced with a deep green one lined with black fur. As he strolled to the throne room a crack of red light caught his attention and the leisurely smile he'd had disappeared and he rushed down the corridor. Skidding to a halt in the throne room he blinked and looked at the scene before him. "What the he||" he muttered as he paused a moment before walking over towards Kaiser, his eyes never leaving the strange mage and large demon before them. "Who are these two?" he asked as he came to Kaiser's side and crossed his arms across his chest a bit defensively.

((I love Kaf so much omfg 😂)) 'I-' lucifer hesitated to answer, but quickly shuffled over for the man to join him. He gasped slightly at feeling how cold he was, and snuggled back down to let his own warmth radiate for the Diviner. He sighed, then decided to disclose to the man what he saw. He explained it in as much thorough detail as possible- all of the ones he could remember. 'The first dream I had this way was from the eyes of Luciferi, the first king of Varezi. I only know his name and title because of the stories ma tells me, and the fact that they match what I see. He is stabbed through the chest as he stabs Emperor Storm- then, he conjures flames, which destroy the port, all of the ships, the bra'ghanian army, and which finally consume him and storm.' He trailed off, before continuing. 'In the second one, I- he?' He hesitated, confused. Lucifer could never differentiate. 'I am living in Aquadell. There is an uprising- the north wants to be independent. I am a rallier, a rebel- I fight for the people. I am beheaded as an example.' He lay back to gaze at the tent roof, before he finally just began to list the different ways he'd died; 'sword in the gut, arrow through the heart, throat slit, stabbed in the back, drowning... burning. Freezing.' He shuddered. 'Starving. In one of them I am trapped underground. They fill in the hole and leave me to rot.' He tiredly looked at Kafzel. 'I don't know if I am seeing through the eyes of real people, Kafzel. It's- it's worrying. Especially considering the fact that my spirit form is a three eyed Raven.'
((TRIVIA TIME
THE THREE EYED RAVEN
The three eyed Raven is a beast which resembles a Phoenix without flames- extremely long tail feathers and beautifully large wings, with long plumed feathers- the body and large and vicious beak of a huge Raven, and elegant long legs like a crane- with three eyes. Two where they should be, with one in the centre of the forehead, often slitted like that of a cat and gleaming a bright, dazzling white.
three eyed Ravens are omens and messengers- Harbingers of death. When one appears in the midst of a crowd, it means that somebody there will die. If you hear the call of a three-eyed-Raven in your dreams- a harsh, yet long and mournful scream- you will die painfully, and soon.
Three eyed Ravens are aggressively feared by mortals, demons and spirits alike- even the Ancients heed their warnings and steer clear of the beasts.
They are rarely sighted.
Or rather, nobody who has seen one has lived to tell the tale.))
