(Hollysong's indirectly calling Gingerclaw kit-brained xD ) Hollysong mewed before getting to her feet. "I want you to rest for a while, whether it be in a sunny patch in the clearing of curled up in your nest. I don't want you to leave camp today. Before you leave camp next sunrise, come to my den so I can check your wounds." She instructed before turning to Gingerclaw. "I don't want to see anymore trouble from you and best you know that Amberstar will be getting wind of this."

Gingerclaw's ears flattened. She didn't want to attract to much attention...looks like she had. Oh well. There's still other cats to join me and my group.

Hollysong stood at the entrance to the den and called in, "Amberstar, may I have a word?" She asked, then turned to see Stagpaw padding over. "I'm sorry Stagpaw, but could I have a word with our leader alone for a moment?" She asked. It wasn't a private matter, but she preferred not to have an apprentice listening to their conversation.

Amberstar noticed the medicine cat heading towards her. "Hollysong! I have something to ask you!"
Darksky sat in the warriors' den, pondering what to do, when a familiar voice from his apprenticehood growled: "You could start by reporting to Amberstar... you always were forgetful."
He turned to see the silver starry figure next to him, its clouded eye gleaming dully. "Long time no see, eh, young one?"
Darksky bristled his fur. "Last time you spoke to me, my father died. Who's going to die now, Silverfeather?"
"No one, but great troubles are coming. You will need my guidance. I should have appeared sooner, but I wanted to watch a bit of a nine lives ceremony before I was rudely kicked out by Emberstar."
Blazekit continued to pummel the moss, until it rolled towards the elders' den, and confused, she stopped and realized she had passed the medicine den without noticing. "No... not the scary elders..." She mewled quietly.

Stagpaw rolled her eyes, and sat down abruptly, waiting for the older cats to let her in.

Hollysong poked her head out to make sure Stagpaw was a distance away so the young cat wouldn't easdrop before pulling her head back in. "It's about Gingerclaw." Hollysong began. "Not long before now, the warrior attacked Jaykit and Stormsong. Jaykit got a nice down her back from hitting a stone and nearly fainted from malnutrition and Starmsong hit her head against a rock.Both cats could have been seriously injured. If Jaykit had fallen on the stone in a slightly different position, she couldn't broken her spine and lost function in her body, most likely hind legs. If storming had hit her head in a different way she could have died. Not only did she put the life of her claimtes at risk, but she stated that the loss of a kit would be nothing and directly disobeyed orders from her medicine cat." She informed.

"I'll speak to her, maybe there's a reason, maybe she's insane..." Amberstar began. "This sounds very serious, and I also have some suspicions about Stagpaw and her future. Of course, you already know about the prank, but my punishment, will be... unique, if you allow it. I want Stagpaw to train as a medicine cat apprentice for two moons. Not only will it make her work and take up her time, but it will also teach her respect for the upper ranks, and others in general. I ask your permission for this to occur."
It will work much better than the standard 'delay your warrior ceremony.' She thought, hoping the medicine cat would agree. After all, it would give her some extra paws in the den, right?

"Perhaps." Hollysong agreed, though she was surprised when Amberstar proposed Stagpaw's preferred punishment to her. It hadn't been very long since her own mentor had passed and she wasn't sure if she was ready for an apprentice, but seeing as it would only be temporary and would teach the apprentice a good lesson, she would allow it. "A wise Ida, I will allow her to train as my apprentice for two moons. There is one more thing I wish to speak to you about. As of current, no cat has symptoms of white cough or green cough, but it's not to say it won't occur. The catmint went stale as it hasn't been used since it was collected which was a few sunrises prior to the herbs withering from cold weather." She informed. "This means they no longer have any medicinal value." She finished.

"ARE YOU ALMOST DONE IN THERE?" Stagpaw screeched. She was almost at the end of her patience, as she had been waiting for a while now, and she was sure she had heard her name mentioned a couple times.

"What should we do?" Amberstar asked. Although Amberstar knew what a decent number of herbs did, she had no clue how to deal with problems such as this, or even where more catmint could be found.

Hollysong closed her eyes and waited a few heartbeats, to keep herself from reacting to Stagpaw's extremely rude outburst. "Normally I would go to Asterclan or Dawnclan and ask if they had any Catmint to spare, but they may need it. If some cat comes down with Whitecough, I could treat them from feverfew and a select other herbs while Stagpaw could watch over them while I make a trip to one of the neighboring clans. But it is up to how you feel on this situation. I though I'd bring it up with you rather than keep you in the dark." She told her leader.
