SnowClaw glanced around, bored, and spotting shatterfang, she padded over and dipped her head in greeting. "hey shatterfang. is there anything the clan needs?" the she-cat asks, needing something to do.

Shatterfang left the tranquil silence of her mind at the sight of the she-cat approaching. "We just need something to do," she chuckled. "What's up, Snowclaw?" She stood up and stretched her legs out in front of her with a small yawn.

"just looking for something to do. i wish i had an apprentice i could train" SnowClaw chuckled, knowing that it would keep her plenty busy most of the time. but she would have to wait until one of the kits was old enough to be an apprentice. for now, she would just keep her own skills sharp, so when the time came, she would be ready to pass them onto an apprentice.

Hawkeyes258 LightBringer lightbringer sounds good. So far we have three candidates for deputy so far. Silverthorn, Cloudwhisper, and Duskheart. There is only one running for leader right now and that is Darkriver. I will take candidates until tomorrow evening. That is when I will make the poll. And I will leave that for a few days so you can think about your options and way it as your characters |

(I'm trying to think of a good day that all the cats will be aged a moon since that will happen every moon. When that happens we will have two new apprentices that need mentors:Foxkit and Shellkit.))
"Is this coltsfoot? " Asked the medicine cat hopefully.
Foxkit smiled at Shellkits greeting.
"Twolegs are so weird. Im sorry for the kits you lost." Snowdapple frowned at the thought of some one taking any of the precious bundles of fur away from her.

(my other character could train apprentice, if needed. and the day could be the 10th? cause every month has a 10th day)
DuskHeart padded through camp, checking the perimeters of the dens and everything. if anything needed some more protection, she wanted to get that done before all else. the clan's safety was her main concern, even if she wasnt deputy.

Elmkit looked up when he finished his meal and saw Duskheart. He decided he would test out his warrior skills and try and stalk her unnoticed.

DuskHeart continued on her path, occasionally stopping to examine a defense a bit closer. at one of these points, she hears shuffling paw steps, and she flicks her tail. "not bad for a kit" the she cat remarked, turning to face elmkit.

Elmkit started as he realized that he had been caught. He thought about running but decided that instead he would face his "enemy" and be like the warrior he wanted to be. (cannot think of some smart remark  ) |

"would you like to help? some of the camp's defenses need to be fixed up a little" DuskHeart offered. she wanted to make the kits feel included, and useful. and as of right now, this was the best way to do so.

"good! now lets see if you can find a weak spot." indicating with her tail, duskheart pointed out a space too small for her to get into. "let me know what you find" she meows, letting the kit examine the space.

Elmkit crawled right in the small space and gingerly poked his paw around looking for any weak spots but not finding any. "I can't find any!"

Mosspaw spotted Ashpaw grooming his fur in the center of camp. Eager to talk to someone about what he had learned, he ran up to Ashpaw. "Silverthorn is the best mentor ever! Today, he taught me how to catch fish!" Mosspaw bragged.

"Really? I don't know how to catch fish," Ashpaw admitted. He had tried once, having no idea what to do. He had stuck his paw in the water and had ended up scaring away all of the fish imidiatley. |

"So, first, you sit by the water and wait for a fish to leap out. Then, when a fish leaps out, swipe your paw and bat the fish to the ground. Then, kill it so that it does not flop back into the water," Mosspaw said.
