Mapleleaf sat in a corner of camp, glancing about warily. She wasn't really sure about the idea of such a large group of cats, but she thought she might as well try it.If nothing else, she could take a break from trying to survive on her own.

(We should all start having our characters meet in the camp for the clan meeting that word has spread for. We are going to have a ceremony to make Darkriver and Duskheart leader and deputy. We will do I like everything else so we don't have to worry about someone not being on))

Silverthorn and Ashpaw walked into camp. They both sat down. Neither of them knew for sure what the meeting was about, but Silverthorn thought that it might be to announce the leader and deputy. |

Mosspaw saw cats starting to gather for a meeting, and he padded over to join them. I wonder what this is about, he thought to himself, curious and excited to find out what this meeting was about.

DuskHeart joined her clanmates in the center of the camp, wrapping her tail neatly around her paws. she figured this was to announce the deputy at last. she hoped it was her, but if it wasnt, then that would be okay too. as long as the clan was taken care of.
SnowClaw padded over to the group, and sat, kneading the ground in front of her with her claws. she was eager to hear what this meeting was about, and wondered where her apprentice was as well. if she could find JasperPaw after this meeting, she hoped they could get some training in.

Darkriver looked around at the gathering cats. She noticed an unfamiliar cat by Pixie. After the ceremony she would have to figure that out. She stepped forward. "As you all know we need to have a leader and deputy. (Can't think of what else to say. Maybe something about casting stones and skipping that part because we voted. ) You have chosen me as your leader. I must get my lives and name from our ancestors. Also we have chosen a deputy,Duskheart, and I would like to call upon our ancestors to see our choice and help our clan survive". She waited to see what the other cats would do.
Dawnlight looked up at her sister pleased that she had been chosen as leader. "Darkriver, Duskheart!" She began to cheer.
Snowdapple added her voice to Dawnlight's. Elmkit, Foxkit, and Minkkit did as well.
