{{ sorry for poofing! I had work :3 }}
Jamison Ozera -
"Nah, I get it." James replied to her first statement. And he did get it. Which is why he preferred to not participate in their petty fights and rumour mill. James smiled and nodded back to Vera as she called out but made no other move to reply to her. Why would he? All it would do would be to dignify such a petty comment, something James deemed not worth his time. "I certainly do see what you mean now," He said in response to Tessa's last question. "But to be frank, why bother with her? Why let her see that she can get to you, because it's obvious that she does." here he paused for a second. "Well, it's obvious to me anyway," he put in as an after thought. "Why not just smile and nod, make her eat her own words?" He half-suggested, half-asked. It was a weird way to try and get his point of view across, a point of view, I might add, that hadn't been asked for, but for him it worked.
Kayleigh Henderson -
Kayleigh winced at the use of 'sweetheart' again, but then couldn't stop the scoff that left her as the moroi claimed he owned St Vladimir's. No one owned St Vladimir's. Sure, the higher up royals, which this guy was, in a sense, owned the students and therefore the school, but to Kayleigh that meant nothing. To her it was simple. Either you were a dhampir, moroi or strigoi. From there you were either nice and committed to something, a person Kayleigh liked, or you were rude and annoying, a person Kayleigh did not like. Guess which category Julian fell into. As she went to move, she, very ungracefully, stumbled forward, over Julian's foot. That was it. Her dhampir reflexes had stopped her from falling flat on her face, but she had stumbled to regain her balance. She turned, murder in her eyes. "You don't need to know my name, moroi," She spat, advancing on him again, not caring of the consequences that would happen to her. "All you need to know is that you've pi--ed me off. Something people learn to only do once." Seething with rage, Kayleigh's hands were balled into fists by her sides once again. "So, I'll give you one chance to apologise and walk away before I punch that pretty little face in." Her threat was true, and for good measure, she raised her fists threateningly. Honestly, Kayleigh hoped the guy would give her a reason to punch him.
