I'd say Harper for that one. She's not exactly a fashion godess but she wishes she was, so if one of her friends offered to spice her look up a bit she'd be all too eager to take them up on it.

Okay tbh this could also be Alistair because he used to be really poor, but he loves working out. Also, Lukas. He refuses to spend much money on anything that isn't a weapon.
