Physically, I presume? Nobody gets sick more often than anyone else; either they're average or they don't get really sick. Though, Tina, Silva, and Xavier all used to get sick a lot when they were younger, due to environmental circumstances, but it's helped their immune systems in the end.
Is there a general theme around your OCs? Like, they all have low self-esteem, or they're all Mexican, or they all do sports, etc.?

Most of them are just generally kind or good people. Mostly because I have trouble writing characters who aren't nice in some way or form, especially if I have to roleplay as them at any point. A lot of them also tend to be themed around personal experiences of mine or people that I know.

None of them have received an official diagnosis, but quite a few of them suffer from some kind of mental illness.
