Otto has a fear of people sneaking up behind him/touching his back, but its a completely justified one. Its still strange to people who don't know him that well.

I'm pretty sure only Kian qualifies for that. I mean, I have characters that grew up in small towns and villages, but I wouldn't call those rural, exactly.

Brian and Mapletuft do. Though the latter mainly wants one for the sake of wanting company, rather than genuinely wanting a family.

Levi does, he'd rather avoid them than anything. The only exception is his neice and nephew, but even they must know he doesn't like children much.

I'd say Thaddeus and Delaney but they were originally all triplets. Winslow and Saturn are twins though, even if Saturn died. Axel and Amos too, Archere and Kooper too, probably more that I'm forgetting.
