About...75-80%? Most of my characters are my originals. I don't make many fan OCs beside my Warriors characters.

None anymore. If I have to use them in a fan-related space, I'll just adjust the ones I already have, mostly because I write in those universes so rarely and never for very long. The last fandom based character I made was a Harry Potter one back in 2014, and I last used her that same year.
