Yes, Skaleera and Areelaks are identical twins. They're 15 now, and are both very annoying.

Vince and Otto probably could, but the age difference makes it more of a father/son relationship. Blue, Leo, Ollie, Alex and Elsa consider themselves cousins, despite not actually being related, but they could probably go for siblings as well.

Plenty of them have been in small relationships that just didn't end well. The most notable, though, would be Sintell and Todd, since they were married. Todd left her after he realized their son was gay.

Leander and Sarah were in a relationship, though it was never official in any way, until she figured out she was pretty gay and then that ended. now they're just really close friends.
For a more 'harsh' break-up we look no further than to Levi and Tari, who were in a pretty serious relationship until she ended it. They are definitely not on good terms.
Lee is! His entire family, technically.
