Derek. He's the worst at reading people. Jae is also pretty bad at telling if people are lying, but they do pick up on other things.

I'm pretty against cheating to the point where I go out of my way to avoid it in media, especially literature. It doesn't sit well with me at all. As such, none of my characters would, really. The one most likely to is probably Damien, or potentially Harper, but just the idea is just a no-go for me, no matter how realistic it is. I need to get over that.

Lucy for sure. Loyalty is a huge deal to her, she considers it a huge personal failure if she betrays someone's trust.

Elisabeth. She's a little too good at detatching herself emotionally, so if she thought stabbing someone in the back would be for the greater good I don't think she would hesitate.

Amelia, probably. She's is a wise old woman, and she keeps a very neutral opinion on everything. She's not afraid to take action, but she's always careful to think before she does. I could also see Arades being a very good Queen, but she would hate having so much responsibility. She wouldn't want to have to lead a kingdom.

Hawkstar. He's pretty much a ruthless leader who doesn't seem to care for the weaker cats, not to mention he's trying to rise to power by conquering other Clans. Not the ideal ruler you'd want for a Clan.
Are any of your characters secretly "evil", but that side is hidden behind a kindhearted façade?

Not many of my characters could be classified as "evil", other than Mary. I would say Jae fits that the best, though. They're a minion to Mary, who is half demon. Jae doesn't agree with Mary's morals; they just have no choice, having sold their soul to her.

Harper definitely knows what looks good an what doesn't, even if she doesn't exploit that much now that she has kids. Tari is a fashion godess, too, I can't forget about her.
