Celia can be uploaded onto any computer provided they have enough storage to handle her. Not exactly shapeshifting but she can inject herself into the brains of octopi, seals, raccoons, dogs, pigeons, humans, and other intelligent animals. Not exactly shapeshifting, more like shape-becoming??? My fan characters from the anime Noragami can "shapeshift" into weapons and animals and stuff.
