I mean there's multiple, due to the setting there's some disapproval of of gay relationships (Lmelda, Vianne and Epona primarily.) and stuff, there's a couple of large age differences (Epona and Lauf (21 years)), but due to the setting no one really cares. Erm, the worst ones have to be Oshkar and Haiie who are twins and yeah, they have a son... I would say we don't mention him, but he's literally my username. I don't think I need to explain why though, the setting doesn't even matter when it comes to incest...

Xera Cyrellis ~ The Paradox House
As an infant the powered girl was abandoned and left for dead. She was found by people who took care of powered people by keeping them in a mansion in really nice dorms, but they could never leave so it was like a prison. Her world discriminates against her.
Ilex/Ilex Motus/Ilex Umbra ~ 9 Lives, Novus High, Hybrids
Ilex in each version was also deserted as a child due to her weak nature. As a cat, she became a thief for prey sense she could not hunt, in the other versions, she's had trust issues.
Alex ~ Stand Until the End
Her parents were killed a few years before the RP began. The whole family were heroes, except one night her parents left and she stayed home, they were killed I think by a group of villains robbing a bank, and learned about it I think through a phone call...
Evelle Spade ~ Upcoming RP of mine called Sunne City
Evelle's parents were well known villains, who were caught when she was younger, which she doesn't mind. Yet she has confidence issues and was literally named after the word 'evil'. Which had earned her a lot of bullying as a child. She was basically bounced around like a twig because of her ebony black hair and crimson eyes too. So...yeah, poor girl. Yet her first and only foster family cares deeply for her.
So yep, kind of tragic.

Epona: (Warning, it gets pretty dark in here,though it could be worse.) This does also seem a bit coincidental, but it makes more sense when I'm attempting to not summarise it. Get your popcorn kids, I'm here to give you a summary of Epona's backstory. Epona is the, illegitimate child of two noble houses, she was born in the West to a Southern mother. (Straight problem there as the West have a lovehate relationship with the South and then she's, a, can I say bastard? It's in the correct context so it's not swearing... she's a bastard in the West, though technically not the most religious out if the areas, the most conservative, people hate her for it.) She lived a semi-decent life in the household until she was six when she was threaten with being put out into the street, her father saved her by announcing she was his daughter. Though he was then able to look after her better it just made the rest of her family dislike her more as she had tarnished the family name. She met and became friends with Prince Laufutyal when she was four who is also a bastard. (this is important later.) During the years between the early issues and the problematic times, she wasn't treated with much respect, she still got education, though it was mediocre. She got a foal from her father who is one of her favourite things. When she was 12, her father left on an ambassador trip, this was meant to have lasted for a month, but even as she reached 13 he had not returned. Though her paternal siblings were kind to her, her maternal siblings were cruel to her and now there was nothing to stop them. Her eldest paternal sister, Sutine, disappeared in search of their father and the other sister left for the central area due to fear of being persecuted due to her being gay. Epona found out about her father' death from a man who tried to steal from him on the voyage. At 14 she met and fell in love with a girl named Lunea, they had a hidden relationship. When Epona told Laufutyal of this relationship, he became worried for Epona's safety as it sounded like she was being used and so told her grandfather who had her arrested and punished for it. After Epona completed her punishment, which can only really be described as torture, she was released and escaped into the Central with her horse. When arriving she was forced to sell her horse to make money as work comes hard to such people. She managed to get a decent job working in fields and later as a doctor (perks of being from the west.) She met her four adoptive children between the age of 15 and 19 during these years, the first being Staddlestön who she took from an orphanage; the second Greyna and Echotto, street urchins who she saved from ill health and offered a home to and third, Ödetta who she dueled for custody over. When she was 19, her family came to the Central and had her 'arrested' they then announced to her that her and Laufutyal were going to be married. (Neither of them wanted this, Epona because he betrayed her and Laufutyal because of the 21 year gap that makes him feel like a vile person.) With the Crown Princess Haiie's help, Epona and her siblings/kids escape and leave the capitol. Epona is re-arrested 3 years later and forced to marry Lauf, they have twin sons together (who she shouldn't be trusted to mother, trust her with any children, but her own.) She kinda warms up to Lauf, but he later betrays her by having to arrest Oshkar and his allies (his nephew and Epona's not so secret lover and best friend.) Due to treasonous activities, they are executed and a week later Eschante, one of her sons, dies. In her despair over everything, Epona commits suicide. (Well the opportunity has passed, but I'm going to say no to the above and leave this here because it took 20 minutes to write.) Which of your characters end up satisfied with their life? |

Yep, A Lesson on Empathy is about Veraque, a cat OC and her family. Ilex is a character in it as well.

1. Alex. I'm really, really proud of how I developed him.
2. Akako. She was one of my first human OCs, I can't help but love her.
3. Isamu. Gosh, pure nostalgia. I used to love roleplaying as him.
4. Jordan. I probably relate to them the most out of all of my human characters.
5. Seymour. I admire his determination and the lengths he goes to to try and save his daughter.

1. Ilex, she is my favorite one, she is in 9 Lives and is so cute.
2. Xenialpaw, she is a really well developed and naive kitty :3.
3. Veraque, She;s the protagonist of ALoE
4. Shadestar, I'd say she is one of my favorites simply because of her story and development.
5. Uh, this one's hard but I'd say Wispkit/paw/tuft/???(med), she's mute but cute.

Hard question,
Evelle from my new RP Sunne City was born to two villains. She was named for the word evil and is a vigilante rather than a villain. She has powers of fire manipulation and shadow manipulation, plus shadow transformation/teleportation. She can grow wings of fire and turn into a shadow entity, who travels through the real world or the 'shadow' mirror of the real world, also dubbed 'The Shadow Dimension', in this area all things are white to black, no color, just the color of shadows. The counter is the Light Dimension, which has the light mirror and light manipulators use, this mirror version is much brighter, and consists of no darkness or shadows, only light. Then for magic manipulators there is the 'Dream Dimension', which is actually not a place of dreams but instead a mysterious place that only houses the energy of magic, and does not reflect the real world.
So yep, kind of complicated.

Oh gosh. I'm not even entirely sure.
I once encountered somebody in an RP with a character that was meant to be a "guardain angle" and as a result felt they could do pretty much anything without consequence or fear of flaws. I think I'd call them the worst of the bunch.

Hmmm....
Probably Xera or Evelle or Ress, each of them were made literally years ago as completely different character...
Xera was named Pyre, and in the original thing she was a young girl who was trying to fight someone off the throne(it was midevil setting), they ended up turning the tide and won, and the people who became the knew king and queen named her an heir. She died however, woops. Now, she is named Xera and controls magic manipulation and telekinesis, and lives in modern times and fights as a hero.
Ress was also in this same universe, except she was an antagonist turned protagonist and came in on the second arc rather then the war. There was another war and Ress also became an heir to the throne of the main kingdom due to her acts of bravery, she was the only one in this original fandom(created by me and some people on COC in Lionclan), that was technically a princess in both kingdoms. Ress became the magic user(Xera) for a while when I brought them back, but I brought her back to a shadow manipulator in this newest version.
Evelle was named Evil once, because why not? She was a good person actually but I don't remember too much about her, only that she was deceiving and yet kind. She is now a mixture of old character, Evil with name, Ress with shadow manipulation.
