About the roleplay
Two dogs sit, glaring at each other before looking over at you. One massive, one smaller. One male, the other female. "There are many choices," one says, "but only one path connects us all." She finishes. "And in the end," the other snarls, "we are all victims to one thing - survival." Welcome to, 'It's a Dog's Life'! Thank you so much for taking the time to click on this, it means a lot to us, the makers of this roleplay!

[break] Rules A dog scratches at their neck as they look upwards and towards you. "The rules? Ya wanna know em'? Well, you outta - they're the key to survivn' 'round these parts, ya know. Listen closely, k'?"
LITERACY ▼ As stated, this roleplay is a semi advanced to advanced roleplay. It is expected that each reply you have should be at least a paragraph of about five sentences. Of course, it's okay to go under this {sometimes}, be it due to muse or other things, but if you do this too much, you will be warned. Grammar is also important. This includes correct usage of quotation marks to knowing to use commas and etc. We don't expect you to be grammar pros, but we do expect you to know the basics. Always remember though - quality over quantity. META GAMING ▼ Meta Gaming refers to things such as powerplaying, godmodding, spotlighting, etc. None of these are allowed. We expect you to be fair when it comes to roleplaying your dog fighting, HOWEVER, there are several things to take to note of when doing this. Unlike roleplaying cats, roleplaying dogs fighting can be a much more complex process in deciding the winner. Experience, personality, breed, size, and a few other factors {such as whether it is for plot or not} can come into play - however, common sense is to, of course, be used. Its honestly better if the two roleplayers discuss first who should win the fight. However, we, the admin and mods, will always review fights and put our own input if necessary.
CHARACTERS ▼ Please be somewhat realistic when creating your character. Your dog may be any breed you see fit {except, as of right now, no wolf hybrids are allowed} or, of course, a mixed breed. We're not too picky on markings and coloration. HOWEVER, they should not be too out there or different from their breed, especially purebred dogs. For example, a purebred golden retriever doesn't have to be just be a solid 'golden' color. Perhaps they a bit of white on them or are a darker shade or such. However, they shouldn't be pure grey or have black spots or whatnot if they're not a mixed breed. Eye color can be a little less realistic, but not too horribly so. For example, a dog can't have red eyes, but can have 'reddish amber' eyes, or 'blueish violet'. There may eventually be a limit on how many dogs have heterochromia/parti eyed, as they are rare. No dog should be perfect. They can be pretty or handsome, sure, but don't go overboard. Also, please, PLEASE be somewhat knowledgeable about your character's breed, or ask me, Silvy, for help. This mostly stands true for size - and speaking of which, Grimm is the largest dog in the roleplay.
There is no ifs and buts about it. There will, of course, be big dogs, however, note that weight does not equal height and that maybe your dog may actually be smaller than you think due to breed size. Of course, you can make them a bit bigger than the average, but once again, always mix in a bit of realism with it. Mixed dog breeds are, once again, lenient in being bigger than their counterparts, but typically are in the 'middle' of their breeds size interval. Also, please do not make every character be from some sort of 'dog fighting' ring {although it is okay to create one, it may just eventually be limited}. And just because they are does not automatically mean they're 'super strong'. Tragic pasts are definitely okay. Some may have pasts worst than other, and its totally acceptable for strays especially to have sad pasts. However, be unique. Lastly, you can have as many characters as you want, but please try to even things out, be it what group they're in to their gender.REALISM ▼ This is a semi-realistic roleplay. Dogs walking around without their owners or whatnot obviously isn't very realistic, but we're not strictly 'realistic', so some 'odd' things are encouraged! However, do not take it too far. Along these lines though, we do ask you to use common sense. This includes with fights to even just common things. A typical housedog is typically afraid/does not like a stray. A stray would typically be more experienced in a fight than a housedog. Most dogs in the Night Howlers are stronger than your average stray. That's not to say they can powerplay, but just keep little things in mind.
This rp is meant for dogs to struggle. They won't find trashcans full of food. And while I'm saying your dog doesn't have to be starved, they're not well-fed. Think of the warrior cats during winter. Also, not every dog should know how to hunt. Lastly, and a personal peeve of mine, if you sign up for your dog to be in the 'street rats' part of the night howlers, then please, do not have them complain about how 'unfair' it is at every given moment and challenge everyone. You wanted to be omega - then be omega. In fact, if your dog breaks one of the night howlers rules, then except to be punished {in roleplay of course}. I'm of course not saying they can't occasionally cause trouble or must all be submissive, but shouldn't cause trouble 24/7. ACTIVITY ▼ We ask that you be as active as you can, with required activity being at least 3 times per week unless you have an excuse. Of course, we're willing to work with you and be lenient, but, please try and be active, especially if you hold an important part in the story/a higher rank. STEALING ▼ Stealing ANYTHING off of this page - layout, ideas, characters, etc - is strictly forbidden and you will be reported. MANNERISM ▼ Guys, we're all friends here, okay? Be respectful and kind to one another! If you have a problem, please talk to us, the admins, and we'll try to solve it. Do note that we are humans too though! If we see a member being rude/mean/etc, we will take note of it and address it if necessary. OTHER ▼ Please do not spam on here {including advertising or anything of the like}. We ask that you follow all forum rules and keep roleplaying at an appropriate level. Stating this though, if you cannot handle sometimes intense fighting scenes { nothing gory - just more than 'he bit the dog on the neck'}, then this may not be the roleplay for you. Cursing is somewhat allowed. Using 'soft' curse words {such as he--, or da--} is allowed but should be modified. Lastly, please do NOT do anything that effects the plot too drastically without permission. However, you are allowed to do minor things - little fights between your characters, perhaps a scuffle with some humans/dog catcher, stray coyotes/foxes attacking etc. [break]

The Groups of the City "Oh, hello friend! Would you like to come inside? Oh, what a lovely collar you have! Being a housedog is great, isn't it? Much better than being a dirty, scrawny, savage stray! Now hurry - I got this new squeaky toy I want to show you!"
‘a.k.a the pampered pooches. Your everyday canine that lives with humans. Some are pampered and live a life of comfort and luxury, but many are your average joe housedog. They are middle class, not treated as high and mighty, but definitely not looked down upon either. Some hate strays while some are more tolerant but the general thought is that stray dogs are savages. It's best to avoid the rich pooches though. Some even seem to be in cahoots with the Night Howlers, but in general, they can be just...hard to be around. But otherwise, the life of a housedog is a fine life indeed.
"Oh, hello. I'm Carla, leader of the Shepherds. You look scared; are you lost? Don't worry, you'll be safe here. Are you hungry?Cold? Then please do come with me - and quickly before that rambunctious group shows their faces. Welcome to The Shepherds, friend."a.k.a, the pack. The Shepherds are a smaller pack of dogs that have no intent other than to provide others safety from The Gang. Their members are fewer, but they all treat each other like friends and family...That isn't to say that all dogs in the Shepherds are good or friendly. Some simply join for the protection and honestly, that's fine - they're a safe zone. Some have actually been part of the Gang, others are just dogs who want to escape the cruel reality of the city life. Perhaps some even have housedog origins...either way, The Shepherds are a home to all.
Similar to The Night Howlers, The Shepherds do have a ranking system, but it's more more looser. The leader is the dog who leads over the Shepherds and thus has command over them. They are benevolent and kind, but, there's no denying the mental will needed to make sure their own dogs don't suddenly turn on one another, as nothing bounds them together except the need for survival. The Commander is the second in command and helps The Leader out. They have the second most power within the group. The Shepherds refers to the rest of the group as well as the group itself. Most treat each other like family or friends and are more willing to lend a helping paw out to one another, as they all survive not alone, but as one.
Although they have no code due to the fact that the Shepherds is a sort of 'loose pack', they do have a motto that they try to uphold - try being the key word...Some dogs couldn't care less about it.
"The outside world is a cruel place. But we Shepherds will shelter you. Care for you. Protect you. We honor each other not as simply other dogs - but as family, bound not by blood, but by trust. We do not kill like savages nor will we steal from each other like beasts. Strong or weak, sick or healthy, young or old...we are all one. We will survive not alone, but together. We are The Shepherds." "Hm? Oh, a new face, how pleasant. I am King Grimm, leader of The Night Howlers. Don't look so scared, I've had my fill of blood for now. You do look quite...deliciously strong. Come. You shall join me...oh? Why are you shaking your head? Why, do you think you have a choice in this matter? How idiotic. Now hurry before my temper snaps."a.k.a The Gang. The Night Howlers are a group of some of the savagest dogs you'll meet, but more importantly, are a group of hard-blood survivors. The dogs of The Gang have the largest organization in the city, and they have conquered quite a lot of the city as well. Many of the canines here are merciless, cold, and very violent - however, some just simply recognize the need to stay with the strongest, so it's not too uncommon to find a nice soul. They are feared by most, if not all, and it is advised that you stay far, far away from them. While loyalty may not bind them, you mess with one of their dogs, and The King is surely to hear about it. The Night Howlers are divided into different ranks. The Lead Rank is called The King. This dog is the top dog, and in the simplest way to put it, the big bad boss. The next rank down is The King's small group of second in command dogs called The Elites. They hold the second most power. However, the Elites are split into Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 1 dogs are closest to The King and thus have more power in the hierarchy than Tier 2 dogs and were recognized by TheKing due to their loyalty/strength/etc. Regardless, the Elite as a whole are the Elite for a reason - they're typically the strongest dogs in the gang, bested only by The King. The next rank down is the 'meat' of the gang. They're known as The Grunts and are your average pack members. Lower than that is The Street Rats who could be considered the 'omegas' of the packs. They are given little respect and are often bullied within the pack or bossed around or given menial tasks. Their food is often taken from them and they are typically weaker dogs, be it they're older, smaller, or perhaps even a dog that was demoted to the rank as a punishment. Unlike any of the other groups, The Night Howlers do have a few customs and even a concrete code. Trial of the Weak - While not often performed, this gruesome custom serves as both an entertainment to The King and a way to 'purge the weak' from the gang. Excluding Tier 1 Elites, all dogs go down to the Dead Zone and must spend one night there. Sometimes The king will accompany the dogs and watch from the shadows should he feel the want to. [break] Challenges - Any dog may challenge a dog of higher rank in hopes of gaining said rank. If challenged, the higher ranked dog may decline, but may end up being ridiculed. The challenge takes the form of a dangerous fight in which killing the other dog is not frowned upon, but, the King will {or more like may} call it off when there is an obvious winner. If the challenger wins, they gain that new rank and the loser takes their rank - or may even be forced to take The Street Rats rank if the King feels it necessary. If the challenger losses, they keep their rank, but, the winner is allowed to scar them as a sign of their victory. A dog can also challenge The King to a fight...however, it is a death battle and is otherwise not advised. The laws of The Gang
- Never be weak or cowardly or taint the gang's name. Weak dogs will be chased off - or possibly killed if they get in The King's way. We're big N' bad! We gotta rep to keep up!
- It's every dog for themselves. If a higher up wants your food, either cough it up or prepare to fight for i - excluding if its the king. The king has rights over all food.
- The King's word is absolute law. Don't listen to em'? Punishment is coming for you. Betraying them in any sort of way results in death.
- The Shepherds are our enemies. Being friends with them is seen as betrayal.
- Any dog seen on the territory is to be chased off or killed unless they pay up for their intrusion with food. If they seem strong, bring them back to the joint to get em' to join- by force if you need to.
"Hmph, what are you doing out in the open? The dog catcher will catch you if you're not smart enough - hurry up! Hey - don't go there either, that's The Night Howler's turf. Listen, its every dog out here for themselves. To be a stray, you have to smart and quick. You have to survive." Strays are dogs who live alone, or with a very tiny pack. They are carefree loners who live a free, but dangerous, life. Strays are clever and street smart, self-trained in the city's rhythm, and some wouldn't be too objective about lending a helping paw to those who need it Of course, you have those few that are best to be left alone. Some dogs are alone for a reason. Otherwise those, Stray's are the epitome of one word; freedom.

Landmarks A kind looking dog pauses as she glances towards you, motioning you to follow her with her head. "Follow me sweetie. I'll give you the grand tour. Oh - and please tell me if I'm going too fast dear."Central Park » The 'park' is really nothing but a wide open, grassy space that seems to stretch for miles. Trees, flowers, benches, and buildings surround the park as a whole. Humans can be seen here, especially in the afternoons, but nonetheless it is still a very nice place to visit. The Boulevard » Restaurants and food trucks are found on this street. The dogs strategically steal food from them whenever the chance arises. Cul-De-Sac » Here lies a large neighborhood, in which the richer houses seem to be more towards the back. Either way, it's where the majority of the housedogs live. Its a nice neighborhood with plenty of space and, for whatever reason, don't seem to mind the collared pets walking around to their leisure. The Grey Area » The Grey Area refers to a place where The Night Howler's territory ends and borders another prime place for trashcans full of pickings to go through. It was here where a stray and a previous leader of the Night Howlers fought and killed each other in the past. Its a tense area, and Night Howler dogs have no qualms of picking on other dogs or stealing food from them if they should find anything good. Many skirmishes between The Shepherds and The Night Howlers occur here due to them forced to being so close to one another. The Coast » All dogs live near edge of the state, close to the coast. A mile long trip leads to a large, sandy beach with an ocean - the Atlantic to be exact - that stretches for miles. The Docks » Down by The Coast there is a large dock where fishermen often come and go as boats depart. Strays sometimes come here in hopes of snagging a fish or two from the Fishermen or try their luck at begging. It's a dangerous job, but, that's the life of a stray. The Abandoned Subway » After a cave in caused by a sudden small earthquake that happened years ago, this subway was closed down and unusable. It's rather old, and due to this, and the earthquake, has caved in on both parts of the tunnel, with fallen chunks of concrete and rock making it impassible. The station itself isn't too horrible, despite being a bit collapsed in as well. This place serves s a main meeting and relaxation place for strays. They come here to exchange knowledge and rumors or simply to relax. The Night Howlers occasionally show up, some to really just relax while others to stir up trouble and mess with the strays. However, it is enforced by The Shepherds that this area is not able to be claimed by the gang. Occasionally, a meeting for all strays will be called {even the gang}, be it when all stray lives are in grave danger {such as dog catchers becoming more frequent} or when the Night Howlers want to announce a territory they've claimed. The Broken Fountain » Within the more 'abandoned' area of the city lies a large, round and once grand fountain. Despite the pipes still flowing clean water into it, they're broken, causing water to always overflow from it and flow around the fountain in large puddles. The Broken Fountain is another 'neutral' area, however, peace is strictly enforced here due to the fact that it is an important place for all dogs. Despite this, the Night Howlers will still try and act as if they own the place, such as by bullying the dogs into drinking from the dirtied, watery puddles that form around the overflowing fountain and they themselves being the only one to drink from the actual fountain. Fancy Paws Cafe » Fancy Paws Cafe refers to a restaurant where dogs are allowed...Well, pet dogs that is. Stray dogs are strictly driven out, but some may try their luck. Either way, as long as they're well behaved and collared, the dogs are allowed to relax as they enjoy their own meal and converse with other pets. Haven » 'Haven' refers to an old, no longer used shop that used to be a common place for strays but was overtaken by the Night Howlers. It was a sanctuary due to the fact that it's trashcans seems to always be full of actually edible things due to it being closer to the Central Park alongside the fact that some people even leave things for strays to eat within it. It wasn't much, but it was at least something that helped the stays keep going. It used to be a neutral area, but Grimm took it by force. This crippled the stray society in losing a valuable food source place. The gang is EXTREMELY protective of this place - trying to steal from it is usually guaranteed to be attacked and possibly killed. The Deadzone » The deadzone is a spooky, ominous place. It used to be a dog fighting center, and the scent of death and blood is evident in it. The building was shut down and abandoned years ago, and going inside will make even some of the toughest dogs shiver in fear. Some come to pay their respect, others due to curiosity and the many rumors that speculate around it. However...what makes this place so dangerous is what lies at the heart of this massive, halfway underground place. Within the depths of the Deadzone lies 'the one'. The One is noted to be a deadly, massive creature - even bigger than Grimm or any other dog - a pure blooded wolf. Though they are older, they are still deadly and kill and eat any dog not careful enough. However, The One, is noted to almost be an oracle of some kind, and have stated that it is because they believe in the 'spirits of this world' and is otherwise extremely wise...which is why only the bravest of the brave go to seek his advice. It's rumored that he is a seer of some kind and saw the uprising of Grimm and his control over the city. However...it should be noted that The One may have a taste for dog when one does come to pay him a visit. An offering is best brought if one should hope for a chance of survival. The Night Howlers Headquarters » These savage dogs occupy a large, abandoned warehouse that is concealed within a small, fenced junkyard. Inside the warehouse, its old and slightly rusted, with a few holes in the ceiling and such. Surprisingly enough, a set of stairs remains there, slightly rotted, but there. On the upper floor level, it is halfway collapsed, but one room remains there, that room being The King's room. All the other dogs except for the Street Rats sleep on the base level. The Street Rats are not allowed to sleep within the warehouse and instead must sleep outside in the junkyard. During the day, those who decide to stay at home base typically reside outside in the junkyard and simply hang out. A broken down car is usually what The King lays on the hood and, if they allow it, some of the Elites - typically Tier 1 - to chill in the seats and the other Elites who can't fit or whatnot to chill around the car. The Shepherds Settlement » Unlike their merciless counterparts, The Shepherds live in a much smaller sort of 'camp'. A wide alleyway with a broken down, small house at the end of the alleyway is what they call home. A dumpster is where the leader can usually be found relaxing atop of and is used as a meeting place as well. The small building at the end is a mess inside and is actually half sunken in/in ruins on one side of it. However, actually going inside of it reveals a sinkhole, that has been carefully dug to make itself into a safe passage. It leads to a large, underground area that would eventually connect to the sewer. This area otherwise serves as The Shepherds sleeping area at night, and provides great coverage/defense. The rubble of the broken down house can be climbed and used to reach a higher height that enables a somewhat nice view of some of the city. The The Tunnels » The tunnels refer to something only The Shepherds know about. It is a series of sinkhole and sewage tunnels that lead to various places within the city {most lead to the Central Park}, with one even going directly under the Night Howlers Headquarters. However...it is frowned upon in using them due to how dangerously unstable they are...and not to mention, if a certain group found out about these tunnels, things could quickly turn to the worst.

[break] [break] The Dogs [break][break] Wynter l Female l Borzoi l 3 Years old l
There's no denying that Wynter is indeed a beautiful dog, who seems to just radiate with elegance and class, just as a dog of her standing should be. She is a pure white borzoi, being long legged with silky, flowing fur that won't have even a flake of dirt on it...otherwise she'll flip. Her eyes are a frosty, olive green. She is never seen without her prized collar, a beautiful white collar plated with elegant silver designs and what appears to be diamonds, it seeming more like a necklace than a collar. Ah, Wynter. She's a well known dog on the street she lives on, due to her owners being filthy rich and leading to a spoiled pooch. She's a 'star', having a pedigree and even some top show dog awards...and she knows she's fabulous. Unfortunately, this pretty pooch's personality is far less beautiful. Self centered and vain, if you're not worth her time, she'll definitely let you know. She's arrogant and isn't afraid to talk bad about a dog to them, in their face. Wynter's not just called Wynter for her fur. She...really is a cold dog, who seems to care more about herself and her looks than others. She seems to enjoy leading males dogs astray with being flirty and buttering them up...only to crush them. It's like an amusing passtime to her. She may seem nice sometimes but...really, the dog is a manipulative little something who has no qualms in using other, dumber dogs to her advantage. And what's better than a dog who is head over paws for her? Wynter....actually is a bit of a lonely dog though. There are a few, selected pawful who she couldn't bear to be without...and though she may treat them a bit harshly at times and always seem to chip them or others down, they often get to see her softer, affectionate side. ѕιlvy
Aki l Male l Shiba Inu l 2 Years Old l
One could go so far as to call this dog "cute", but Aki wouldn't quite think himself so. Silky smooth fur has been blessed upon Aki's smaller, somewhat feminine frame. Being about 18 pounds in weight and 14 inches in height, Aki is, oddly, not very large for his breed. As a Shiba, his fur is double-coated, the stiff outercoat being an orangish-brown and the soft undercoat a cream shade. An off-white color stays plastered onto the sides of his muzzle, ear tips, underbelly, and under his bun-shaped tail. His child-like eyes retain a bright hazel color. A light yellow collar encircles his neck. This young male is as timid as that a mouse. He is not suited for dealing with violence and raging fights. However, despite this, with a generous amount of consolation, he will be become stronger and bold enough to overcome the fear, sometimes even become assertive. He is very friendly and sweet, considering all dogs as his friends. He is quite smart and clever, knowing that every problem has at least some solution. This pup is known for being socially awkward, timid around just about everyone. He is insecure about his mouse-like behavior, which only adds on to his 'shy' issue. Sometimes this timidity can lend him to situations where he has to speak up, and he is not at all confident in his abilities. - He tends to stutter when he talks.
- He is on the sensitive side, and his feelings are easily
Mᴏᴏɴsʜɪɴᴇ06 - - 🎄
Magnus l Male l Siberian Husky l 3 Years Old l
Meet Magnus. Or, rather...Prince Magnus, as he prefers to be called — one of the richer dogs in the cul-de-sac with a long line of wealth running in his bloodline. Given a name that means "the greatest", there's no doubt that his ego is huge. He is quite an an attractive creature to behold. His moderately compact and well-furred body, erect ears, and brush tail give hints of his Northern heritage. His characteristic gait is smooth and seemingly effortless; every step is planned out carefully and meticulously. His eyes are almond-shaped, set a bit obliquely. The coat of this canine is as pure as white snow, with a silvery-gray blanket covering his back, forehead, and ears. His eyes are an enchanting, cold blue color. He is usually seen wearing a golden, jewel-encrusted collar with smaller jewels hanging from the edges. With an inflamed ego and plenty of fame in the show dog department, Magnus is quite the canine — the second-most popular, to be exact. He is the perfect example of a princely nobleman. He is quite afraid to get dirty and always keeps his fur squeaky clean. Even if a single strand is out of place, he will freak out. Magnus is um...difficult to make friends with. Why? Well, he may look fetching and friendly, but, all actuality...he is very rude and snooty. He knows he one of the most popular dogs in the neighborhood, with his owners being filthy rich. Egocentric and dramatic, he tends to complain a lot about the tiniest, trivial things that barely have significance. He is quite...back-sassy and stubborn, his words can turn quite icy, and he doesn't care about the feelings of others. He also doesn't care about being punished or reprimanded; thinking everything should go his way, whether others like it or not. Everything needs to go in his favor because he is a prince and should always get his way. He'll usually find a way to wriggle out of it, though. He wants only the luxuries in life, and hates having things that are...lower in class. He's quite famous in the news, although not nearly as much as Wynter. Even though he seems like a heartless snob, Magnus has a softer side he doesn't show often. If you have the patience and tolerance to crack open his thick shell, one will find a somewhat...understanding dog. He usually displays this side a bit awkwardly, as being "kind" isn't something that comes naturally to him. - He's a huge heartbreaker, moving from one female to the next, and not seeming to care about her feelings.
- He speaks formally and with basque, ornate sentences that have to be broken down to understand.
- He has a medium-thick French accent.
- He hates the city with a passion, mostly because of the filthy environment. He can't stand getting his fur wet, muddy, or even slightly dusty.

The Leader
Carla l Female l Saluki l 6 Years Old
Motherly, kindhearted, and calm. Carla is a dog who will leave you with wonder. For her age, she retains the beauty and grace of a young female. Silky soft and long off-white fur cover her slim, lanky frame, complete with a feathered tail and a pure white underbelly. As is typical of her breed, she possesses a general greyhound-like build, combined with long, slender legs, a narrow body, deep chest, a small waist and a long tail. With a slightly angular face and silky-haired ears, this lovely female's eyes are painted an oceanic blue. Carla is truly a motherly and sweet dog. As The Shepherds' premier, she is constantly looking out for everyone's well-being. If you need a helping paw, a listening ear, or some comforting words of advice, she's always there to aid you. She dislikes violence and the bloodthirsty, wanting to solve all problems through peace. She's quite observant of other's emotions, and knows somethings off when she sees it. Carla enjoys spending her day relaxing after her duties are done, and caring for the puppies. Though patient and motherly, Carla can be a bit stubborn and strict when it comes to her laws. Regardless, she will always be more than happy to give you a warm smile to brighten your day. Mᴏᴏɴsʜɪɴᴇ06 - - 🎄
The Commander
Reina l Female l Labrador Retriever l 3 Years
Sandy furred Reina is the Commander of the Shepherds. A medium-sized dog, she is lightly built yet well muscled. Her pelt is a pale, sand-colored gold, her muzzle white with a hint of tan. She has a long, faded scar along her muzzle, from a battle fought a long time ago. It would be inaccurate to describe Reina as stone-faced. It wouldn't be inaccurate, however, to say that she is a very well disciplined and organized dog. Formerly a service dog, she left her life upon the death of her aged owner, and took to the streets, eventually joining the Shepherds. A sharp wit and keen observation skills are leadership qualities that she possesses from her intense training and discipline as a puppy. Although she tries to be as magnanimous as possible, her first priority is the Shepherds, and she will do whatever it takes to keep them safe, even if it comes to a fight. In a battle, Reina is a quick and fierce opponent. Although she is not the largest dog, she makes use of her agility and speed to unbalance and confuse opponents, easily dispatching them. Although usually very composed, she can become flustered if something does not go as planned, and tends to freak out. As a dog trained to notice signs and patterns, she easily picks up on cues from other dogs, but can become confused if they do not act as she had sensed. Nevertheless, she is a reliable and friendly dog who her fellow shepherds can count on.[/style] ~Skyblaze~
The Shepherds Alistair l Male l King Shepherd x Greyhound l 3 Years Old
Alistair is a rather handsome looking dog. With a tall, more slender/feminine build, this male is rather long-legged, his form holding thick, long fur...in which often drives him to complain about how hot it makes him. Slightly large, triangular ears sit atop his head and medium sized paws hold claws that he, somehow, always makes sure to neatly trim. Just how he does it isn't really...known. Honestly, Alistair does take care in grooming himself quite well. His main colors include a silvery, dusky white with a darker silvery grey overcoat/markings, as he maintains the typical King Shepherd like markings. Although, he seems to lack the darker color muzzle that most of the breed has, with it only being faintly darker in color. His tail is the oddest thing about him - it's rather long and fluffy - perhaps almost fox-like to some degree. His eyes are a bright yellow. His upper canines are oddly long, making them tend to poke out a bit more than they should, but nothing too serious. Alistair is a er....hard to describe figure. Lets start out by saying this; Alistair is flamboyant. Very, very flamboyant. This dog believes that he is 'the thing', and more so, also believes he has some certain...er...style? Lets just say, he's hard to put into words. Not to say this dog is, by any means necessary, mean. That's..honestly, the exact opposite. He may come off as a bit overbearing with his how energetic he is, in fact he may remind some of a puppy or something, but, is honestly kind. Perhaps a bit too sensitive at times, but kind. He is also noted to be a bit of a flirty dog, and loves complimenting the ladies, despite having no interest in settling down just yet...of course, when he does find that one, they'll probably automatically know, because he'll act like a love stricken fool around them, and more so, be even more overbearing, perhaps even a bit annoying. He tends to be very affectionate, and more so, romantic even, especially to that certain one. He's a handful, least to say. Alistair is indeed a bit...arrogant, or more so, prideful. He's not the most serious dog either, nor is he one to take seriously, due to his love for joking around. However, he is extremely loyal, not to mention protective of his friends. As stated before, despite how out there he may be, Alistair is sensitive, even if very few can really do some damage to him. He's more so sensitive to perhaps that special one, who will literally wield his heart in their paw, and dogs he considers his friends. He dislikes being alone, which is why he is often around his closest companion - Kotaro. This is often why he isn't around the other Shepherds due to hanging out with his Stray friend. Honestly...Alistair rarely acts like a Shepherd and could even be considered a dead weight. He only joined because it seemed 'fun' and because of the protection. He has no intentions on starting any fights with the gang - despite his love for ticking them off. He also seems to believe though that it's best to just leave them be. ѕιlvyYing l Female l Rottweiler l 4 Years Old
Ying is a female rottweiler, whose build isn't as stocky as some of her breed, as she is a bit more tall than she is stocky. Still, muscles swell beneath her short furred pelt. More so, her jaws and face aren't as 'squished' as some, being compact and a bit more 'neat'. Ying is a chocolate rottie, making her fur color a milk chocolate brown rather than black, and the usual brown accents of her fur a bit more lighter and vibrant than others. Her eye is then a soft, gentle light brown. However...Ying does not look very pretty...or rather, she did at one point, but not anymore. Despite her already 'scary' breed and slightly larger, muscular side, her face is horribly scarred. Ugly scars score over her face and muzzle, leaving a few patches furless, and her left eye missing, one of her floppy ears being horribly torn. Her chest has a few furless scars on them as well as the back of her neck. [break] Despite Ying's horrid looks, she is truly a sweetheart. A motherly dog at heart, she is patient and sweet, if not insecure of her own appearance and thinking that she truly is ugly. Because of this, she may shy away from meeting other dogs, especially pups {despite her love for them}. She grows concerned easily and seems to sometimes be a bit clingy due to her intense fear of being left alone and abanonded. Despite not being gullible, she does trust rather easily due to her tendency to want to believe that there is good in every dog. Ying is very understanding, easily being a sympathetic and empathetic dog, who seems to go quite against both her 'breed stereotype' as well as her appearance. Despite her love for humans, she seems to be almost visibly hurt every time one points and stares at her or ushers their children away. She truly is a 'pet' at heart, which...isn't an insult to her. Still, she see's The Shepherds as her family and this loyal dog will fiercely protect them. Despite how brave she is, when it comes to fighting, Ying does pack a punch...but, her fear of actually fighting seems to make her cringe away into submission. It's...almost a bit heart wrenching to see the dog trying so hard to protect not only herself but the things she cares about but being utterly terrified. Really...Ying is a lover - not a fighter.[break] Ying used to be a housedog and belonged to a very sweet older man. However, one day, she was simply taken away from him {and it would later be revealed that he had died due to a heart attack}, as she was instead given to his son. His son was not a nice man, and this was seen by how he would constantly strike out at her or do various things to her just because he was bored or wanted to. Despite this....Ying loved him. She could not hate him. Her little nub of a tail would still wag when she saw him, and she'd always wait for him to get home despite him being gone for hours on end. Ying's scars were because of this man. He grew frustrated one day as he stared at her - the only thing he could think about was his deceased old man, and how the only thing he seemed to care about was his dumb dog. One day though, this man, who hung around people who did not so nice things with their dogs {aka dog fighting} was attacked by one of those said dogs and she defended him. Her face was horribly scarred as she was quickly outclassed by the dog, but refused to give up. The end result was a horribly scarred face. After she was healed, her owner couldn't bare to look at her, too consumed with guilt, but she believed simply because he was scared of her face. One day, he simply left and never returned after t telling her to wait and saying that 'Old pops' would be coming to get her. So she waited...and waited...and waited, until finally, she seemed to give up hope. With that in mind, she left, feeling lonely and lost until she stumbled across The Shepherds. ѕιlvy
Henry l Male l Beagle x Siberian Husky l 3 Years Old
Henry is a friendly and optimistic dog. Witty and streetsmart, Henry is a bit of a charmer, although this young dog values freedom over anything, and will not do anything that would risk him losing that. A medium-sized dog, Henry is primarily black and white, akin to his Husky heritage. His back and the top of his legs are pure black, giving him the appearance of wearing a coat. His underbelly and paws are white, along with most of his face. His ears are black, his eyes a bright blue. The base of his limbs are russet, and the same color flecks his underside. Henry had been a stray for a good part of his life, the sadly unwanted member of a litter of 7. He was fostered by the family for a while, but when expenses become too much to handle, they arranged to give him over to a shelter. Before he could be transferred, however, the curious Henry had found a hole in the fence, and he was off into the world. Guided by a love for adventure and not being tied down to anything, he traveled about for a long time, eventually coming across the city. He was impressed with the Shepherd's ideologies and agreed to join them, settling down into a permanent home for the first time. Despite this, he is rarely at camp, often found wandering and exploring wherever he feels the itch to. It's clear that his heart longs to travel, and it is unknown exactly how much longer he will be staying, but for the time being, he has settled in nicely. Although not one for fighting, Henry will do so if necessary, but will usually never initiate an attack. He prefers to try and reason out a situation and will usually never get angry. Only if he is unable to defuse a situation will he resort to a fight, but even then, tries to deescalate. ~Skyblaze~
Suihime l Female l Akita Inu l 2.5 Years Old
This female's name means, literally, "water princess" in Japanese. Suihime sports a semi-tall build, but a narrow and frail body; you'd wonder how a scrawny dog like herself copes with her health. Like crisp white snow on a chilling winter morning, this female's fur is covered from head to tail in a blank, white coat. Well...maybe not quite all the way white — more of a mix of silvery-blue hairs blended in with the white. This female has a lanky, skinny — almost malnourished — build to her. She has a soft muzzle equipped with a light pink nose. Her wide eyes are are a brilliant sky blue mixed with dark blue flecks. Suihime is...a kind female. She is very sensitive and shy, if you were to describe her in two words...but she usually won't do or say anything if her feelings were ever to be hurt. She is noted to be motherly, gentle, and extremely empathetic, easily connecting with another dog's feelings. If you tell her that your heart is broken, she might gaze at you sadly through teary, sympathetic eyes. Suihime is also...socially awkward. She prefers to keep to herself, staying out of most social situations; although, she is willing to converse with someone who starts the conversation before he. She does tend to hold a grudge against anyone who harms her or one of her packmates, and her rare wrath can be quite terrifying. Suihime is actually quite wise, despite being young. Despite seeming like a doormat, Suihime just has a fragile heart. So it is best to handle her with care. Mᴏᴏɴsʜɪɴᴇ06 - - 🎄
Emily l Female l Akita l 2 Years
A huggable ball of sunshine is all that young Emily is. A simple pallet of colors were given to this female. With two stacks of layered fur, she actually has two coats — the outer coat composed of straight and coarse hair, while the undercoat is soft and dense. Starting with the first, it is painted a plain, sort of creamy, off-white canvas. The next layer is surprising. It looks like cream and orange mixed together, making a soft, light citrus color. As an Akita, Emily possesses heavy bones and a body that is big; a bit longer than she is tall. Her legs are slightly longer than average, her tail is fluffy, and her eyes are two large, bright circles full of cuteness. Emily has a certain rare genetic condition called "heterochromia", which causes her eyes to be different colors. Her right eye is a sky blue, while the other is a chocolate amber-brown. Normally cheerful and sweethearted, Emily is a kind female who genuinely cares for the common canine. She speaks in an overly-excited manner and tries to practice peacefulness when facing conflicts. You can call her an overgrown puppy; she loves to play and jump around, and needs some space in order to have her fun. Striving to become stern yet kind like her older peers at all times, however, she has a nearly optimistic perception of the world; she is never quick to judge others regardless of their age, personality, or status. She genuinely believes in Carla's vision, knowing that someday all of the city dogs can come together for a main cause. She can be a bit naive, as well as a nuisance, due to her overly-confident bursts of energy. Despite this, she knows that everything has a time and place, and will quiet down when the situation requests for it. But that won't stop her from trying to put a smile on your face, whether you like it or not. Mᴏᴏɴsʜɪɴᴇ06 - - 🎄

The King Grimm l Male l Bully Kutta x Great Dane x English Mastiff l [ 6 Years Old
Ah...here he is. The big, bad 'king' of the gang 'Night Howlers'. And boy...is he big and is he bad. Grimm, or 'The Mad King Grimm' as he's often called {and sadly enough seems to enjoy being called this} is a beast. Weighing over 210lbs at a height 40 inches at the withers, Grimm is indeed the largest dog within the city - and he knows this. Grimm is a mix between a Great Dane and a Bully Kutta as well as a little bit of English Mastiff, three massive dogs each in their own way. This 'little monster' is both long-legged, but almost a bit stocky, with a heavy, muscular build. His fur is rather short, and the 'lips' of his muzzle ever so slightly droop, but not like the 'drool-y breeds'. Grimm has a harlequin marking, which explains the black spotting covering his white fur. However, the most noticeable marking Grimm has is that half of his face, the right half, is purely black, with that respective ear being white with smaller black splashes. The other half is of course the usual white with black splashes. His eyes are a dark, fiery amber in color. His tail is slim and medium in length. Grimm's ears are large and cropped upwards. Many scars covers his fur, some being larger than other. Typically, he wears a few light chains around his neck in a doubled up chain collar, which have dug into his skin on occasions, as seen by the scars that seem to blister there. Whether he minds the pain or not isn't really known. His massive teeth seem to be permanently stained with crimson, as does his paw pads and his maw a little. If it isn't obvious enough, fighting Grimm is like asking to be visited by the Grim Reaper himself - Grimm's strength and fighting skill is otherwise infamous within the city. Ah...lo and behold the king, Grimm. Grimm is...horrible. A monster, really. This dog is not and will never be 'good'. The stench of blood and death on his fur seems to almost be his permanent scent. This dog is cruel...otherwise, just vile and a tyrant in his prime. Grimm cares not for anyone but himself, and his blood lust cannot be fueled. He lives and craves to see the suffering of others, its honestly his favorite pastimes. To the on looker, Grimm is perfectly sane - but in reality, he's one of 'those' types, the ones who crumble down from the inside and remain just cold on the outside. Usually, the male appears calm and relaxed, to where he'll easily converse with those in his gang, joking around, and enjoying himself as a 'king' should be. But, underneath his relaxed display is a mad man. Many times before the gang has seen him suddenly snap out in a flash and the sound of flesh tearing and another body that's left on display for days. Grimm enjoys pain - both receiving and delivering - a quality of a madman. He enjoys hearing his opponents beg - he enjoys their suffering. He truly is a horrible dog. He himself is a selfish creature. As long as he survives, he does not care who he has to kill. He will not fight honorably, and he does not care who he kills, be it age, gender, who they are to him...When Grimm craves blood, when Grimm wants to kill - someone will suffer. Grimm has a dark sense of humor, seeing as he uses the fur of the previous king as a bed of some kind, and seems almost fond of it. Grimm is unstable, perhaps even bipolar. For example, he once let a dog who broke the harsh code of his gang leave, speaking in an almost bored demeanor, without killing or even harming him...But a poor dog who was eating and had seemingly left one section of a bone unchewed made him snap. The dog was dead within a matter of a minute. Typically though, Grimm keeps an almost uncaring personality. Excluding his bloody tendencies, Grimm himself does have other qualities when he isn't raving on or playing with the odd collection of dog skulls within his 'room' in The Night Howlers. His deep voice isn't full of insane muttering or show his constant lust for destruction - he almost seems polite in a dark, mocking way. He even seems to almost be a bit flirtatious at times as well! And despite his problems - he isn't stupid. Grimm is smart - shockingly so even if he may not act like it. Although his way of thinking and logic may be a bit...warped. Who exactly Grimm is and where he came from is unknown. He seems to known and previously have a connection with the leader of The Shepherds...however, no one truly knows what his past was. Grimm simply appeared with Night Howlers territory and challenged the old king - a massive mutt of a dog fabled to have at least a little wolf in him. King Titus. The dog not only flirted within Titus' mate in front of him, but he also criticized his ruling. He then called the Titus weak, and Titus launched himself at him. As Titus' jaws clamped onto his throat, Grimm only laughed. This attack created one of the largest scars on his body, which starts at the side of his neck, over his jugular and down his chest. Their fight was bloody...but short. Despite being a dog feared for his fighting strength, he fell easily to Grimm...and his fur was torn from his body, ending up as a blanket of some kind for Grimm, as old Titus' skull sits upon a pile of other bones within Grimm's 'corner of odd things'. - Grimm is based on the Hunter x Hunter character Hisoka.
- It was thought that Grimm once had a litter of pups and a mate...however, their fates are unknown. It's rumored within the gang that he snapped one day and killed them. He's never denied nor confirmed this.
ѕιlvy The Elites
Tier 1 Raveneyes l Male l Border Collie Mix l 3.5 Years Old
'Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night’s Plutonian shore; quoth the Raven, “Nevermore." Raveneyes is quite attractive, being tall and muscular, yet not stocky. He has average-lengthed fur, his tail fur being noted to be longer. Now, onto the over pallete of his coat...well...simply, midnight black is a color that could accurately describe it. From head to tail, his fur is a solid, black base. Does he have an overcoat? Well, yes; if you can call it one. It is a very pale silver; not even visible except under bright sunlight. He has short, white "stockings" on his front legs, but that is only part of him that is not obsidian. He has a fox-like muzzle and pointed ears. With his solid black pelt, Raveneyes looks relatively simple. But his eyes are quite...creepy on the other hand. The pupils are constantly constricted — even in dim light, they look quite contracted and even seem to glow. They're a bright amber — just barely red in color — typically with a menacing, almost devilish look. Inside his mouth are long, thorn-sharp fangs. Formerly a rogue, Raveneyes joined the Nighthowlers after escaping a building fire. Raveneyes is a dedicated Elite to King Grimm and upholds a strong sense of duty to his pack. He faithfully follows and carries out every one of his leader's orders, while ensuring that the gang runs smoothly. Raveneyes acts as a gentleman; seemingly courteous and polite to all. However, he is, in actuality, a callous, heartless, and sadistic dog. He is ruthless when attacking others on Grimm's orders, and usually expresses his diabolic nature through his dark, sarcastic humor. Sometimes, if he is not restrained, Raveneyes can...go overboard when fighting; he'll even keep tearing and biting at the dog until it becomes nothing more than a gruesome, bloody mess. If you see him gently smile at you, be warned of his tone of voice — his chilling, threatening timbre will tell you an entirely different story. When it comes to killing, he has no objections or hesitations. If he's ordered to end a life, he will end one. Moreover, Raveneyes, finds...enthusiasm in any challenge, in any death match. Raveneyes is cunning and sly; a pure expert at manipulation. He has no problem bending or blackmailing other dogs to his (or Earl's) will to achieve his wants and needs. Overall, don't be fooled by his gentlemanly behavior or his charming face. Because you can never truly trust a demon.- He and Earl often work together, and Raveneyes can be seen caring for the younger dog as if he were a valet.
- He rarely seems to sleep, and when he does, it is only a light sleep. He will awake even at the very sound of a lead rustling in the wind.
- He is based on Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler.

Rage l Male l English Bullweiler (Bulldog x Rottweiler) l 6 Years Old
Large, stocky, and heavily muscled, Rage is a dog that is to be feared. A cross breed between a bulldog and rottweiler, Rage is aptly named. Bred by a dogfighter, Rage has the qualities of a dog meant for battle. Between his crushing jaw strength and thick, muscled neck easily protecting him from attacks, Rage is comfortable effortlessly thrashing smaller dogs who would dare to challenge him. He is a black and russet colored dog, with short but thickly muscled legs. His jowls are wrinkled and house powerful, wicked fangs. His eyes are beady and yellow. Recognized and feared as a powerful brute, he is usually not bothered, except by upstart dogs who quickly learn the danger of what they provoked. Although he has a reputation of being a mindless savage, Rage is by no means a dumb dog. He spent his formative years in the brutal world of illegal dogfights, and quickly learned that to survive, he needed to win his fights. This worldview vastly warped his personality but provided him with a keen battle sense not usually seen. After the dogfighting ring where he was held was broken up, Rage was taken to an animal shelter. Violent and implacable, he refused to be domesticated, and as such was never adopted, which was how he preferred it. After he eventually escaped, with the help of another dog who he bullied into opening his cage, he took to the streets and was soon discovered by the Night Howlers after leaving a bloody swath in his wake. He had no problems joining the dogs, and quickly established himself as one of the strongest in the group. Personality-wise, Rage is cruel and a touch unhinged. Concepts such as "mercy" and "surrender" are alien to him, as in the world of dogfighting, he was always instructed to fight until his opponent's body was no longer warm. If one was brave enough to hold a conversation with him, they would be quite disturbed. Rage's speech patterns are erratic, and he often speaks in a cryptic, cynical way, in contrast to his cold bloodthirstiness. Rage respects strength, which is one of the reasons why he defers to the King, who he sees as truly strong. In Rage's eyes, those who are strong are useful. Those who are weak are not. Although an immensely powerful asset to the Night Howlers, his tendency to wreak havoc and general lawlessness makes him a bit of a loose cannon. Volatile and unpredictable, it's hard to figure out what could set off his destructive tendencies next. Nevertheless, he currently chooses to reside with the Night Howlers, but it is clear that his loyalties only lie with himself, at least for the time being. When this erratic and violent being decides he no longer wishes to have anything to do with this group, he will leave, and there will be no one to stop him. ~Skyblaze~
Rin l Female l Beauceron l 4 Years Old
Rin is a tough looking female dog with a presence of stern discipline and just...coldness. Despite her usual blank face and scowl on her maw, there's no denying that the female is rather pretty, even if her icy personality {hence her name meaning 'cold'} does seem make it a bit insignificant. She has a slightly tall build, being long-legged and her somewhat short but slightly thick fur hiding her wiry muscles. Rin is a Beauceron, or more specific, a Harlequin Beauceron. Her fur is covered with splatters and spreads of grey merle markings, making her body a mixture of grey, brown, and black. Her ears are cropped, making them stand perked against the top of her head. Her eyes are then a sharp, icy blue in color. Rin is the dog that you may wonder are they more like a robot than a dog. Her facial expression rarely changes from that serious, almost cold and emotionless expression. Her voice seems void of it as well. She's quite literally all business, always raring to go and do something job-like and hates sitting still, growing irritable when she's not out and about. Perhaps this stems from her service as a Police Dog formally...this also explains her stern, disciplined attitude. She can be quite rude to someone, or perhaps its her genuinely blunt personality. Honestly, Rin lacks an understanding of emotions, so even when she's trying to be kind, it doesn't turn out right....and thus, she's almost learned to not care, and that, for the most part, emotions are pointless and only get in the way of serving Grimm to the best of her ability. The female looks up to Grimm in an almost unhealthy way, ever since he 'saved' her, and thus will follow his orders without the slightest hesitation, being a loyal solider to the end. Anyone who disrespects him is met by rare anger from her....and Grimm knows this, often manipulating her without a care in the world. Rin is not completely devoid of emotions, despite her ever cold personality. It's sad to see a dog who looks uncomfortable at the niceness of others or seems to lack an understanding of even the basic concept of playing chase. Even her mannerism of speech is formal and strange. Still, the cool tempered, confident female almost seems to be hiding another side of her entirely, perhaps a softer, more scared of failure dog, and someone who doesn't want to be thrown away like she was done to in the past. She fears being weak, which may explain her dominant personality and her willingness to only show respect to the other elites of her Tier and Grimm. Rin, unlike most dogs within the pack, knows that killing is bad, despite her willingness to do so. Despite her seeming disrespect for those that are weak, she sometimes seems a bit...regretful, and believes that it is only a matter of time until her 'dues are paid'. If you haven't guessed already, Rin can be rather pessimistic and is a realist. Rin used to be a police dog...However, she was dispatched after attacking a dog and severely injuring them after she thought they were trying to attack her partner. Believing she was a failure and seeing that she was feared even by the person who she had been raised by as a pup, the female ran away from home. One day, a dog attack her as she wandered the streets. She fought for her life with such ferocity, and yet, the other dog seemed to take advantage of her. Before the dog could land the final blow, they suddenly dropped, dead, and bleeding heavily from there throat - which had been torn out. Before he stood Grimm. He 'offered' her to come and join his gang, and that he would give her a new purpose...Believing she was 'saved',both literally and figuratively, she accepted...Little did Rin know that the dog that had tried to kill her had been sent by Grimm, who had been watching from the shadows. Honestly, at this point, it probably wouldn't have changed much.
- She is loosely based off of Genos from One Punch Man.

Tier 2
Earl l Male l Unknown l 2 Years Old[break]
Earl is a patrician, imposing little canine. And when I say little, I mean little. He is someone whose appearance you'd find either non-threatening or childish. But he is not what he seems, especially not with such an innocent face. Most think he is a pup at first glance, but he is actually fully grown. Being of an unknown breed, Earl is similar in his father's build, being lanky and smooth. His fur is a light blue-gray color — the "blue" tint being more prominent in daylight. His left eye is an icy blue, cold as the icy tundra, but his right actually is sort of a...a violet-blue shade, with a two-clawed scar over it. To top it all off, a somewhat fancy navy blue collar is wrapped about his neck, an aquamarine gem hanging from the middle. Earl is...not a "good dog", that's for certain. Very serious and hard to please, he is often looked down upon for his age, despite being an Elite. Earl is an arrogant and shrewd boy, with a distinguished air of nobility about him. More accustomed to a luxurious lifestyle, as he once was a housedog, being forced to move into the city did not sit well with him. Earl is stern with his orders, especially in the assertion of his high rank, because he expects Raveneyes to complete them without any shortcomings. He has a relatively cold outlook on life. His main goal is for those who have betrayed his family to experience the same level of humiliation and suffering he did. Earl possesses unwavering determination — instead of falling into hopelessness, he chooses to die without regrets by working hard to fulfill his revenge.- His mother and father died in a fire when he was a young pup.
- He rarely ever smiles, and even if he does, it is only a sly smirk, nothing more.
- He is based on Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler.

The Grunts
Phantom l Male l American Pitbull Terrier x American Bulldog l 3.5 Years Old
Phantom is a rather large dog, supporting a somewhat stocky build with a broad chest and shoulders. He has a large, sort of blocky head and semi-droopy jowls. Phantom, true to his name, has pure white {typically a bit dirty and sometimes flea bitten} short fur. He then has amber eyes. Phantom is your typical 'grunt' dog, really. He's the brute - the bully. He has no problem sinking down to a low level to steal food from a weaker packmate and often bullies around The Street Rats for fun. Phantom enjoys showing off his strength and does seem to even occasionally challenge the elites. It's no secret that he yearns to move up in the ranking, although a few dogs {especially dogs like Rage or Raveneyes} do seem to frighten him. Still, the brute doesn't seem to show it much as the arrogant, sort of idiotic dog will often boast and toot his own horn. He's quite a bit of a kiss up towards Grimm and the higher ups, and Phantom actually can be a bit cowardly. If he's outnumbered or it seems like a fight he's going to lose, the dog's brave, 'punk' attitude changes completely into a whimpering little coward. But...Phantom really isn't as bad as he seems. Yes, he's kinda messed up and sadistic at times. Yes, he has no right for being so rude or just mean...but, he's actually just...scared. Scared of not surviving - scared of dying. He feels alone, as Grimm killed his brother who stood up to him and forced the dog to join. He used to be a cowardly little something and stayed in The Street Rats for quite sometime until he learned that being weak would get him no where. He challenged a dog and...quite literally tore them apart. However, to this day, Phantom feels guilty about it, especially since the dog he challenged and killed had been a friend to him. Phantom can be a bit affectionate - gruffly so - to those that manage to crack through his shell, and though not at all brave, for his friends, he'll stick up to even the elites {Grimm is a totally different story} to make sure they're okay. He...actually has a soft spot for puppies, believe it or not. He has a hatred for the Shepherds due to a lie Grimm once told him in that his younger sister {who had been a Street Rat} alongside him had been killed by them in a scuffle....However, in reality, Grimm had killed her due to her refusal to kill an innocent Shepherd dog. ѕιlvy

The Strays Lux l Female l Kangal x Estrele Mountain Dog x Central Asian Shepherd l 5 Years Old
At first glance, one may think of Lux more so as a bear like creature than a dog. This female is massive. Her tall, semi-heavy build and somewhat thick fur may also given her a more..masculine appearance as well. Regardless, the female is a Kangal mix. What exactly she's mixed with isn't really...known, with her kangal features being the most prominent, with a few of the other known breeds being Estrela Mountain Dog and Central Asian Shepherd Dog. Either way, Lux is massive, being at a height of just about 35 inches at the withers and nearly at about 168 lbs. Her fur itself is rather thick and longer furred and looking a bit double coated. However, she's not too long-furred..it's almost a bit of a 'fluffy' look, coming from her Estrela Mountain Dog side. It's coloring a lighter, pale brown {similar to how most kangal's look}, however, is darker brown in various parts. Her face is then covered in a dark brown, almost black looking mask. However, similar to her Central Asian Shepherd part, this dark marking is split by a lighter, almost dirty golden brown like blaze that trails between her eyes and onto her forehead, with the top half of her muzzle/cheeks being this same color but her bottom jaw/chin remaining the darker brownish black coloring. Her front two paws are a dirty tannish white. Her thick tail is rather furry, but a bit short and slightly curled. Lux then has dark golden eyes. Her floppy ears, which are a bit lacking in fur compared to the other parts of her body, are black, her left being torn. Lux is covered in scars, with a long scar down her jugular and another smaller scar over the bridge of her nose in a horizontal slant. She wears a dirty, torn black bandanna around her neck. Lux has a slightly thick Turkish accent. wip[break] Lux and Sybil used to be guardian dogs against wolves and other threats back in Turky. However, things...happened, and the two winded up here, abandoned and alone and only having each other.- Lux knows how to hunt, even if she's a bit sloppy at it. She's still efficient though.

Sybil l Female l Kangal x Estrele Mountain Dog x Central Asian Shepherd l 2.5 Years Old
Despite the two being siblings, Sybil is much, much different than her older sister, Lux. Firstly, she isn't nearly as big as Veli despite being that odd Kangal mix as well...and unlike looking like a dog that wants to maul you, Sybil looks more like a bear cub you just want to cuddle. Standing at very barely 30 inches at the withers {perhaps a little under} and only 137 lbs, Sybil...hopes that she can possibly grow a bit more to be somewhat similar to her much more muscular and larger older sister. Her fur itself is a bit longer and thicker than Lux's as well as darker in color. Sybil's fur is a darker golden brown with darker brown and almost black tints as well as lighter golden brown tints in various sections of her fur. Her facial marking, unlike her sisters, is lighter in coloring, being a lighter golden brown, and instead seeming almost like a sudden splash of this color against her otherwise darker brown/blackish colored face, as it splashes over her right eye, trails over her muzzle in an unsymmetrical sort of way and then halfway covers her right ear. Her ears are furry and fluffy, being a bit large and black in color. She suffers from 'parti eye' which means her eyes are typically a golden amber in color, but her left eye has a sudden splash of blue on it. Her scruff area is scarred. She wears a dirty, torn white bandanna around her neck. Unlike her sister, her Turkish accent isn't as thick, except when she gets overly excited. Much unlike her sister, Sybil is...well, Sybil. It's honestly hard to describe this female, but if there was one word, it'd be 'adorable'. Sybil really is like a bear cub. This rather huge female dog loves to do one thing - play! Despite being an older young dog, she still hadn't lost her playfulness whatsoever, and her cheerful, curious personality is quite a contrast to her usually gruff and grumpy older sister. Easily excitable and seeming to just want to cuddle and love on others all the time, Sybil struggles in learning that not every dog is nice or wants to be her friend. Hyper sensitive though, this can be...a bit of a struggle. Of course, making her cry really isn't the smartest thing to do, unless you want her much larger, much less nicer sister lunging for your throat. Sybil seems to take life in a much lighter view and is actually quite a sweet hearted dog. Her kindness and gullibleness is often taken advantage of, much to Lux's dismay, which also may explain why she is so protective over her younger sister. Ever talkative and sociable, Sybil seems to bring out a warmer side from Lux that is never really seen by others, and it's easy to see how close they are due to the fact that she is the only one who can call Lux'Luxy' or chew on her sisters ears without fear of getting their throat torn out. Sybil, however, really admires her sister and values her bravery. Because of how fearless Lux is, Sybil often tries to copy her, and ends up miserably failing. Really, despite her size, Sybil can barely scare a kitten. Because of this want to seem tougher, she does often start fights but...honestly, they rarely ever get anywhere because she ends up giggling or getting bored with the argument/fight and wanting to play instead. She's very affectionate - and cuddly - and seems to enjoy being around others greatly. Her attention span, however, isn't the greatest, as seen by when Lux lectures her, it only takes a few minutes before she's trying to snap at a fly. wip
- Unlike her sister, Sybil has little clue on how to hunt. The last hunting lesson she and her sister had ended up with her head stuck inside a pipe after stalking a rat. Lux decided it was best to just 'go slow. very, very slow.'

Sin l Male l Borzoi l 5 Years Old
Sin, whose name is pronounced as if you're saying 'seen', is an...odd dog. Not in appearance or anything like that, but the presence the males gives out just seems to cloak him in mystery. Often speaking in rhymes or simply just...appearing, this dog is someone whom you may want to watch out for. Appearance wise, Sin is a devilishly handsome dog. He is a pure black borzoi, with only his chin fur being an icy white. Otherwise, this tall, elegant dog hasn't one other color to mark his silky furred form. His eyes are then a sharp, clear light grey in color.
- Sin is based off of the bleach character, Aizen.

All information about your dog here! Please be at least 8 sentences in total. Use if you want to separate your paragraphs. Two are needed to create an actual space between them. ѕιlvy Herman l Male l Tibetan Mastiff l 11 Years Old
An older dog, Herman has not had his lot in life. Abandoned by a breeder due to testing low on various breed performance metrics, he was left to the streets, where he spent most of his life. Herman is a massive dog, much larger than pretty much any dog one would meet, it is common for others to be intimidated by his appearance. Scars crisscross all over his body and face, twisted, mangled claws, and a ragged tail give him the appearance of a perpetually glowering, grizzled dog. However, underneath his rough appearance, Herman has a heart of gold. Gentle giant would be the perfect way to describe Herman, friendly to most any dog and always willing to offer a helping hand. He is very gentle and protective of younger dogs, and is friendly to the Shepherds, although for reasons unknown, he has never joined them, preferring to roam the streets himself. However, he does stop by every now and then, perhaps to share news, perhaps to inquire about changes in the city. He makes his home underneath an abandoned theater. Although considered a formidable fighter in his younger days, Herman is no longer in fighting condition. The main reason for this is his failing eyesight. It has gotten to the point where the old dog can barely see clearly, and often stumbles about his day. Regardless of this, he does his best to carry himself with dignity, and most dogs wouldn't consider troubling him due to his sheer size. A wise dog, Herman has no problem sharing hunting techniques with a polite dog. Although he doesn't want to admit it, he is weakening in his old age, but refuses to join the Shepherds for fear of being a burden. Herman is primarily black in color, although his pelt and muzzle have grayed with age. His underbelly is russet, and a dash of white accentuates his whiskered muzzle. ~Skyblaze~
Snake l Female l Doberman l 2 Years Old
Snake looks rather intimidating, and it is wise not to go poking around with this female. Unless you want your ears bitten off, that is. Her powerful, muscular, compact, and square-proportioned build gives her a package of speed, elegance, strength, and endurance. Her posture is alert and proud, while her gait is fast and loose. As a purebred Doberman Pinscher, she has strong muscles, and long legs fit for running. Her deadpan green eyes give off an intimidating aura, her fangs are sharper than he words, and say that her glare is enough to let anyone know she's not playing around. The entirety of her pelt is black, like night itself. The only spots that aren't obsidian-colored are her muzzle, tail tip, and toes — they're a sienna sort of color. A black flea collar encircles her neck. Although she is a fairly pretty dog, Snake's personality is...not as charming. She is a dog whom you would never, ever, want to cross, and I mean that. Snake is anything but..."nice". Her expressionless gaze is enough to let anyone know she is not tolerant of others fooling around. She's a no-nonsense kind of dog, and she does not think survival is a game. She loves hard work, and pushes herself to the limit if she has to. Being made of iron from inside and out, Snake looks down on weaker dogs, thinking that they should be left to die if they're unable to fend of themselves. She has a bit of an ego, and feels as if she deserves utmost importance. Another downfall is that she seems to be very callous, unaware that some dogs have easily hurt feelings.- She likes dueling, and is actually quite good at fighting.
- She prefers to isolate herself, staring around at nature or the dogs around her.
- She will occasionally talk with others, but her vocabulary usually consists of sharp remarks and blunt insults.
- She has slight anger issues, easily snapping at strangers.

Major l Female l Saluki x German Shepherd x Great Dane l 3 Years Old
The Great Dane is a large German breed known for its formidable size. Standing as high as 2 feet and 5 inches, Major is huge, although definitely not as gigantic as Grimm. As such, she usually towers over most dogs. She may be built like a lumbering bull, but don't you dare try and challenge her. Physically strong for a female - and for her much more svelte Saluki genes - Major has a large, tall build that seems to tower over most. Her German Shepherd genes are displayed in her appearance. Her velvety skin is layered in a brown base of fluffy fur, covered in a with midnight black "saddle" pattern over her back. The most notable of all of her features is her eyes. They are sharp, fierce, and burning with a crackling, emerald green fire. They seem to glow in the darkness, and most dogs who look at her know right off the bat that she could cut through you if those eyes were daggers. She has medium-length fur, the inches longer at her tail, stomach, and neck. A long, pink scar runs down her bulky shoulder, two small scars trace her cheekbones, and two nicks have tainted her right ear. She wears a camo-print leather collar on her neck, as well as silver dog tags with small chains as a necklace. Although she is a very pretty canine — and she knows this is true — Major's personality is...not as charming. She was a former war dog, and is very battle-hardened. This hot-blooded female has a temper that is rather extreme. Disrespect is something she can't stand in a hundred years, and as she always keeps watching her own behavior, she demands the same from everyone else. If a dog acts with what is commonly perceived as lowly or underhanded, she often cuts them down without question. Major is extremely blunt, harsh, and very...er, loud. She throws insults and remarks into her conversations at times, and especially likes it when it hits home for another dog. If one triggers her anger, it is best to leave her alone so she can cool down.- She has a somewhat thick German accent.
Mᴏᴏɴsʜɪɴᴇ06 - - 🎄
Musashi l Male l Breed {if a mixed breed, use, breed x breed} l 3 Years Old
Musashi is your...average Joe of a dog. He retains a brown base pelt with a smoky black covering over it; a light beige serves as his underbelly, sloping up his legs, under his tail, and dotting two circles above his eyes. This male has a relatively svelte body with long legs and circular paws. His cranium is slightly triangular, with his ears sitting at the perfect angle. As if the golden sun itself had given its colors to his optics, they are a deep yellow mixed with orange. A darkened yellow bandana is tied around around his neck, and it appears to be smudged with a bit of dirt. Once a loner, Musashi is a confident and usually level-headed canine who revels in freedom from laws or order. Although he may seem smarmy and impartial, he is truly devoted to his friends and will help them if they need it. If they are in danger in anyway, he will forgo profit and join with which ever side he sees to be the most just. There is not much to say about Musahi's personality, for it is...simple. For the most part, Musashi is noted to be rather cool and aloof, if not constantly calm. He never gets too worried or worked up about anything, but he is noted to be serious sometimes. When the time calls for it, at least. It's clear that he's gone through quite some hardship while in the city, and he knows that trying to even survive there is quite the chore. His old-aged owner died a couple of years ago, leaving him with no one to care for him. Having no choice, Musashi was forced to venture into the city and make a living there. He got quite lucky, eating well, making friends, and learning about every nook and cranny of the area; which sculpted him into the street smart dog he is today. Nowadays, he doesn't usually have as much luck as he did back then, but he knows how to get by himself. He retains a "go with the flow" attitude on life, feeling as if there's nothing to get to excited over. As far as the two city organizations go, despite seeming a bit...neutral, Musashi is more geared towards The Shepherds. He feels as if The Nighthowlers are too much of a brute force to deal with, whereas The Shepherds are, obviously, much more benevolent in nature. Because, believe me, he's had his fair share of learning about the...gory ways that the Nighthowlers deal with their traitors. Despite his conflicting feelings, he tends to stay out of any disputes.- A self-proclaimed ladies man, Musashi is a little of a hopeless romantic, always attempting to find a female to flirt with.

Also! My apologies for the slow response time with the front page - tis' the downside of having such a heavily coded page. If it does get truly unbearable, I'll speak to Moon & Sky about a possibly separate roleplay page. However, I'm hoping that only the first page would be slow to respond. Otherwise, the front page takes about a minute to load. Like...a literal minute - I ran a test. So, yes!
And yus, I'm typing up starters for my charries as well! <3

An air of mystery was beginning to show with each step he took. Raveneyes slowly made his way down the rusted, torn-down stairs of the warehouse, paying no heed to the few fearful glances he was receiving. Having woken up earlier than most of the gang, the black dog lowering his haunches to the ground, sitting peacefully with his tail wrapped neatly about his legs. As he settled down, his frosty crimson eyes were fixed over the dogs that were asleep, never wavering as he scrutinized and examined them silently. As if he were looking for a good, fresh lamb; one fit for the slaughter.
"Raveneyes."
A small yet cool voice snapped Raveneyes out of his trance, and his gaze traveled downwards to see a much shorter dog, Earl. Although Earl was a Tier 2 Elite, Raveneyes treated him as his equal, and almost like a caretaker. A curious glitter came to Raveneyes's gaze. "Earl," he began to inquire. "Why is it so that you have risen so early before I wake you?"
Earl's cold gaze shifted to the side, his scarred violet-blue right eye sticking out like a sore thumb. He pawed at the somewhat... "fancy" blue collar encasing his neck; one could tell he wasn't planning to get rid of it anytime soon. It was the only memoir of his family that he had, not mention it spoke of his past life as a housepet. "I'm not sure. I just...happened to wake up early, is all." The short canine's pelt shifted as he slowly descended down the steps, pawsteps careful and light, as if he was trying not to break a nail. His head raised into the air, almost in a dominant manner.
"I see."
Earl knew that some of the gang members underestimated him due to his small stature and somewhat young age. But did he really care? No. He wasn't what he seemed, and he was bent on proving that to everyone.
"I'm sorry... E-Excuse me."
The whispery, light voice came from the typically shy Shepherd, Suihime. As she pushed through a somewhat tight group of chatting canines, she kept her ears flat and her eyes downcast. None of the dogs really paid her any mind, but Suihime wondered who was silently judging her. She was physically weakened and not as experienced in fighting as she was swimming. Not mention she was immensely shy and awkward around the more social of the group. She didn't mind, though, but she still kept a wary eye about her colleagues. Settling down in a solitary spot, the white Akita closed her deep blue eyes and sighed wearily. She wasn't looking to converse with anyone, nor did she want to.
Well, maybe as long as they began the talk before her. Only then would she feel...at least a bit comfortable with speaking.
"Ah, mon Dieu... It's so hard being famous..." The sighing words came from a certain male, one of the high-class housedogs, to be specific.
Magus, Prince Magnus.
Well, of course he chose that title for himself, just to add fire to his irritatingly large ego. The Siberian Husky make gave a content coo, gently grooming his fur until it looked just right. This was...the third or fourth time he'd cleaned up? Yes, some must think that his meticulous grooming sessions are a bit too often, but whatever could he say? Not every dog in the neighborhood could be as marvelous as he. Not to mention that he had debated on going out for a morning walk today; the possibility of getting even a speck of dirt on him made him cringe. Something like that on shining, silvery-gray fur? Not a favorable combination! Yes, some might call him stuck-up, narcissistic, maybe snobby. But even with his sour personality, he just had to keep his fame and looks in top shape!
The male let out another sigh, staring up at a couple of his plaques hanging on the walls, before turning his divided attention to the window of his house. Plumed tail curling around his paws as he sat up, Magnus kept his gaze on the silent streets below, watching to see if anyone he knew passed by.
Or maybe, if they noticed him first.
Meanwhile, Emily was doing what he did best - being cute and playful. Although she was just slightly bigger than the other young dogs, she had the adorableness and boundless energy of a pup. You could call her an...overgrown puppy. One would be a bit surprised to see a dog like her trotting around like a horse fueled by rapture. But Emily was used to this - she loved her carefree lifestyle. Her tail was even furiously wagging, her pink tongue playfully lolling from her mouth.
Of course, Emily wasn't exactly looked where she was going, and almost bumped right into another canine she was approaching. "Ah! Sorry, didn't see ya there!"

A large maw filled with even larger teeth briefly opened as a pink tongue flashed. Cropped ears lightly pressed back as a yawn was given by 'The Mad King' himself. Padding from out the warehouse those worthy of their rank slept in, it had just turned afternoon. Perhaps a bit of an odd time to awake, given most dogs were already up but...This was Grimm. He made the rules - not follow them. He could sleep for a whole day and not a dog would dare to bother him. The utterly massive canine pushed his way through the slightly ruined door frame of the warehouse, in which the door that had once been there was long gone. As he made his way out into the junkyard, the previously loud commotion of dogs talking with one another quieted as all eyes rested on him. The black and white furred canine held his head high, his gaze falling on two dogs who had been tugging on some sort of half chewed bone of something, possibly having a little scuffle over it. They froze in fear as his large shadow cast over them. However, Grimm only 'smiled'.
"Please do excuse me," he said, lifting up a paw to stop over them. However, a large paw was instead suddenly pressed down on the back of one of the dogs head, making their snout go straight into the ground as they gave a yelp. Surprisingly enough, he was careful not to press his weight down too much. He didn't want to kill the 'poor scrap of fur'. Just a bit of fun was all. His head reached down and had taken the fallen bone into his jaws. Content, he walked along, partially treading over the poor dog he had stepped on. Going over to his usual place, aka his 'throne', which was an old, broken down car, a creak was heard as the large dog jumped atop it, laying down upon the roof of it. There, a loud snap was heard as the bone he had taken easily crunched in his jaws. A few more moments of tense silence passed before every dog seemed to return about their business.
"Stop jumping around." The gruff, deeper voice came from Lux. The stray Kangal mix had been laying down on the dirty ground of an alleyway, her heavy head on her large paws. Her younger sister, Sybil, stood in front of her, crouched in a play bow and giving a few barks...which were notably not very deep for a dog of her size. "But Luxxxx," the younger dog complained with a whine, "lets play!" She crawled closer to her sister, her muzzle shoving closer to her much larger sister in favor of lightly nibbling on Lux's floppy ear, pulling on it gently. Lux only let out a small, irritated growl, responding to Sybil's overly playful ways by plopping onto her side, staring on ahead with intent eyes. It was clear she was not in the mood to play. True to her main breed, Lux was much more focused on making sure that she and her sister were safe, much to Sybil's disappointment. Sybil backed away from the larger dog, sitting back on her haunches. Her previously fluffy and slightly short tail that had been wagging about had stopped as her ears folded back some. For a moment, she simply stared at her sister from where she sat in front of her. And then began inching closer and closer, as though she really thought the other dog didn't notice. "Sybil. No." A loud sigh of annoyance was released from Sybil. With a grumble, the young dog picked herself up. "I'm gonna go search for food or something then!" She announced. Luc stood up now, possibly about to go follow on after her until Sybil suddenly added, "all by myself." Lux let out a grunt. She...disliked letting Sybil leave her side. If it wasn't obvious enough, the other dog wasn't really...street material. She'd be the idiot who went up to a dog catcher believing that they were a new friend of some sort. Still...she supposed she didn't need to follow her everywhere. ".....Don't get lost," Lux said gruffly, plopping back down none too gently onto the ground. "Sir yes sir!" Sybil said in a goofy tone. She padded forward, giving her sister a little lick on the cheek before padding down the alleyway, rounding the corner. What would she find today? The female dog started down the path, although paused when she heard...the trashcans moving? Her tail wagged. A new friend? "Hello?" She barked out.
Meanwhile, Lux still lay on the ground, simply staring ahead. Maybe she really should've followed on after her regardless...?
"Stupid emotionless, mangy pelted, know-it-all pain in the tail," the highly irritated growl came from a stocky, short-furred pure white dog as he stalked down the sidewalk, head lowered as he growled to himself. It was none other than the gang dog, Phantom. And after being embarrassed in the middle of the Junkyard by Rin after somewhat challenging her authority and perhaps getting a bit too sarcastic with her, he was given a not so nice bite to the shoulder after being forced into submission. Blood that was still drying welled on his shoulder. It was clear the dog was not in the best of moods, seeing as how he had stalked out of the Junkyard. The mixed breed was now seeing what he could do to let out some anger...He supposed he could've just bossed around one of those dumb, Street Rats, but...no, he wanted something a bit more than that. He suddenly smirked. He had a perfect idea! What was a better way to relieve some frustration than going to bully one of those dumb peacekeepers? His long, thin tail gave a few wags. Yeah! That's what'd he do! With a plan set in motion, he turned, beginning to head towards The Grey Area in hopes that he'd find one of those pup-brained dogs to mess with.
Rin paced back and forth within camp, her cropped ears pressed back against her ears. It was rare to see the beauceron looking irritated. But, in her defense, Phantom really could be a pain in the tail. He was annoying to her. The only reason she had considered asking Grimm if she could simply 'do away' with him was because he was somewhat useful, or rather, he was all brawn and no brain. Perfect for manipulation - perfect for use. That didn't make her despise him any less. What made matters worse was his tendency to challenge almost any and everyone. The two of them already had a dislike for each other ever since she refused to even acknowledge his presence when they first met and for about a full month. When she told him why, she supposed she had...hurt his feelings? She wasn't exactly sure what was so cruel about telling a dog that she saw them as both beneath her and thus, just like trash beneath her paws, not worth her time. She hadn't meant to be rude - she had simply spoke the truth. Either way, what had happened had been simple. Phantom had gotten rather sarcastic with her after she had said good afternoon to Grimm. She supposed it was a, pitiful, attempt to amuse The King, but failed as she paid him no mind. Another quip was thrown, and before yet another could be released, she had pinned the dog down, biting down on a tender spot on his shoulder until he had both shut up and submitted. And that was that. Tch, she could still taste the foulness of his blood on her tongue. She shook her head slightly. Perhaps she could go and do something? Secure the borders? Make sure they had no intruders? Perhaps go scavenge? As if not noticing, the usually alert female had walked straight into another dog, too busy thinking about how she'd spend her time. "Apologies." The simple reply came from her as she looked upwards from where her gaze had been on the ground.
Soft paw pads on fresh green grass could be heard as a pure white beauty pushed through her doggy door, her tail giving a few wags as she stretched, enjoying the warmth the sun cast down on her fur. Her fur was neatly groomed - groomed to perfection, she would say. She had made sure it was, given she spent the past 30 minutes ensuring that not even the slightest speck of dirt was in it or that none of her long, silky locks were tangled. A perfect dog had to otherwise ensure that they looked...well, perfect, right? Wynter let out a soft sigh, tilting her head upwards. "Ah, what a nice day~" She commented to herself, elegant, feminine voice filled with energy. What should she do today? Perhaps she'd give her legs a stretch and go on a walk around the neighborhood? Oh, the park was close by too, perhaps she would go there today? So many possibilities! Of course, she had to make sure she wasn't out too late, otherwise she'd miss her filet steak dinner! Oh, being a dog like herself was so...difficult! She couldn't imagine missing a meal! Not only did it sound...well, not good, but food was what helped maintain her beauty! The thought of her, an elegant female that every dog desired but could not have, losing her beauty? How tragic! She let out a hefty sigh, the thought bringing her slight discomfort before she padded down the vast, beautiful lawn of her...'financially well off' owners. Perhaps she could find a dog to accompany her on her little afternoon walk?
Ying carefully padded through one of the alley ways that led to The Boulevard. Her stomach was tight with hunger, and faintly, she wondered what she would find...if she could find anything. Going down populated areas like this was a bit of a dangerous thing for a dog like her. Not only was she more noticeable than others due to her bigger, muscular build, but her scarred appearance didn't help in the least bit. Still...perhaps she'd get lucky today? If she could snag at least one or two things, she could take them back home to eat...yes, that sounded pleasant. Her tongue swiped over her jaws as she could feel herself drooling ever so slightly. Yes, actually drooling. It was..embarrassing - a habit of hers, or rather, a habit of her breed. Either way, she had to force herself not to suddenly spring to action and blindly rush out and see if she could discretely knock down one of the restaurants that littered this long street's trashcans. She really didn't want to cause a commotion....Not to mention, she also didn't want to ruin any other dog who had the same idea as hers plans. Her heart tightened with fear for a brief moment. What if...what if one of the Night Howlers dogs was here? That possibility was very likely...Hopefully they wouldn't decide to mess with her. "Alright, it's now or never," she muttered softly to herself.
"We shouldn't get so close to Night Howler territory." "Stop bein' such a worry-paws! We'll be fine~!" "That's what you said last time and we nearly got kil-" "Details, details~" The two very different voice spoke in a hushed tone. They belonged to Alistair and Kotaro. Despite one belonging to the steadily growing group, The Shepherds, the two had been best buds for...well, quite a long while. And it seemed like the ever serious Kotaro had been pulled into yet another one of Alistair's 'miraculous ideas'. The tall, slightly big eared and long tailed silver and white dog grinned. He thrived on blood pumping activities such as these. And besides, the only dogs they really needed to watch out for was the Elites and some of the smarter dogs...otherwise, they'd be fine! Nudging his companion gently, the two could clearly smell the steadily growing scent of Night Howlers as they drew closer and closer towards one of the alley ways that had been half way claimed by said gang. "We'll be in and out, okay? I heard from a uh...friend that this is a pretty good place for some grub." "....Was it that crazy cat again?" "Hey, hey! Not so loud, I swear he has ears everywhere," "You really need to stop making friends with cats of all things...Perhaps then you'd stop dragging me on your stupid little-" Kotaro's critical words were cut off by his stomach growling, and rather loudly. With a sly smirk that could put a fox to shame, Alistair took the lead once more as they approached one of the many Night Howler borders.
{Since I'm lazy now, I do have one more character I didn't make a starter with - Sin - encase anyone waned to specifically roleplay with him.}

So, reading both of our thingies, Alistair & Kotaro could perhaps rp with Suihime {or Sybil or Sin}? Or is she back at The Shepherds Settlement? And we could also rp Wynter & Magnus?
