broken Frisk nodded and followed after Ciel. Of course she'd do her best to keep Flowey from angering anyone, she knew that that would probably sour their chances of gaining more allies. They really couldn't afford to lose that chance all because of a small Flower. She had become silent, feeling a bit uneasy now. She had been alright with talking to Ciel, since he was only just one person, but now she had to get used to being in a group. She was more of a person that loved to adventure alone. She just hoped they wouldn't think of her as suspicious because of it. Kid looked up as Ciel approached. He hadn't seen the earl in a few minutes and he seemed a little surprised that he wasn't alone anymore. "Hello?" he said. "This is new. I didn't know there were still people wandering around." He waved at Frisk, not will to question why she was carrying around a flower. "Hello. And you are?" |

broken mintedstar/furarriving outside of the electronics store, Akira took a look at the structure. Despite everything, it seemed to be holding up. Just by looking through the window there was damage but still there should be something still going. He placed a hand along the door, Jammed...probably from the earthquake... He took a calming step back before kicking through what was left of the glass door. With the door out of the way he wasted no time going inside, hearing the shattered glass as his feet made its way around the shop. "Keep in mind that all of this is in display. There should be things in boxes, storage, and safe locks around back. The higher the value: surely the more protective someone will be of their cargo. Consider it... Earthquake insurance."

Frisk looked over at Ciel for a moment, then back to Kid as he asked for her name. She responded hesitantly, "My name's Frisk. This is Flowey." The flower simply ignored everyone. He just wanted to be left alone, but knew that Frisk wouldn't allow that. "Just a warning, Flowey might.. be a bother to some of you... Sorry about that." "It's fine," said Kid, who had dealt with unruly characters before. He shrugged. "Nice to meet you, though. Guess more people to help us look around in the morning." He looked a little warn and tired, the night outside having been the most peaceful he'd had while here. Hopefully, he'd actually get to sleep a full night this time... |

"Eh... Apples? Why not something tastier?" he complained, pursing his lips. He leaned in closer and sniffed a little around the apples, then jerked back frowning. "Oi! Wait a minute! Are these both fake?" he demanded, glaring at Kasha. ~~~ Mint: When Conan's arm gave out, Noctis felt even himself wincing. One arm jerked out, but stopped just before it got close to the detective. He glanced back at the potion in his hand. "Are you sure you don't to try it?" he asked, looking more concerned now. However then he stuffed the vial in his pocket and crouched down. "Or maybe we should get you off the floor first..." he murmured. ~ Calli gave a determined nod and turned to face the tendrils. "Maybe there will be other people nearby..." she said. In what space she had she got down onto all fours and looked at the gaps in the tendrils, tongue sticking out a bit as she concentrated. "I might be able to fit through here," she said, pointing straight ahead. Reaching down to grab a little loose piece of flooring she tossed it to see what would happen if it touched the tendrils instead of her. ~~~ broken: Should we bring back Prompto and Sora soon? xD]] |

"Kid, do you think the group should stay here for the night before we go off to try to find the other group?" -- Fire the Watcher of the vale, Mknt, Hime Yuichiro watched the dragon take off before following after Eragon. "I guess she'll meet up with us later, then," he commented before looking around. "You know, I've never hunted for food before so sorry if I'm not much help." ( Kuragehime oh yeah I must have missed a post somewhere, but we can say that they just returned or something.) -- Auransky, Mint Rin giggled softly as she followed him into the shop. "Wow just by the way you have everything sort of planned out, I'd say you break into stores on a regular basis," she muttered, mostly just talking to herself as she began looking around. She wasn't really sure that they needed fro mthe store, so she just thought she'd look around and let the boys do the work. It seemed like they knew more about electronics than she did anyway. "Anyways go crazy, take whatever you need. That's why it's here."

"She's going to go hunt, bring a few deer back for everyone to eat, and if we haven't already returned, give us a ride back. Speaking of which..." Eragon grabbed a few lengths of leather from a sack on the ground. "If we do happen to ride back on Saphira, you'll be thankful to have a saddle." He muttered a few words in the ancient language and the leather molded and formed a flimsy but durable saddle with long straps long enough to wrap around Saphira and then some. "Riders use saddles like these in battle or when speed is required. They're also quite easy to make and are quite useful if you're trying to escape somewhere and don't have a normal saddle. The other type of saddle we use are bigger and bulkier, but are more comfortable. They come in handy when flying long distances."

It is a trick question however. How's this, just because your character would probably figure it out: His attention never moved from Luffy and he grinned. "Now. Live with what you have." Kasha looked down at the apples as if thinking. A small smirk flickered over his face and he did nothing to stop it. "Is that your final answer? Or are you really sure you can believe you nose?" Kasha could affect the brain just as easily as the eyes. Or to be more accurate, he could create illusions that weren't just visual, but could also be auditory, scent, and touch. Taste was harder, since a yokai's sense of taste varied from a human's. -- "That would help!" snapped Conan, then closed his mouth as fast as he had opened it. "Sorry, sorry," he muttered. "I didn't mean that." He'd meant to say the words, but in a joking manner and not as they had come out. He felt... a little sick... "Th-thanks," he muttered, though for some reason the word hurt on the way out. -- The piece of flooring didn't get shocked, but it did bounce off. Maybe the creature only reacted to living things. "Yeah, there might be other people around," Hyuse admitted. "But we don't know if they're friendly or not." And he wouldn't care if they were. He still remembered what Rin had said, about the dangerous other group in the area. |

He could probably get most of these things to work for him, but if Akira wanted to go for the good stuff there was no way he was going to protest. He cast a brief glance back at Rin, eyebrow rising. "Are you saying that the whole point of these abandoned building is to supply those trapped in this world?" That seemed far to...easy. |

"Ah! Wait! No! I changed my mind!" he yelled, shaking his head furiously. He looked up from the apples and stared at Kasha. "They're both real!" he said, a bit more confidence behind his words now, if that was possible. He then nodded ever so slightly and repeated himself. "Yeah, they're both real." ~~~ Mint: Noctis shrunk back a little at Conan's initial tone, but then shook his head at the detective's apology. "No worries," he murmured. He reached out and slowly lifted Conan, careful not to jerk him around too much and aggravate the pain he was in. He walked over to the nearest cushioned chair and set Conan down once more. "That better?" he asked. ~ Calli nodded. "That's true," she murmured, stifling a yawn. She lowered herself to the ground once more, trying to press down lower than before, and started inching herself forward. The thought of what to do if she got stuck in the middle of crawling under this thing didn't pass through her mind, and she pressed on. "I wonder if this will disappear when the morning comes," she said. ~~~ broken: Alrighty~]] After taking longer than planned to find his way back to the hotel, Prompto brought the car to a halt just outside with a bit of screeching from the brakes. He turned the car off and hopped out, still grinning. "That was great!" he said with a laugh. "I can't wait to tell the others what we found~" he said to Sora. |

At least I know that your intelligence stretches to your nose." His smile never faulted as he said, "As the terms of the agreement said, you may request one thing from me." -- Hime: No, thought Conan, spitefully. He shuddered again, back arching. "Y-yeah," he forced out, even as his own head screamed at him that nothing was okay. But he didn't - oh but he did, part of him did - want to worry Noctis. (sort... x.x ) -- (I just finished reading World Trigger 16. It was awesome. @.@ I want the next one alreeeeeady.) "Hope so," agreed Hyuse, standing up a little, hunched over so he could see Calli from a different angle. He was slightly concerned for her safety, but he had no trigger or any abilities that could help her. "Just be careful, okay?" He tried to make the words sound kind, but wasn't sure how. Over time, he seemed to be starting to worry about Calli's safety. Which also annoyed him, come to think of it.

The apples were tossed into his mouth one at a time and eaten in practically one bite. Once he let out a satisfied sigh and lightly patted his stomach he looked back to Kasha. "Humm... got anymore food?" he asked, grinning. ~~~ Mint: "You sure?" Noctis asked. He glanced around, scratching lightly at the back of his hair. "Uh, would some water or food or something help?" He looked back to Conan and gave a half-hearted smile, trying to hide the fact that he really didn't have any idea what to do. Everyone else looked to be preoccupied with their own thing. If only Ignis was here... he'd know what to do here, he thought, sighing internally. He'd had his share of incapacitating headaches, but was pretty sure what cured him didn't even exist here. ~ *^* ]] It's still on my list of things to catch up in xD]] Calli craned her neck around to glance back at Hyuse and held her thumb up. "You got it!" she said, only to brush against a tendril as she turned back around once more. Since it was a light touch it was more startling than painful, and she let out a quiet squeak before continuing on. She eventually made it through, and found herself at what looked like a dead end.

Kuragehime Fire the Watcher of the vale broken The yokai gave an audible sigh, but reached into his pocket and pulled out a small bag. "Here, enjoy whatever you find in here." Not like it was a lot. Berries and nuts, really, but it wasn't like Kasha had expected anyone to ask for food. He should have, considering Luffy, but he hadn't. "Is that what you wanted from me or was that just a request for more food." This was going to be so boring if that was all that he lost. -- Hime: "Uh, alright," said Conan with hesitation, still fighting for the use of his own vocal cords. It seemed that anything positive that came out of his mouth...hurt. While the negative things he'd shouted at Noctis had realized some of the pressure. Slowly, the small detective was trying to piece all of this together, but the picture he was making wasn't making sense. "Water might help..." he said, squinting one eye just to be able to say the words. -- (Me and my sister follow it as closely as we can. Just like Devils and Realist and Seraph of the End.) Hyuse flinched, but it looked like she was okay. She moved out of his view a second later, though he craned his neck to try and see her. "Are you alright?" he called, before biting his tongue. Why should he care? He should care about his own safety or the safety of those from his planet. Not this stranger he'd met only a night ago.

She shrugged as she tried to think of an answer. "Well I guess that would work. But I also want to make sure everyone has a fair advantage at first, then slowly the resources will start disappearing," she said as in ocently as possible. "I do hope that makes sense!" -- Kuragehime Sora hopped out of the car, beaming. It was obvious that he thought that was fun, even if Prompto had been a bit reckless. But who cares, the town was abandoned. "Oh yes I know! I hope they actually believe us," he muttered, turning and heading for the door. "I hope they're awake..." |

"You'd be surprised." Eragon said informatively. "There may be a few things around here that would attempt to take her down, though I'm sure they wouldn't succeed. Urgals only advance in their status through war and battle. They must kill a bear with their bare hands just to be considered an adult. Believe it or not, urgals are the indirect reason that my home was thrust into civil war and chaos. As for flying, it's better to come prepared. These woods are unfamiliar and may hide dangers that either of us are unaccustomed to. If circumstances require a hasty retreat, it will be safer for us to leave on dragon-back. Without a saddle, your legs would be skinned by her scales, which are strong enough to block the most powerful of blows from swordsman and archers, though in battle she'd also be equipped with a suit of dragon armor gifted to us by the late dwarven king, Hrothgar."

"Wow," it was obvious that Yuichiro was interested in the conversation. He liked learning about the world that Eragon and Saphira were from. "I'm sorry to hear that your home is going through civil wars..." he trailed off slightly, then shook his head. "But anyway, yeah, these woods can be tricky and full of enemies. Hopefully we don't run into anything on our way to find food. If we do, I'm trusting you and Saphira to get us out safely, since you have the fastest form of transportation out of the woods. Though, wouldn't the trees get in the say?"

"Maybe at first, but if Saphira can land, she could easily clear the trees to create an area to take off from." Eragon explained. "I could also help by using magic if neccisary. Either way, we should probably be on our way, rather than wait until the sun is down. I can see fine in the dark, but unless you have powers that I am unaware of, you'll struggle like most others."

His face contorted a bit before popping back into a wide grin. He pointed a finger at Kasha. "I want a duel from you!" he announced. Pausing a moment he gave Kasha an uncertain look. "That's something I can ask for right?" ~~~ Mint: Noctis gave a nod and headed away to get a glass of water. He headed over to the pile of food and eating utensils the others had brought back earlier that day, hoping to find a cup thrown in there somewhere. He managed to do one better and found a few water bottles. Grabbing it he made his way back to Conan, noticing the glow of headlights outside. Must be Prompto and Sora. Finally. He stopped before Conan and opened the bottle, holding it out to the detective. ~ Nice~ Sometimes I feel like I have too many series I follow closely... because I start lagging behind in others xD]] Calli straightened up and turned to look back at Hyuse. Surprise passed over her face, being quickly replaced by an amused grin. "Yeah, I'm fine~" she sang before changing her expression to mock suspicion. "But are you ok?" she sent back, crossing her arms. ~~~ broken: "Yeah. If I know Noct he's probably fast asleep by now and nothing short of an earthquake'll wake him up," Prompto joked, laughing a bit. He turned away from the car and headed for the hotel lobby, looking a bit surprised when he saw movement from inside. |

Maybe things wouldn't hurt when he said them. Yeah...and he was hoping for the stars here... -- Yeah, I know what you mean.)) "So far," said Hyuse, voice suddenly dry. "I seem to be fine in here for now." He silently wondered if this thing was just harmless. That seemed pretty improbably considering what they had run into so far, but you never knew. That didn't mean he suddenly wanted to spend the night trapped there. "Any luck with getting to the creatures main body?" (Alright, so Conan is pretty much ready for the next morning and Hyuse can be the same as well.  As I said before, I have no idea what time it is in Kasha's section of the RP.)

"You ready?" he called, though he really didn't give much time for a response between the end of his question and the beginning of his first attack. "Pistol!" he exclaimed, arm stretching to shoot a straight, quick punch at Kasha. ~~~ Mint: "Did that help at all?" Noctis asked, walking over to plop himself down in the armchair once more. He looked to Conan before flicking his gaze to the two coming in the door, though after a moment he closed his eyes and didn't say any more. He was sleepy, and Conan definitely wasn't in the mood for conversation. ~ Calli's eyes blinked wide a moment before she laughed softly at Hyuse' reaction. "Um... there's a part that looks thicker and more blobby waaay over there... I don't know if I can get to it," she answered, pointing at the specified area through a gap in the tentacles. ~~~ I think my charries are good to go, though maybe Prompto and Sora can tell about the new town before skipping? Anything's fine~ :3 ]]

At least without Eragon's sparkling highlights, or whatever they had been, the yokai could move freely. It was just moving faster than the eye could see, more of an allusion of teleportation than anything else. But it was still impressive. "I'm over here," said Kasha with a grin. "Remember that I have abilities when you fight me." |
