What they're from: Flight Rising
Description: Deeps is a small phthalo blue fae dragon with striped patterns on her tail and wings while having a shimmering underbelly. Fae dragons are a small breed as they are as tall as swans or geese, their wingspan also match with their height, possibly even longer with height, long tails, sharp claws, long necks, and fins behind their heads. She wears some clothing such as a stylish quilted vest of blue and brown on her shoulders, accompanied by a flowing blue cape, a cap of blue and brown panels, adorned with soft tan feathers,a small pouch of water, and a pair of lovely blue spats with a silver water emblem on the back.
Personality: Deeps is a calm, patient dragon that is more willing to listen to reason. She can be easily be befriended as well as to be made an enemy. She has tendencies to think her thoughts out loud or just say what's the next day's weather is going to be like.
Power: Deeps as a water dragon has the ability to see and tell the future along with the ability to manipulate water.

sweetclover1 and broken: Monarch frowned. "It would just perfect if I died after all of this." He looked around, trying not to move his arm. "At least we haven't gotten killed yet. If we are suck with each other, what should we do? Go back to the city and try and find more information?" -- Kuragehime and broken: (I'll wait.) -- Hyuse frowned at the pool and picked up another duck. He'd tried to pick one near the center, but that didn't improve his luck any. He turned it over and once again he had lost. "This game is boring," he muttered. Which, as everyone knew, was code for 'this game is hard'. -- --cato phoenix and broken: Kid shivered. "Where? Are they mad? Those creatures incapacitated both of use to quickly and another human would..." An illogical thought crossed his mind. "It isn't the old group is it? Conan?" Worry laced his voice, proving that he did care what happened to the little detective. "Can you run that way?" he asked the vampire. "We need to get whoever they are out of here."

broken mintedstar/furThe air continued growing colder as the voices came closer, the forest suddenly started darkening. It didn't make sense to Arlo, she was sure it was too early for the sun to be setting, and the sun didn't even set that fast... Something very strange was going on. She peeked around the edge of the tree as she heard the approaching footsteps slowing, just long enough to see two oddly dressed guys about the same age as herself, one carrying the other who she assumed was injured. They were trying to get away from something apparently, but she couldn't see what or who was following them yet so she stayed where she was.

"A new language in minutes, that's impressive," Hozuki commented, looking over at human Shiro. "Intelligence is a good gift to have," he added with a glance to Conan, speaking to the two of them with his second statement.
Prompto had crouched down to take a picture of an insect while the conversation continued on, but turned his head when games were brought up. "Did you say games?" he asked, jogging up to Sora.

Calli shook her head and looked at Hyuse. "I think it's really the opposite," she argued, reaching out for one of the ducks. "Sure losing isn't fun, but it's all about the excitement before you find out. Will there be a dot? Will there not be a dot? And if you win, it makes it even better!" She looked at the underside of her duck and showed it to Rin and Hyuse, grinning despite it being a losing duck.
Calli = sunshine and rainbows, I swear this girl could find the bright side of a black hole xD]]

"We still need to find this bookstore you were speaking of." -- --cato phoenix , MintMikaela tilted his head to he side some as if concentrating on the other human. After a moment, he shook his head and continued toward the other person. "No it's not Conan's group. Your friend is safe," he muttered, taking a quick glance behind him to see the creatures could be seen. "Your right, we have to go." The vampire looked around again, just barely seeing a shadow among the trees. He quickened his pace. "Hey human! We have to get going!" He yelled to where Arlo was. -- Kuragehime, mint Shiro glanced at Conan for a moment, then at Hozuki with a nod of what would be 'thank you.' Sora nodded, waving his hand toward Prompto. "Of course. I'm only the best gamer around. My sis and I are both shut-in gamers," he explained with a grin, looking at him. "I guess you play video games, too?" - Rin looked at them, nodding. "Yes what your friend said is right. It's all about the excitement!" She looked at the underside of Calli's duck, smiling before pulling out her own, showing it to them. Still no dot. "But I guess if you truly are bored, there are other games to play that might be easier." |

broken mintedstar/furArlo heard one of the voices yelling to her and hesitated for a moment before looking around the tree again, her grey hood casting a shadow over her face which was already partially hidden by her hair. Would they recognize her if they saw her? She'd just been hoping to follow them out of the forest without being noticed, but it was a little too late for that... She was still trying to decide what to do when the creatures finally came into view. Yep, they were right, it was time to go. Arlo stepped away from the tree and ran toward Mikaela and Kaito, looking back at the creatures coming toward them. They seemed to be moving pretty fast... would she be able to slow them down if they got too close? She'd never ran into anything like... whatever those things were.

Mikaela only paused for a brief moment as Arlo ran towards him. "Don't try to fight whatever those are, we can worry about that once we're in a clear area. Plus, I really don't want to have to carry you and him," he grumbled before picking up the pace again, running forward in search for a clearing or the old city. "Did you happen to see anything?" He asked her.

Kid glared at Mika. He didn't want to bring up the carrying part. It was embarrassing enough that he couldn't walk, much less run right now.
"Maybe if we get into the city. A park or something like that." It was a suggestion, but the time Mikaela had taken to wait for Arlo had cost them. Mika would have to run slower to keep up with the human and those things were clearly faster than a human.
He could already feel the cold creeping into his chest again and he shuddered a little.
"How close are they?" he muttered to himself, looking into the forest. This was even worse than the earthquake. At least then, they had had a destination. Here, they were running blind.

broken mintedstar/furArlo shook her head, eyes scanning the trees ahead of them. Unfortunately the trees were too think for her to see anything past them. She'd been looking for a way back to the city since she'd woke up, but the the sounds of the cars had been gone and everything had looked different. She sped up a bit more, not needing to look back to know that the creatures were coming closer. "D-don't see anything yet," she said quickly, greenish sparks falling from her hands as she ran. "Wh-what are those things anyway?"

Prompto gave one of his hands a shake. "A little," he said. "Not so much once Noct and I set off on a trip with a couple other friends.. there aren't exactly many ways to play out in the middle of nowhere," he said with a laugh. "Now I mainly just play this one on my phone called King's Knight - Noct! We need to check our zell trees!" he said, blurting out the end with a glance to Noctis.
"If our phones will even work out here," Noctis replied with a shrug.

Monarch would have clapped his hands together if it wasn't for the fact he would have probably fainted (again) from the pain. "Fine by me," he said with a smile. He knew that some things of interest were still in the city, though he doubted the people who had been there before would still be there.

"I don't like playing video games," Conan put in. He wasn't good at them and couldn't really keep up with the new interest in them.
He frowned a little as they walked further. He really wanted to stop walking.

"Nope," said Hyuse, picking up another duck. It was a challenge and he was not backing down. He'd find that duck if he had to take out every duck in the pool. He turned over the latest duck, but nothing.
(I'd find it amusing if it was the last one he tried. XD )

She wasn't a vampire, but she didn't seem completely human either. "Mikaela lost his memories, at least of the past two days, and I nearly blacked out. Those thing affected my head. Affects the will to live." He shuddered again. He was going to have nightmares tonight. "You don't happen to know of any way to get out of this, do you?" he asked with some desperation.

Calli held the duck she picked tightly in her hands as she watched Hyuse go through the rest of the ducks. She couldn't help but giggle a little at how he was still sticking to it, despite all of his complaining a moment ago.

It was strange, Arlo couldn't sense the creatures energy... it felt more like they were slowly absorbing the energy from everything around them. They weren't running fast enough, and if they didn't get out of there really soon.... "I... I think I might be able to slow them down," she said finally.

"Aside from spirits of the deceased, most of the Underworld's population is composed of demons like myself. There are other creatures and animals, like Shiro here and his companions. There are 272 realms within the Underworld, most are similar but a few are quite extreme."
"Like that frozen place! Remember when we almost got stuck there forever? Or that really hot one!" Shiro chimed in, looking up to the two.

"Oh, I don't know if phones would work here, the reception that it...we're kinda in the middle of nowhere," he muttered, pulling out his own cell phone. "I guess there's no harm in trying, right?" - Rin grinned at Hyuse, but couldn't help but giggle as Calli did. "I like how you won't give up when things get tough," she added softly, returning her gaze toward the pool. She reallly just wanted to keep running, at least until they had an actual plan, but she knew the creatures would catch up to them soon if they didn't do anything. She stopped and turned to face them, raising her hands... and froze. She could hear her mother's voice telling her to run, the sound of gunshots, the roar of flames... Arlo shook her head trying to focus as the creatures came closer. It wasn't really happening, it was just those things affecting her head, but it sounded so real... Finally she managed to send a large wave of energy at the creatures, followed by another as she tried to drive them back. ((Not entirely sure how dementors should react to her powers but I'm assuming it would work kind of like a patronus..? Idk))

(Sorry I got distracted. Uh I don't know anything about dementors but we can say it's working.)
Mikaela paused for a brief moment as he watched Arlo in surprise. Well she was obviously not a human.
"That worked, thanks. We should get going, I see the city ahead through the trees. If you didn't scare them off, maybe we can lose them there," the vampire suggested, giving her a curt nod before taking off in the same direction. "Plus I don't want the same thing to happen again like earlier." He looked down at Kid for a moment, then back at her.

broken mintedstar/furHonestly Arlo was surprised it had worked as well as it had. She turned and followed the vampire, looking ahead. She could see the city he was talking about it it looked different from the city she'd been in earlier, and she still didn't hear the cars... maybe they were on the other side of the forest now? And what had those things been? It was strange, but she didn't really have the time to think about it, she could figure it out when they were a safe distance from the creatures.

"Oh, yeah, forgot about that," Prompto murmured. He took his phone out and pressed the power button once, the screen remained black. He pressed furiously quite a few more times and it still remained black. "I guess there's also the battery to worry about..."
Noctis snorted. "Should've charged it sooner," he teased.
"Hey, how was I supposed to know we'd be sent here?!" Prompto retorted, pouting.

Kid's head grew clear almost at once and he sighed with relief. Suddenly aware of the fact he could probably walk now he looked at Mika. "If they are gone, you can let me down now."
He was a little abashed he had to be saved by the vampire. "Thanks, Mika." He turned his head to look at the girl as well. "Thank you as well."
No surprise showed on his face, either about her powers or there ability to scare off the the creatures. He just nodded his head in acknowledgement of it. "I'm Kaitou Kid, by the way. Or Phantom Thief 1412, if you want the origin of the name. But most people here call me Katio."
He pointed to Mika. "This is Mikaela. Don't know if he has a last name, but he's a vampire."

Conan snorted in laughter. "Well, we may never know." He put his hands in his pockets and looked out as they finally came into the view of the forest's edge. "What was happening to everyone before they came here? Rin clearly thinks we can return to our world. Did anything common happen to everyone before they ended up here?"

Hyuse had picked up about half the duck by now and a small pile was growing beside him. He looked half bored and half determined. He turned another duck over, but all that was on it was a slightly waterlogged bug. The neighbor blew it off before setting the duck down.
