Belle bit her lip as she wrote down Alex's answer word for word. And the same for Russell. She took her time writing down sub questions and other notes beside each of their answers. Belle spoke the questions out loud, first spoke to Alex, "Why did you go to Calvin first? How did you get there? Why are you coming here, and what makes you think this is better than Calvin's place?" She inquired, suspicion evident in her voice. She did that on purpose, trying to get to people psychologically.

'I went to Calvin first because he was a veteran from the army like I was, and because a close friend of mine and my old partner was part of his group, Fang Tiberius. I quickly learned that Calvin wasn't what he made himself out to be, and almost the entirety of my time there was spent struggling to survive his rule, rather than the walkers.' She sighed. 'and I walked there.' She looked out of the window, stroking the back of Sasha's neck. 'I've come here for Fang's sons, Rolf, Zero and Khari Tiberius, half because I need to drop these off for Rolf-' she placed the bottle of antidepressants on her desk- 'half because I promised Fang I'd take care of them. And I know this is better than Calvin's place because you haven't threatened to kill me yet.' She drily responded, angrily looking down at the dog to ruffle her fur. 'He'd already have a gun at Russell's head by now. He doesn't hurt women, luckily for me.' She muttered.

Belle looked at her curiously and tilted her head to the side. Intresting Belle thought to herself as she wrote down underneath the side questions what Alex said. "So, then how come when Kori and your daughter went to Calvin's group, he didn't hold a gun up to his head? And you say he doesn't hurt women, what if I were to go there? Me being the leader of what could become a rivaling group to him, what would you expect him to do to me?" She raised an eyebrow and tapped the pen on the desk. She was questioning Calvin through another person who knew him, which may not be the most reliable of sources but the least dangerous move. To actually speak to Calvin would put other's lives in danger if she answered a question in a way that accidentally gave away information.

'Because I got in the way of him.' Alex replied, fear sliding into her voice. 'If I hadn't stepped in, he'd have killed him. If only to shut Maddie up.' She rubbed the bridge of her nose. 'If the walkers don't kill her, her mouth will.' She muttered. 'Gods forbid she's with anyone other than Kori.' She sighed, before realising Belle had asked another question and sat up. 'If you were to go there...' she curiously thought. 'By... he wouldn't hurt a woman, I mean with his own hands. He'd probably find some sadistic way to get rid of you, like toss you in that stupid arena of his and fill it with walkers. Or he'd get one of the women to kill you.' She examined her. 'Don't go looking for Calvin, Belle. He's not worth your lives here- he has nothing of any worth except for Fang Tiberius. I know Fang is working on a cure- he's one of the worlds leading top Doctors and Scientists. If you can get Fang, you've won.'

Belle took in everything Alex said, but left her face blank, "Alright." Was all she said before letting out a breath and glancing back at her paper. She locked eyes with Alex and moved on to her next question. "When you got to the gate, what were you expecting? How are you expecting to be treated here and why?" She asked, chin raised a bit. Belle had in her head what she thought Alex's answer is but kept her comments to herself. It wasn't the time to act rude to the people she was questioning.

'I was expecting you to treat me with the same caution you already are.' Alex replied. 'And I can't really answer the other question, I don't know you or your groups well enough to even consider it. I'll take anything over Calvin.' She said, fixing Sasha's collar as it was a little too loose on her. She made a mental reminder to pick her up a new one, as this one was a bit tattered, and she didn't want it dropping off.

"Sure you can. Looking around you, from who you have seen, who has spoken to you or around you, what are you expecting from here?" She pressed, her tone slightly harsher than what it was before. Her jaw was beginning to clench slightly, as it often did when she was growing short in patience or flustered. She still hasn't even gotten to Russell yet, which she was hoping she would get too soon. Alex's answers have led them to more questions.

'I don't know.' Alex awkwardly replied. 'Like I said, anything is better than Calvin.' She gripped Sasha's collar a little tighter, feeling a flutter of panic at hearing the annoyance in Belle's tone, trying to calm her mind down and convince it that she was alright, this wasn't the same as before, she was safe. Sasha whined and turned, starting to quickly lick Alex's hands.

Belle's expression showed how she was getting annoyed by her response about this place being better than Calvin's. "Right." She said in a very flat tone. She wrote down what she said again and then her gaze went to the dog. "I see you have a dog. Service dog or military?" She asked. If it was a military dog, that would mean Alex was an EO. If not, perhaps she had some sort of psychological trouble like PTSD.

'Both. Gunner used to be my partner in the military but we brought Sasha in when she was a pup; then I got excused and she was re-trained to be a service dog. I've got PTSD.' Alex told her, straining to withhold bad memories as she explained all of this to Belle, Sasha continuing to vigorously lick her hands in an attempt to calm her down. She then stood and hurried away, before grabbing a random tissue off a shelf and bringing it back to Alex, dropping it at her feet. Seeing that hadn't worked, she now jumped up at Belle's desk and pinched a pencil from the pot, dropping that at Alex's feet next. Alex withheld a snort and covered her mouth, retrieving the pencil to give it back to Belle. 'She used to bring me potatoes.' She said. 'Now that we have an absence of those, she's reverted to any items possible. She's a good dog; she won't hurt a soul. Since she's been retrained though she's not good for much else except keeping me calm during my episodes.' She said, running a hand through her hair. 'Gunner could hunt though.'

"We don't need hunting dogs. The woods are too dangerous and far away. Thanks anyway." She said, forcing herself to be slightly more friendly. It did annoy her a bit when the dog took a pencil from her desk. When it was returned though, she was calm again. "Questioning will cease for now. Russell, you start tomorrow if Alex is done." She nodded her head before standing up and tucking the papers into a folder. "I will show you to your quarters while you are in questioning." She said as she headed towards her office door, motioning for them to follow.

Alex seemed relaxed in this atmosphere; to her, it felt military, and like she was there again. She felt far more at ease with somebody to report to than taking control herself. Russell got to his feet and winced, walking after them and holding his arm, ignoring the pain. Alex examined the place as they walked, smiling slightly at the people they passed by. 'Oh, Belle; can you ensure Rolf gets those pills?' She worriedly asked. 'I don't doubt you'll give them to him, but just in case. He needs them to function straight.'

(Time for random plot~ >) A large semi truck was driving down a highway road as it followed another truck a bit of ways ahead. "Javier, Javier I knew you'd lead me to somewhere amazing." The voice laughed which was followed by a few others who were in the truck. In the trailer of the truck laid quite a few walkers they had captured the groaning could be heard even from outside the trailer. This little goose chase continued until the old pickup truck went inside a dorm, the kind you'd find at a college. Clearly the male hadn't noticed the semi truck which made since as it trailed quite slowly behind. By the time the semi truck slammed into the building no one was inside it besides the trailer of walkers. It was quite marvelous the aftermath of the event. The dorm building collapsing slightly, the truck sliding into the wall, the trailer opening up. Finally the best part the screams of the unaware. It took a good ten minutes for the dorm people to come running out just to be intercepted by the dead. The truck group waited a bit of ways off by a highway. It was a small group of three people. Grace, a jock student, and their crippled leader who leaned on his new cane as he listened to Grace read off off what was happening.
"Uh, Calvin.... they're turning on Javier." The female informed causing Calvin to take the binoculars to take a glance for himself. The sight was quite beautiful. A bigger guy had Javier strung up by a tree, and was about to stab him. "Shoot him." Calvin ordered to the jock who held a sniper. It took a mere minute before the sound went off and the guy who was about to kill Javier died. "I need someone like him." Calvin laughed as he watched Grace set up his sniper on the ground. Once she finished the man lowered himself in a lying position as he looked down the sights. "Kill everyone, but Javier." He commanded.
(This event is going to take a few days in rp. So right now Calvin's group is lead by Fang, or Eris.)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Amber had done as commanded finding Steven in the photography room lying atop three desks. "Um, Belle wants to know if you ran into a man named Javier?" Steven didn't say anything a her question instead he simply laid still for a few minutes before pushing himself up. "Nope." He finally answer as he pushed himself to his feet. "As far as I know he's dead." Steven yawned as he moved over to the door intending to go for a walk around the school. Amber watched him exit the room, and looked around for a moment. However not finding anything that would show if Steven is lying she returned to Belle popping her head in the door. "He said no." She informed before quickly exiting heading back to the medical area to get back to looking over the left over supplies.

Rolf was currently sitting surrounded by a pile of shattered glass in the middle of the medical ward; he'd evidently knocked one of the vases over by accident. A massive cut split up his forearm, and it had small pieces of glass stuck inside it. He seemed numb to the pain and was muttering with annoyance as he collected the glass onto a tray, pouring it carefully into a bin to throw away. He barely even noticed the flood of blood dripping down his arm and pooling on the floor, staining his already blood-stained shirt further.

Belle nodded to Amber, she didn't always trust Steven's word but she had no reason to doubt him. She was too busy with the Newcomers to think about it anyway. One man who was with these refugees really had no reason to turn them over to Calvin. She looked back every now and then to make sure Alex and Russell were following her before they headed up the stairs and to the end of the hall, to the unused classrooms. These ones locked from the outside, which was how Belle can keep them contained while she figured out what to do with them or where to place them. She grabbed the keys from her pocket and unlocked the door. Inside the room was a few sleeping bags, nothing extremely comfortable for people she couldn't trust yet, and it seemed appropriate for the people on the bottom of the ladder. There was a table in the middle of the room, and some water bottles along with a few packets of MREs. She would of course let them wander around with a few guides during the day, but at night, they would go here. The would eat dinner here and sleep here. No exceptions until she finishes questioning them and deciding who stays and who goes, or if they both stay, or if they both go. "Here you are. The door will open around...0600. You can move around the school, with guides. This is only until I finish questioning. Around 2000, you will be back in the room, and I will lock it up. Questions?"

'None.' Alex replied, nodding at her, then heading into the room and sitting cross legged on the sleeping bag, opening up her rucksack to pull out some dog food, pulling Sasha's dog bowl from the jacket she wore to fill it up. Russell smiled warily at Belle and nervously headed inside, uncomfortable and anxious about being locked inside of a room, but understanding why. He ran a hand through his hair as he explored, then yawned tiredly and went straight to the bag to go to sleep; he hadn't had a decent rest in days, and his exhaustion had finally crept up on him.

That's that taken care of. Belle said to herself in a satisfied manner. She headed down to her office quickly after locking the door and picked up the medicine that Alex had left on her desk. As leader, it was her job to make sure everyone was taken care of, and Rolf looked like he could use someone to watch after him. The exhausted look on his face made her want to force the medicine to lay down. But she did nothing of the sort. She went to the medical ward and was surprised to see Rolf surrounded by shards of broken glass. He was never really clumsy, considering doctors aren't typically clumsy. "Rolf? You okay?" She asked and went towards him warily, unsure if he was feeling well

'Uh...' he mumbled, looking down at his arm and seeming to only just notice the wound. 'Yes...?' He hesitantly replied, as if unsure. 'I knocked over the vase trying to reach the syringes.' He said, placing his hand down to stand up and hissing as it was buried in more glass, shakily getting to his feet and looking at it, struggling to pluck out the tiny pieces.

(No need for a Amber post ,now I'll just stick to my own little world then~)
Everything was happening quite quickly, the dead, the gunshots, and the people falling down. It was like something out of a action movie the semi truck was still making a little rumbling sound. Javier was sitting down his girlfriend's best friend dead in front of him. 'Calvin....' Javier sighed looking around to spot the snipers, but to no avail. "Jessica!" A voice yelled prompting Javier to turn his gaze to his girlfriend, and her sister fighting off the dead. Javier jumped up grabbing the knife from the now dead body, and ran up stabbing the zombie quickly. "Go, go, go!" Javier ordered everyone however as he felt his girlfriend touch his shoulder another sound of the sniper went off, and he turned around just in time to catch his girlfriend... A bullet wound foreboding from her forehead. Devastation was the only world to describe how the man felt as he fell to his knees. He been back for a mere five minutes and now everything was falling apart in front of him. Tears fall from the man eyes however Javier quickly stood up laying his girlfriend on the floor. He watched next as another bullet leading from the nearby highway bridge hit his girlfriend's sister.
The next moments were a blur as he killed any walker that dared get in his way. Javier cared not for his life as he walked toward the bridge. The walked last quite a while for someone on their feet. In fact by the time he reached the ladder that would lead to his attackers his feet were burning. However nonetheless the man climbed, he climbed to his final sonata. He was ready to die at this point nothing in his mind cared for anything. As he reached the top a caned Calvin already had a pistol pointed at him, another guy had his sniper trained on him, and the female had her shotgun all aimed on Javier.
"Not one ste-" Calvin started, but was interrupted by Javier running at the jock of the group. The jock went to shoot, but alas was out of ammo. Calvin raised a hand to stop Grace as Javier jumped on the man stabbing him repeatedly. It was something out of a horror movie, but it was quickly ended when Calvin used his cane to knock out the crazy man. "Let's load up~" He laughed the scene not fazing him at all as he started loading the truck. Grace looked at her now dead friend, but knew better then to mourn as she grabbed the man's sniper. They had a car stationed closed by that had been trailing the semi truck for a get away. Grace loaded all the guns inside the back seat before taking out ropes, handcuffs, and a gag. She proceeded to lock Javier up in the bounds before slowly dragging him into the truck, and shutting the door.
"Are we heading back to the school?" Grace questioned as she made sure everything was in the car, and got in the driver's seat since Calvin didn't look like he wanted to drive. "No, remember that farm house we passed. Go there." Calvin simply ordered as he looked out the window to the dorms smiling at his handy work. The drive to the farm house didn't take long. The old little home stationed by itself away from any town. Grace quickly went to kill any of the dead lurking inside. The process took a good while as the sun was now departed from the sky replaced by the moon. The house was barricaded as each door. Calvin sat in a arm chair in the living room, and Grace was in the kitchen cooking a male using the gas stove they always kept with them on trips like this.
Everything after that went like you'd expect from a family, they ate, told jokes, and retired back to the living room. Grace laid on the couch, and Calvin in the arm chair. "Go feed the prisoner." Calvin sighed after a bit grabbing a can of wet cat food they found in the house. With that Grace grabbed the can, and went down stairs to the tied up man who at this point was sitting calmly. Grace placed the can of cat food down near him, and took a spoon.
"If you don't eat, he cut off limbs." Grace informed taking off his gag expecting to be cussed out however he merely sat there. She grabbed the spoon opening the can, and fed Javier since unbounding his hands wasn't allowed just yet. "He's not going to kill you... He wants someone just like him to be made." She informed this statement was quite easily understood by the many who heard of Calvin's torture. He used to be an alright normal man until the torture. This little experiment was to turn Javier into a Calvin 2.0.
Javier ate deciding it'd be best to avenge his girlfriend with both hands. He gagged at first, but at this point food was food. They went without speaking after that Grace gagged him again, and headed up stairs. "You're gonna have a fun week." She sighed heading up stairs, and returning to the couch to sleep. Calvin was reading a book though he looked up, and once Grace gave him the thumbs up he turned back to the novel.

Fang stared at the lock on his door, frowning deeply. He hadn't slept in days, and had therefore forgotten that his door had been locked. He slowly reached out for the key and turned it, smiling slightly as he heard it unlock. He attempted to open the door again, found that he could open it now, and he walked out into the corridor. He turned around and closed his door, and locked it behind him. "Time to see what mess has been made..." He muttered, yawning as he began to walk towards the medical wing.

Eris hummed happily as she saw to the people in her ward, cleaning them up and ensuring they were all fed and watered, and clean. She then checked her ward; upon arriving the place had been in shambles, but she had fixed it up and made it presentable. The floor sparkled cleanly, the bedsheets were washed, and everyone had their positions. She calmly went to her desk and sat at it, tugging her floral dress up a little so she wouldn't stretch the fabric. She looked very beautiful today, and smiled as she ran a brush through her golden hair. It had been a relatively quiet morning, and just to top off her good day, she'd been left in charge of the group. shed kept everything the same, but had excused those in need of physical punishment to simply cleaning the entire school- it was useless to be a healer if the place she worked in was like a pig sty. They'd be exhausted and full of blisters and utterly miserable besides when they were done, but they would come out of it with respect for her for not harming them, and that was what mattered. Smiling widely she applied some pink lipstick to her lips, then sat back to examine the peaceful ward.

Belle was unconvinced. She sighed and stood beside Rolf, she placed a hand on his back and started taking him to his own office, which she assumed he would rather be treated in. "Rolf, I think your cause of death one day will be yourself." She sighed and led Rolf to his bed and sat him down. "I'll clean up the mess, but I'll try to get someone in here to take care of you." She gave him a tired and concentrated look until she stood up and set his anti-depressants on his desk. "I'll be right back."

'Mmkay.' Rolf mumbled, still looking a little dazed as he watched her go, before frowning down at his arm. When, during knocking over the vase, had he sliced open his arm? He couldn't even remember, and could barely even feel the pain. Was he in shock? Considering this, he pulled his blanket over his shoulders tightly and tugged his legs up to sit cross-legged, keeping himself warm.
