• ^{Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.}
• ^{Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.}
• ^{A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.}
• ^{Every apprentice must pass their assessment and complete their Clan's trial before they can become a warrior.  If an apprentice fails the trial, they may try again after another moon of training, but if they fail three times, they cannot become a warrior of that Clan.}
• ^{If any cat reveals the location of their Clan's trial stone to a cat who is not a member of their own Clan and of warrior rank or higher, they will be stripped of their warrior status and banished.}
• ^{Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.}
• ^{A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.}
• ^{The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled, provided they have proven themself to DiamondClan.}
• ^{After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.  If the Clan leader is on their last life, three new candidates must be chosen within three days and the trial completed within three more.  If none are worthy, the process is to be repeated until a warrior is found who is.}
• ^{A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.}
• ^{No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.}
• ^{An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the Path of Stone or if it is necessary for self-defense.}
• ^{Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side to protect the four. Each Clan must help the others so that no Clan will fall.}
• ^{When in another Clan's territory, no cat may break that Clan's Path of Stones}
• ^{Apprentices who do not pass their trials in the first two attempts, will enter three moons of rigorous training so that they may pass their third. Should they not do so, they will earn their warrior name, but will be limited to doing in-clan tasks (i.e repairs, gathering of supplies and herbs, cleaning the clan, burying the dead, ect.) instead of going on hunting and border patrols.}

[1] The Clan Leader's final decision is law, and anyone that defies it shall have to explain themselves and their motives before the entire clan. [2] Any Warriors found beyond the boundaries of Topazclan borders without a very legitimate reason will be demoted to apprentice tasks for an entire moon, and will have to sleep in the apprentices' den for that entire span of time. If an Apprentice defies the boundaries, they will be forced to postpone their training for an entire moon and do odd-jobs around the clan and tend to the elders. [3] No injured warrior, regardless of their loyalties or allegiance, should be denied proper treatment. However, they must be supervised. [3] Medicine cats may not take a mate or have kits. Their kits will be the clanmates they care for. [4] Should any cat be found betraying Topazclan, they shall be expelled from the clan for breaking the clan's greatest virtue. [5] Kits shall be apprenticed at the age of 6 moons, and apprentices begin their trials to become full-fledged Warriors at the age of 15 moons.

• ^{Follow all the Forum Rules. This clan is no exception to the rules. In fact, breaking any of the rules puts this clan in jeopardy, and we really wouldn't appreciate that!}
• ^{Be Kind To Everyone. Come on guys, this is a given! We don't want to see any blatant ignoring, even if you're in the middle of a super awesome RP session. Even if you can't RP, say hi, talk to them, so that way, we become a happy family!}
• ^{No Joining With More than 4 Characters. We've seen people with ten characters, and they only frequently RP two of them. It's kinda sad, because what if that character was the basis of another character's development and description? What if that character was really important to another RPer? Always only do as much as you can. However, once you've been in the RP for a while and we've determined that you're active enough, you're allowed to go past this limit.}
• ^{Try to Show Up At Least Twice A Week. We totally understand the pressures of school. We do all have to face that struggle, but do keep in mind that by joining, you're consenting to at least a minimal amount of RPing in the clan. If you need to go on an extended leave for personal reasons, let us know and we'll keep note of that so that we don't end up removing members.}
• ^{Do Not Take Graphics. These graphics were intended for this clan, and this clan alone. Feel free to check out the credits section and find out who did it, so that you can ask them for a request.}
• ^{Do Not Join as a Queen or Kit. Please. Please Please Please Please. Don't do this unless you've specifically asked for our permission.}
• ^{Inactive Characters Become Elders. It's just our thing. That way if you come back and want to rejoin, you can do so. But if your character was in an important position, they cannot rejoin that position. Important positions include: Deputy, Med. Cat and Med. Cat Apprentice, as well as any part in a prophecy or major plot line. However, if you rejoin and become inactive again, we'll have to consider removing your character all together in order to prevent crowding.}
• ^{This is a Semi-Literate RP. We totally understand if you're just not feeling inspired enough to write an entire paragraph, because we've been there and done that. But the minimum you should write is about two to three sentences. Any less than that can be questioned by who you are RPing with or by any of the creators.}
• ^{Joining is Another Page. The Link on the main page.  Please use the directory as needed to direct yourself through the clan. It's a long front page, but it'll have everything you need to properly function in this clan.}
• ^{Keep your characters realistic. Unfortunately, that means no violet cats with rainbow colored eyes and bangs over their eyes. Keep it as "normal" as possible.}
• ^{This is a multi-clan RP. Be sure to check out the other clans and the borders page to keep an eye out for any potential interactions. If you want to start a plot point and/or drama, let one of the admins know so we can develop it further!}
• ^{Gatherings will be a thing! Keep an eye out for dates so that you can be sure to attend. The leaders and admins will discuss possible dates and times, so we'll do our best to find a time that works for everyone. Of course, they aren't mandatory, but it'd be fun if a lot of people came!}
• ^{Members have a responsibility. As members of a 4-clan RP, it's our job to make sure that all 4 clans have the support they need to thrive. If you see one of the four clans struggling a bit, feel free to help them out, even if it's only for a while. Remember, if one of the clans dies, then the entire RP suffers! Let's do our best to support everyone!}
• ^{Pay attention to announcements.  Most announcements will appear on the Gathering Page and/or on the front page of every Clan, so keep an eye on those pages so you know what's going on.}
