Alright folks! I'll be updating this tomorrow if all goes as planned!  Five pages if you count the cover for...I believe we are on chapter 2 now?...if you count the chapter cover. This also means I need to make another Marick GIF. That might take a little longer, since I have to edit a picture. ^^' |

I caught up! So much intrigue already... The penned pages are definitely easier to read. One question though, is there a reason you don't just type the words?

Yeah. I used to type up the pages on the first version of the comic, actually. I would type them, but there are two reasons I don't: a) it has pitiful spellcheck. It's easier for me to correct spelling if I can just erase etc. and  I edit the pages a little in the computer and when I try and type up the words it makes these odd discolorations that bug me. ^^' If you'd like, I can test it out again, since I've got a couple more options for picture editors. Paint.net, I found out, lets me paste words into the pictures, so I could probably get around the spellcheck one. |

Yeah, I can see how that's a problem. Do you use a program that lets you have layers? That might avoid the disclouration. For the spellcheck issue, the only solution I can think of is typing into a program with a better spellcheck then copying it over, but that might be too much effort... Hey, if the current way works you might as well keep with it!

I didn't used to, but the new program I have does.
The current way does work pretty well, because of a lot of reasons. I just remembered the second stronger reason that I don't usually do it as text. My funky shaped word bubbles. xD

Layers might be useful for your penned stuff even so. But idk, it's been a while since I did digital art.

I got that undertone of stressed awesome. Or something. xD I still have a bunch of pages that I need to work on before I can honestly experiment. But after that, I'll try a few things!
Look out, by the way, things start to get a little more detailed from here. More plot.
