Raccoonstep--
Newtkit - pale gray tom-kit with darker gray dapples scattered across his pelt. He has pale blue eyes and white toes on one foot. Newtkit is known among his clanmates for his endless curiosity and sharp memory. He is completely content to spend hours in the elders' den listening to stories, then repeating them to the other kits. He is an excellent storyteller, with an emphatic voice and a dramatic flair—unfortunately, he is not so skilled in the more practical areas of clan life. Newtkit is quite clumsy and often becomes nervous when he tries to practice warrior moves. He doesn't truly want to become a warrior due to a general dislike of violence, even in defense of his clan, but he doesn't particularly enjoy medicine either. Instead, he finds shelter in his stories and hopes that the future will figure itself out someday.

Oatkit - fluffy, pale brownish-tan tom-kit with wide, green eyes the color of clover and a white spot on his chest. Oatkit is known around the nursery for his perfectionism; from pelt to nest, he is meticulously clean, and he adores organization. Though he can become a bit anxious or snappy around messy cats, this young tom is generally talkative and well-meaning. He loves to spend his days organizing herbs in the medicine den, as he says the action calms him down.

Blossomshadow-- Petalkit - white she-kit with large, ginger tabby patches scattered across her pelt. She has a pair of warm, cornflower blue eyes and a cheerful grin so consistent it could almost be called a facial feature. Petalkit is the definition of happiness; she is naturally optimistic and cheery, with a strong belief in the goodness of others and justice of the world. Though some call her naive, a quick wit shows that she isn't lacking in brains. The she-kit is actually quite quiet about her optimism, not forcing it on others, as a few moons of trial-and-error have shown her that all the action gets her is annoyed glares. Instead, she approaches grumpy clanmates with compassion and endless kindness.

He tends to be awkward in conversation and often ends up embarrassing himself, but he is so naturally well-meaning that most of his clanmates forgive him for it—not that it eases his humiliation, of course. Though he dreams of being a great warrior, this sweet young tom wouldn't hurt a fly. He is very noble, always trying to play the gentleman and—in his own quirky way—trying to win over the she-kits.
