Yuusss! <3[break] Yes my little Grimmm baby will hopefully live up to be as much as a menace as Hougen was![break] Wow Moon...you really are a binge watcher! xD [break] [break] Oh, also! If you don't mind me asking, but when/if you make the divider, could you also perhaps crop a few 100 x 100 icons? They can be both of real dogs or perhaps the dogs on the survivors covers and such! Nothing too fancy has to be done with them - I just need them cropped and made and such! If you don't want to though, don't worry about it, I'll do it. ^^[break] [break] Edit - I also might need a bit of help with the layout. For the 'common' posts that'll have the info on them, should I perhaps divide them apart instead of having them being in all one consecutive post? I don't want it to look too...plain or such. Or is it fine the way it is? The most 'sections'{like the landmarks, the rules, etc} I'd have would be three, I think. [break] [break] Anything I should add? Color change? Etc? [break] [break] [break] [break] [newclass=.blckfilter]-webkit-filter: grayscale(100%);width:600px;transition:0.5s ease-in-out;align:center;[/newclass] [newclass=.blckfilter:hover]-webkit-filter: grayscale(0%);transition:0.5s ease-in-out;[/newclass] [newclass=.blckfilter i]font-family:Amatica SC;font-size:13px;color:#770000;font-weight:800px;[/newclass] [newclass=.skin-cred]font-family:tahoma;font-size:9px;letter-spacing:1px;margin-top:10px;color:#222;margin-left:10px[/newclass] [newclass=.skin-cred a]color:#222!important;font-size:9px!important;text-decoration:none!important[/newclass] [nospaces] [attr="class","blckfilter"] [break] About the roleplay

Agh, I'm here!
I'm drawn to the unstable villain characters, for some reason. That was when I was really into anime, lol. Nowadays, I usually only watch it when nostalgia kicks in.
I'll get on to making the dividers and icons! I can crop them for you, too. c:
Hm, I think spacing out the posts would be best, since it'll probably look too compact. Other than that, they layout is perfect!

Here's a divider; it's a pretty quick one.
And here are some icons! They're in grayscale to fit the layout. If you want more, just say the word. c:
Please tell me if there's something that needs changing!

I'll probably make some more doggos later, but these are my 4 as of now Henry - Beagle/Siberian Husky mix - Shepherds - Henry is a friendly and optimistic dog. Witty and streetsmart, Henry is a bit of a charmer, although this young dog values freedom over anything, and will not do anything that would risk him losing that. A medium-sized dog, Henry is primarily black and white, akin to his Husky heritage. His back and the top of his legs are pure black, giving him the appearance of wearing a coat. His underbelly and paws are white, along with most of his face. His ears are black, his eyes a bright blue. The base of his limbs are russet, and the same color flecks his underside. Henry had been a stray for a good part of his life, the sadly unwanted member of a litter of 7. He was fostered by the family for a while, but when expenses become too much to handle, they arranged to give him over to a shelter. Before he could be transferred, however, the curious Henry had found a hole in the fence, and he was off into the world. Guided by a love for adventure and not being tied down to anything, he traveled about for a long time, eventually coming across the city. He was impressed with the Shepherd's ideologies and agreed to join them, settling down into a permanent home for the first time. Despite this, he is rarely at camp, often found wandering and exploring wherever he feels the itch to. It's clear that his heart longs to travel, and it is unknown exactly how much longer he will be staying, but for the time being, he has settled in nicely. Although not one for fighting, Henry will do so if necessary, but will usually never initiate an attack. He prefers to try and reason out a situation and will usually never get angry. Only if he is unable to defuse a situation will he resort to a fight, but even then, tries to deescalate. Herman - Tibetan Mastiff - Stray - An older dog, Herman has not had his lot in life. Abandoned by a breeder due to testing low on various breed performance metrics, he was left to the streets, where he spent most of his life. Herman is a massive dog, much larger than pretty much any dog one would meet, it is common for others to be intimidated by his appearance. Scars crisscross all over his body and face, twisted, mangled claws, and a ragged tail give him the appearance of a perpetually glowering, grizzled dog. However, underneath his rough appearance, Herman has a heart of gold. Gentle giant would be the perfect way to describe Herman, friendly to most any dog and always willing to offer a helping hand. He is very gentle and protective of younger dogs, and is friendly to the Shepherds, although for reasons unknown, he has never joined them, preferring to roam the streets himself. However, he does stop by every now and then, perhaps to share news, perhaps to inquire about changes in the city. He makes his home underneath an abandoned theater. Although considered a formidable fighter in his younger days, Herman is no longer in fighting condition. The main reason for this is his failing eyesight. It has gotten to the point where the old dog can barely see clearly, and often stumbles about his day. Regardless of this, he does his best to carry himself with dignity, and most dogs wouldn't consider troubling him due to his sheer size. A wise dog, Herman has no problem sharing hunting techniques with a polite dog. Although he doesn't want to admit it, he is weakening in his old age, but refuses to join the Shepherds for fear of being a burden. Herman is primarily black in color, although his pelt and muzzle have grayed with age. His underbelly is russet, and a dash of white accentuates his whiskered muzzle. Reina - Labrador Retriever - Shepherds Commander - Sandy furred Reina is the Commander of the Shepherds. A medium-sized dog, she is lightly built yet well muscled. Her pelt is a pale, sand-colored gold, her muzzle white with a hint of tan. She has a long, faded scar along her muzzle, from a battle fought a long time ago. It would be inaccurate to describe Reina as stone-faced. It wouldn't be inaccurate, however, to say that she is a very well disciplined and organized dog. Formerly a service dog, she left her life upon the death of her aged owner, and took to the streets, eventually joining the Shepherds. A sharp wit and keen observation skills are leadership qualities that she possesses from her intense training and discipline as a puppy. Although she tries to be as magnanimous as possible, her first priority is the Shepherds, and she will do whatever it takes to keep them safe, even if it comes to a fight. In a battle, Reina is a quick and fierce opponent. Although she is not the largest dog, she makes use of her agility and speed to unbalance and confuse opponents, easily dispatching them. Although usually very composed, she can become flustered if something does not go as planned, and tends to freak out. As a dog trained to notice signs and patterns, she easily picks up on cues from other dogs, but can become confused if they do not act as she had sensed. Nevertheless, she is a reliable and friendly dog who her fellow shepherds can count on. Rage - English Bullweiler - Night Howlers Elite - Large, stocky, and heavily muscled, Rage is a dog that is to be feared. A cross breed between a bulldog and rottweiler, Rage is aptly named. Bred by a dogfighter, Rage has the qualities of a dog meant for battle. Between his crushing jaw strength and thick, muscled neck easily protecting him from attacks, Rage is comfortable effortlessly thrashing smaller dogs who would dare to challenge him. He is a black and russet colored dog, with short but thickly muscled legs. His jowls are wrinkled and house powerful, wicked fangs. His eyes are beady and yellow. Recognized and feared as a powerful brute, he is usually not bothered, except by upstart dogs who quickly learn the danger of what they provoked. Although he has a reputation of being a mindless savage, Rage is by no means a dumb dog. He spent his formative years in the brutal world of illegal dogfights, and quickly learned that to survive, he needed to win his fights. This worldview vastly warped his personality but provided him with a keen battle sense not usually seen. After the dogfighting ring where he was held was broken up, Rage was taken to an animal shelter. Violent and implacable, he refused to be domesticated, and as such was never adopted, which was how he preferred it. After he eventually escaped, with the help of another dog who he bullied into opening his cage, he took to the streets and was soon discovered by the Night Howlers after leaving a bloody swath in his wake. He had no problems joining the dogs, and quickly established himself as one of the strongest in the group. Personality-wise, Rage is cruel and a touch unhinged. Concepts such as "mercy" and "surrender" are alien to him, as in the world of dogfighting, he was always instructed to fight until his opponent's body was no longer warm. If one was brave enough to hold a conversation with him, they would be quite disturbed. Rage's speech patterns are erratic, and he often speaks in a cryptic, cynical way, in contrast to his cold bloodthirstiness. Rage respects strength, which is one of the reasons why he defers to the King, who he sees as truly strong. In Rage's eyes, those who are strong are useful. Those who are weak are not. Although an immensely powerful asset to the Night Howlers, his tendency to wreak havoc and general lawlessness makes him a bit of a loose cannon. Volatile and unpredictable, it's hard to figure out what could set off his destructive tendencies next. Nevertheless, he currently chooses to reside with the Night Howlers, but it is clear that his loyalties only lie with himself, at least for the time being. When this erratic and violent being decides he no longer wishes to have anything to do with this group, he will leave, and there will be no one to stop him.

silvy charrie wip's } Grimm - Ah...here he is. The big, bad 'king' of the gang 'Night Howlers'. And boy...is he big and is he bad. Grimm, or 'The Mad King Grimm' as he's often called {and sadly enough seems to enjoy being called this} is a beast. Weighing over 200lbs at a height of a little over 39 inches at the withers, Grimm is indeed the largest dog within the city - and he knows this. Grimm is a mix between a Great Dane and a Bully Kutta, two massive dogs each in their own. This 'little monster' is both long-legged, but almost a bit stocky, with a heavy, muscular build. His fur is rather short, and the 'lips' of his muzzle ever so slightly droop, but not like the 'drool-y breeds'. Grimm has a harlequin marking, which explains the black spotting covering his white fur. However, the most noticeable marking Grimm has is that half of his face, the right half, is purely black, with that respective ear being white with smaller black splashes. The other half is of course the usual white with black splashes. His eyes are a dark, fiery amber in color. His tail is slim and medium in length. Grimm's ears are large and cropped upwards. Many scars covers his fur, some being larger than other. Typically, he wears a few light chains around his neck in a doubled up chain collar, which have dug into his skin on occasions, as seen by the scars that seem to blister there. Whether he minds the pain or not isn't really known. His massive teeth seem to be permanently stained with crimson, as does his paw pads and his maw a little. If it isn't obvious enough, fighting Grimm is like asking to be visited by the Grim Reaper himself - Grimm's strength and fighting skill is otherwise infamous within the city. Ah...lo and behold the king, Grimm. Grimm is...horrible. A monster, really. This dog is not and will never be 'good'. The stench of blood and death on his fur seems to almost be his permanent scent. This dog is cruel...otherwise, just vile and a tyrant in his prime. Grimm cares not for anyone but himself, and his blood lust cannot be fueled. He lives and craves to see the suffering of others, its honestly his favorite pastimes. To the on looker, Grimm is perfectly sane - but in reality, he's one of 'those' types, the ones who crumble down from the inside and remain just cold on the outside. Usually, the male appears calm and relaxed, to where he'll easily converse with those in his gang, joking around, and enjoying himself as a 'king' should be. But, underneath his relaxed display is a mad man. Many times before the gang has seen him suddenly snap out in a flash and the sound of flesh tearing and another body that's left on display for days. Grimm enjoys pain - both receiving and delivering - a quality of a madman. He enjoys hearing his opponents beg - he enjoys their suffering. He truly is a horrible dog. He himself is a selfish creature. As long as he survives, he does not care who he has to kill. He will not fight honorably, and he does not care who he kills, be it age, gender, who they are to him...When Grimm craves blood, when Grimm wants to kill - someone will suffer. Grimm has a dark sense of humor, seeing as he uses the fur of the previous king as a bed of some kind, and seems almost fond of it. Grimm is unstable, perhaps even bipolar. For example, he once let a dog who broke the harsh code of his gang leave, speaking in an almost bored demeanor, without killing or even harming him...But a poor dog who was eating and had seemingly left one section of a bone unchewed made him snap. The dog was dead within a matter of a minute. Typically though, Grimm keeps an almost uncaring personality. Excluding his bloody tendencies, Grimm himself does have other qualities when he isn't raving on or playing with the odd collection of dog skulls within his 'room' in The Night Howlers. His deep voice isn't full of insane muttering or show his constant lust for destruction - he almost seems polite in a dark, mocking way. He even seems to almost be a bit flirtatious at times as well! And despite his problems - he isn't stupid. Grimm is smart - shockingly so even if he may not act like it. Although his way of thinking and logic may be a bit...warped. Who exactly Grimm is and where he came from is unknown. He seems to known and previously have a connection with the leader of The Shepherds...however, no one truly knows what his past was. Grimm simply appeared with Night Howlers territory and challenged the old king - a massive mutt of a dog fabled to have at least a little wolf in him. King Titus. The dog not only flirted within Titus' mate in front of him, but he also criticized his ruling. He then called the Titus weak, and Titus launched himself at him. As Titus' jaws clamped onto his throat, Grimm only laughed. This attack created one of the largest scars on his body, which starts at the side of his neck, over his jugular and down his chest. Their fight was bloody...but short. Despite being a dog feared for his fighting strength, he fell easily to Grimm...and his fur was torn from his body, ending up as a blanket of some kind for Grimm, as old Titus' skull sits upon a pile of other bones within Grimm's 'corner of odd things'. Sin - Sin, whose name is pronounced as if you're saying 'seen', is an...odd dog. Not in appearance or anything like that, but the presence the males gives out just seems to cloak him in mystery. Often speaking in rhymes or simply just...appearing, this dog is someone whom you may want to watch out for. Appearance wise, Sin is a devilishly handsome dog. He is a pure black borzoi, with only his chin fur being an icy white. Otherwise, this tall, elegant dog hasn't one other color to mark his silky furred form. His eyes are then a sharp, clear light grey in color. aizen in dog form basically Phantom - American Pitbull Terrier mixed with American Bulldog - the cowardly bully Kotaro - Akita Inu - the gentle giant shy sweetie pie Alistair - German Shepherd mixed with Greyhound maybe. the flirty bae basically Lux - At first glance, one may think of Lux more so as a bear like creature than a dog. This female is massive. Her tall, semi-heavy build and somewhat thick fur may also given her a more..masculine appearance as well. Regardless, the female is a Kangal mix. What exactly she's mixed with isn't really...known, with her kangal features being the most prominent, with a few of the other known breeds being Estrela Mountain Dog and Central Asian Shepherd Dog. Either way, Lux is massive, being at a height of just about 35 inches at the withers and nearly at about 168 lbs. Her fur itself is rather thick and longer furred and looking a bit double coated. However, she's not too long-furred..it's almost a bit of a 'fluffy' look, coming from her Estrela Mountain Dog side. It's coloring a lighter, pale brown {similar to how most kangal's look}, however, is darker brown in various parts. Her face is then covered in a dark brown, almost black looking mask. However, similar to her Central Asian Shepherd part, this dark marking is split by a lighter, almost dirty golden brown like blaze that trails between her eyes and onto her forehead, with the top half of her muzzle/cheeks being this same color but her bottom jaw/chin remaining the darker brownish black coloring. Her front two paws are a dirty tannish white. Her thick tail is rather furry, but a bit short and slightly curled. Lux then has dark golden eyes. Her floppy ears, which are a bit lacking in fur compared to the other parts of her body, are black, her left being torn. Lux is covered in scars, with a long scar down her jugular and another smaller scar over the bridge of her nose in a horizontal slant. She wears a dirty, torn black bandanna around her neck. Lux has a slightly thick Turkish accent. Lux is...someone best to avoid. Rough, rude, and aggressive, the female is quick to fight...which is also something best to avoid. Do you really want a huge, muscular fluff running towards you? Probably not. Sadly enough, it doesn't take much to get her riled up. The short tempered dog will bare her fangs over a dog even looking over at her the wrong way and a slew of insults will probably come from her jaws. Really though, Lux finds fighting most dogs a waste of her time...so she may just be all bark and no bite for at least a couple of minutes or so. But Lux is a very...sudden dog, who can quite literally snap and lunge at another in a mere instant. Is she a bit unstable?...Possibly. She's rather grumpy and foul tempered most of the time, being of a serious nature and just merely trying to survive rather than enjoy life. The dog doesn't enjoy taking orders to anyone nor does the dominant dog like being challenged. More than likely, the stubborn dog won't listen to anyone else, even if their orders make sense. She's rather...violent and struggles with being genuinelyind to others. Actually, more like, she's just socially awkward, and her grumpiness and unwillingness to trust anyone makes it difficult. However...there is a gentle soul beneath the seemingly heartless giant dog. And this is exhibited through her interactions with her sister, Sybil. The two are as close as could be, and Lux seems to be more lighter-hearted around her sister. Lux and Sybil used to be guardion dogs against wolves and other threats back in Turky. However, things...happened, and the two winded up here, abandonded and alone and only having each other. Sybil - Despite the two being siblings, Sybil is much, much different than her older sister, Lux. Firstly, she isn't nearly as big as Veli despite being that odd Kangal mix as well...and unlike looking like a dog that wants to maul you, Sybil looks more like a bear cub you just want to cuddle. Standing at 29 inches and a half at the withers and only 133 lbs, Sybil...hopes that she can possibly grow a bit more to be somewhat similar to her much more muscular and larger older sister. Her fur itself is a bit longer and thicker than Lux's as well as darker in color. Sybil's fur is a darker golden brown with darker brown and almost black tints as well as lighter golden brown tints in various sections of her fur. Her facial marking, unlike her sisters, is lighter in coloring, being a lighter golden brown, and instead seeming almost like a sudden splash of this color against her otherwise darker brown/blackish colored face, as it splashes over her right eye, trails over her muzzle in an unsymmetrical sort of way and then halfway covers her right ear. Her ears are furry and fluffy, being a bit large and black in color. She suffers from 'parti eye' which means her eyes are typically a golden amber in color, but, has a splash of darker brown on them. Her scruff area is scarred. She wears a dirty, torn white bandanna around her neck. Unlike her sistr, her Turkish accent isn't as thick, except when she gets overly excited. the energetic playful cutie bae who doesn't realize how big she is Rin - Rin is a tough looking female dog with a presence of stern discipline and just...coldness. She has a slightly tall build, being long-legged and her somewhat short but slightly thick fur hiding her wiry muscles. Rin is a Beauceron, or more specific, a Harlequin Beauceron. Her fur is covered with splatters and spreads of grey merle markings, making her body a mixture of grey, brown, and black. Her ears are cropped, making them stand perked against the top of her head. Her eyes are then a sharp, icy blue in color. Rin is the dog that you may wonder are they more like a robot than a dog. Her facial expression rarely changes from that serious, almost cold and emotionless expression. Her voice seems void of it as well. She's quite literally all business, always raring to go and do something job-like and hates sitting still, growing irritable when she's not out and about. Perhaps this stems from her service as a Police Dog formally...this also explains her stern, disciplined attitude. She can be quite rude to someone, or perhaps its her genuinely blunt personality. Honestly, Rin lacks an understanding of emotions, so even when she's trying to be kind, it doesn't turn out right....and thus, she's almost learned to not care, and that, for the most part, emotions are pointless and only get in the way of serving Grimm to the bet of her ability. The female looks up to Grimm in an almost unhealthy way, ever since he 'saved' her, and thus will follow his orders without word, being a loyal solider to the end. Anyone who disrespects him is met by rare anger from her....and Grimm knows this, often manipulating her without a care in the world. Rin is not completely devoid of emotions, despite her ever cold personality. I's sad to see a dog who looks uncomfortable at the niceness of others or seems to lack an understanding of even the basic concept of playing chase. Even her mannerism of speech is formal and strange. Still, the cool tempered, confident female almost seems to be hiding another side of her entirely, perhaps a softer, more scared of failure dog, and someone who doesn't want to be thrown away like she was done to in the past. Rin is based on a few anime characters; Genos from One Punch Man & Wynter - There's no denying that Wynter is indeed a beautiful dog, who seems to just radiate with elegance and class, just as a dog of her standing should be. She is a pure white borzoi, being long legged with silky, flowing fur that won't have even a flake of dirt on it...otherwise she'll flip. Her eyes are a frosty, olive green. She is never seen without her prized collar, a beautiful white collar plated with elegant silver designs and what appears to be diamonds, it seeming more like a necklace than a collar. Ah, Wynter. She's a well known dog on the street she lives on, due to her owners being filthy rich and leading to a spoiled pooch. She's a 'star', having a pedigree, some dog show awards and everything...and she knows she's fabulous. Unfortunately, this pretty pooch's personality is far less beautiful. Self centered and vain, if you're not worth her time, she'll definitely let you know. She's arrogant and isn't afraid to talk bad about a dog to them, in their face. Wynter's not just called Wynter for her fur. She...really is a cold dog, who seems to care more about herself and her looks than others. She seems to enjoy leading males dogs astray with being flirty and buttering them up...only to crush them. It's like an amusing passtime to her. She may seem nice sometimes but...really, the dog is a manipulative little something who has no qualms in using other, dumber dogs to her advantage. And what better is a dog who is head over paws for her? Wynter....actually is a bit of a lonely dog though. There are a few, selected pawful who she couldn't bear to be without...and though she may treat them a bit harshly at times and always seem to chip them or others down, they often get to see her softer, affectionate side. Her brother in Sin, who mysteriously left his glamorous life to become a stray. She's disgusted with his choice, but, seems to still enjoy seeing her kin when he does come around. Ying - { May be changing breed } Ying is a female rottweiler, whose build isn't as stocky as some of her breed, as she is a bit more tall than she is stocky. Still, muscles swell beneath her short furred pelt. More so, her jaws and face aren't as 'squished' as some, being compact and a bit more 'neat'. Ying is a chocolate rottie, making her fur color a milk chocolate brown rather than black, and the usual brown accents of her fur a bit more lighter and vibrant than others. Her eye is then a soft, gentle brown. However...Ying does not look very pretty. Despite her already 'scary' breed and slightly larger, muscular side, her face is horribly scarred. Ugly scars score over her face and muzzle, leaving ta few patches furless, and her left eye missing. Despite Ying's horrid looks, she is truly a sweetheart. A motherly dog at heart, she is patient and sweet, if not insecure of her own appearance and the motherly sweet one Welp, here are my wip characters {they're all still a wip} so you can at least know what you're dealing with! But lets see...

Oh, Moon! Question for whenever you're on, but, should I add a scroll bar to each dog's form? Or nah, it'll look weird or such?

Even though some people's forms might be longer than others, I think a scroll bar would mess up the layout.
Ah, and also, I'll make you some more icons really quick!

These are my final forms for all my puppos. I've edited both the previous ones and the newer ones, so there is some new stuff in there to look at. c:
Putting them all under a spoiler so the post doesn't get too lengthy~
Raveneyes ; Tall, handsome black dog with amber-crimson eyes. Elite. 'Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night’s Plutonian shore; quoth the Raven, “Nevermore.”' Raveneyes is quite attractive, being tall and muscular, yet not stocky. He has average-lengthed fur, his tail fur being noted to be longer. Now, onto the over pallete of his coat...well...simply, midnight black is a color that could accurately describe it. From head to tail, his fur is a solid, black base. Does he have an overcoat? Well, yes; if you can call it one. It is a very pale silver; not even visible except under bright sunlight. He has short, white "stockings" on his front legs, but that is only part of him that is not obsidian. He has a fox-like muzzle and pointed ears. With his solid black pelt, Raveneyes looks relatively simple. But his eyes are quite...creepy on the other hand. The pupils are constantly constricted — even in dim light, they look quite contracted and even seem to glow. They're a bright amber — just barely red in color — typically with a menacing, almost devilish look. Inside his mouth are long, thorn-sharp fangs. Formerly a rogue, Raveneyes joined the Nighthowlers after escaping a building fire. Raveneyes is a dedicated Elite to King Grimm and upholds a strong sense of duty to his pack. He faithfully follows and carries out every one of his leader's orders, while ensuring that the gang runs smoothly. Raveneyes acts as a gentleman; seemingly courteous and polite to all. However, he is, in actuality, a callous, heartless, and sadistic dog. He is ruthless when attacking others on Grimm's orders, and usually expresses his diabolic nature through his dark, sarcastic humor. Sometimes, if he is not restrained, Raveneyes can...go overboard when fighting; he'll even keep tearing and biting at the dog until it becomes nothing more than a gruesome, bloody mess. If you see him gently smile at you, be warned of his tone of voice — his chilling, threatening timbre will tell you an entirely different story. When it comes to killing, he has no objections or hesitations. If he's ordered to end a life, he will end one. Moreover, Raveneyes, finds...enthusiasm in any challenge, in any death match. Raveneyes is cunning and sly; a pure expert at manipulation. He has no problem bending or blackmailing other dogs to his (or Earl's) will to achieve his wants and needs. Overall, don't be fooled by his gentlemanly behavior or his charming face. Because you can never truly trust a demon. ~ He and Earl often work together, and Raveneyes can be seen caring for the younger dog as if he were a valet. ~ He rarely seems to sleep, and when he does, it is only a light sleep. He will awake even at the very sound of a lead rustling in the wind. ~ He is based on Sebastian Michaelis from Black Butler.
Earl ; Small, short-statured blue-gray dog with blue eyes. Elite. Earl is a patrician, imposing little canine. And when I say little, I mean little. He is someone whose appearance you'd find either non-threatening or childish. But he is not what he seems, especially not with such an innocent face. Most think he is a pup at first glance, but he is actually fully grown. Being of an unknown breed, Earl is similar in his father's build, being lanky and smooth. His fur is a light blue-gray color — the "blue" tint being more prominent in daylight. His left eye is an icy blue, cold as the icy tundra, but his right actually is sort of a...a violet-blue shade, with a two-clawed scar over it. To top it all off, a somewhat fancy navy blue collar is wrapped about his neck, an aquamarine gem hanging from the middle. Earl is...not a "good dog", that's for certain. Very serious and hard to please, he is often looked down upon for his age, despite being an Elite. Earl is an arrogant and shrewd boy, with a distinguished air of nobility about him. More accustomed to a luxurious lifestyle, as he once was a housedog, being forced to move into the city did not sit well with him. Earl is stern with his orders, especially in the assertion of his high rank, because he expects Raveneyes to complete them without any shortcomings. He has a relatively cold outlook on life. His main goal is for those who have betrayed his family to experience the same level of humiliation and suffering he did. Earl possesses unwavering determination — instead of falling into hopelessness, he chooses to die without regrets by working hard to fulfill his revenge. ~ His mother and father died in a fire when he was a young pup. ~ He rarely ever smiles, and even if he does, it is only a sly smirk, nothing more. ~ He is based on Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler.
Suihime ; Slender, white Akita Inu with soft blue eyes. Shepherds member. This female's name means, literally, "water princess" in Japanese. Suihime sports a semi-tall build, but a narrow and frail body; you'd wonder how a scrawny dog like herself copes with her health. Like crisp white snow on a chilling winter morning, this female's fur is covered from head to tail in a blank, white coat. Well...maybe not quite all the way white — more of a mix of silvery-blue hairs blended in with the white. This female has a lanky, skinny — almost malnourished — build to her. She has a soft muzzle equipped with a light pink nose. Her wide eyes are are a brilliant sky blue mixed with dark blue flecks. Suihime is...a kind female. She is very sensitive and shy, if you were to describe her in two words...but she usually won't do or say anything if her feelings were ever to be hurt. She is noted to be motherly, gentle, and extremely empathetic, easily connecting with another dog's feelings. If you tell her that your heart is broken, she might gaze at you sadly through teary, sympathetic eyes. Suihime is also...socially awkward. She prefers to keep to herself, staying out of most social situations; although, she is willing to converse with someone who starts the conversation before he. She does tend to hold a grudge against anyone who harms her or one of her packmates, and her rare wrath can be quite terrifying. Suihime is actually quite wise, despite being young. Despite seeming like a doormat, Suihime just has a fragile heart. So it is best to handle her with care. ~ She cries fairly easily, usually over the smallest of things. ~ Suihime and water are inseparable. Her main passion is swimming. She will swim anywhere, even if the water is murky. She finds it calming and even beautiful to be in the darkness of water, gazing up the surface and watching fish whip by. ~ She's physically weak, and even if she has longer fur, she still manages to get sick easily. ~ She is based on Nuregami from Okami.
Carla ; Older Saluki female with off-white fur and dark blue eyes. Leader of the Shepherds. Motherly, kindhearted, and calm. Carla is a dog who will leave you with wonder. For her age, she retains the beauty and grace of a young female. Silky soft and long off-white fur cover her slim, lanky frame, complete with a feathered tail and a pure white underbelly. As is typical of her breed, she possesses a general greyhound-like build, combined with long, slender legs, a narrow body, deep chest, a small waist and a long tail. With a slightly angular face and silky-haired ears, this lovely female's eyes are painted an oceanic blue. Carla is truly a motherly and sweet dog. As The Shepherds' premier, she is constantly looking out for everyone's well-being. If you need a helping paw, a listening ear, or some comforting words of advice, she's always there to aid you. She dislikes violence and the bloodthirsty, wanting to solve all problems through peace. She's quite observant of other's emotions, and knows somethings off when she sees it. Carla enjoys spending her day relaxing after her duties are done, and caring for the puppies. Though patient and motherly, Carla can be a bit stubborn and strict when it comes to her laws. Regardless, she will always be more than happy to give you a warm smile to brighten your day.
Snake ; Doberman Pinscher female with dull, green-hazel eyes. Stray. Snake looks rather intimidating, and it is wise not to go poking around with this female. Unless you want your ears bitten off, that is. Her powerful, muscular, compact, and square-proportioned build gives her a package of speed, elegance, strength, and endurance. Her posture is alert and proud, while her gait is fast and loose. She has strong muscles, and long legs fit for running. Her deadpan green eyes give off an intimidating aura, her fangs are sharper than he words, and say that her glare is enough to let anyone know she's not playing around. The entirety of her pelt is black, like night itself. The only spots that aren't obsidian-colored are her muzzle, tail tip, and toes — they're a sienna sort of color. A black flea collar encircles her neck. Although she is a fairly pretty dog, Snake's personality is...not as charming. She is a dog whom you would never, ever, want to cross, and I mean that. Snake is anything but..."nice". Her expressionless gaze is enough to let anyone know she is not tolerant of others fooling around. She's a no-nonsense kind of dog, and she does not think survival is a game. She loves hard work, and pushes herself to the limit if she has to. Being made of iron from inside and out, Snake looks down on weaker dogs, thinking that they should be left to die if they're unable to fend of themselves. She has a bit of an ego, and feels as if she deserves utmost importance. Another downfall is that she seems to be very callous, unaware that some dogs have easily hurt feelings. ~ She likes duels, and is actually quite good at fighting. ~ She prefers to isolate herself, staring around at nature or the dogs around her. ~ She will occasionally talk with others, but her vocabulary usually consists of sharp remarks and blunt insults. ~ She has slight anger issues, easily snapping at strangers.
Aki ; Smaller Shiba Inu with orange fur and brown eyes. Housedog. One could go so far as to call this dog "cute", but Aki wouldn't quite think himself so. Silky smooth fur has been blessed upon Aki's smaller, somewhat feminine frame. Being about 18 pounds in weight and 14 inches in height, Aki is, oddly, not very large for his breed. As a Shiba, his fur is double-coated, the stiff outercoat being an orangish-brown and the soft undercoat a cream shade. An off-white color stays plastered onto the sides of his muzzle, ear tips, underbelly, and under his bun-shaped tail. His child-like eyes retain a bright hazel color. A light yellow collar encircles his neck. This young male is as timid as that a mouse. He is not suited for dealing with violence and raging fights. However, despite this, with a generous amount of consolation, he will be become stronger and bold enough to overcome the fear, sometimes even become assertive. He is very friendly and sweet, considering all dogs as his friends. He is quite smart and clever, knowing that every problem has at least some solution. This pup is known for being socially awkward, timid around just about everyone. He is insecure about his mouse-like behavior, which only adds on to his 'shy' issue. Sometimes this timidity can lend him to situations where he has to speak up, and he is not at all confident in his abilities. ~ He tends to stutter when he talks. ~ He is on the sensitive side, and his feelings are easily hurt.
Magnus ; Siberian Husky with icy blue eyes. Housedog. Meet Magnus. Or, rather...Prince Magnus, as he prefers to be called — one of the richer dogs in the cul-de-sac with a long line of wealth running in his bloodline. Given a name that means "the greatest", there's no doubt that his ego is huge. He is quite an an attractive creature to behold. His moderately compact and well-furred body, erect ears, and brush tail give hints of his Northern heritage. His characteristic gait is smooth and seemingly effortless; every step is planned out carefully and meticulously. His eyes are almond-shaped, set a bit obliquely. The coat of this canine is as pure as white snow, with a silvery-gray blanket covering his back, forehead, and ears. His eyes are an enchanting, cold blue color. He is usually seen wearing a golden, jewel-encrusted collar with smaller jewels hanging from the edges. With an inflamed ego and plenty of fame in the show dog department, Magnus is quite the canine — the second-most popular, to be exact. He is the perfect example of a princely nobleman. He is quite afraid to get dirty and always keeps his fur squeaky clean. Even if a single strand is out of place, he will freak out. Magnus is um...difficult to make friends with. Why? Well, he may look fetching and friendly, but, all actuality...he is very rude and snooty. He knows he one of the most popular dogs in the neighborhood, with his owners being filthy rich. Egocentric and dramatic, he tends to complain a lot about the tiniest, trivial things that barely have significance. He is quite...back-sassy and stubborn, his words can turn quite icy, and he doesn't care about the feelings of others. He also doesn't care about being punished or reprimanded; thinking everything should go his way, whether others like it or not. Everything needs to go in his favor because he is a prince and should always get his way. He'll usually find a way to wriggle out of it, though. He wants only the luxuries in life, and hates having things that are...lower in class. He's quite famous in the news, although not nearly as much as Wynter. Even though he seems like a heartless snob, Magnus has a softer side he doesn't show often. If you have the patience and tolerance to crack open his thick shell, one will find a somewhat...understanding dog. He usually displays this side a bit awkwardly, as being "kind" isn't something that comes naturally to him. ~ He's a huge heartbreaker, moving from one female to the next, and not seeming to care about her feelings. ~ He speaks formally and with basque, ornate sentences that have to be broken down to understand. ~ He has a medium-thick French accent. ~ He hates the city with a passion, mostly because of the filthy environment. He can't stand getting his fur wet, muddy, or even slightly dusty.
Major ; Great Dane-German Shepherd mixed female with bright green eyes. Stray; might join The Nighthowlers later on. The Great Dane is a large German breed known for its formidable size. Standing as high as 2 feet and 5 inches, Major is huge, although definitely not as gigantic as Grimm. As such, she usually towers over most dogs. She may be built like a lumbering bull, but don't you dare try and challenge her. Physically strong for a female, Major has a large, tall build that seems to tower over most. Her German Sheperds genes are displayed in her appearance. Her velvety skin is layered in a brown base of fluffy fur, covered in a with midnight black "saddle" pattern over her back. The most notable of all of her features is her eyes. They are sharp, fierce, and burning with a crackling, emerald green fire. They seem to glow in the darkness, and most dogs who look at her know right off the bat that she could cut through you if those eyes were daggers. She has medium-length fur, the inches longer at her tail, stomach, and neck. A long, pink scar runs down her bulky shoulder, two small scars trace her cheekbones, and two nicks have tainted her right ear. She wears a camo-print leather collar on her neck, as well as silver dog tags with small chains as a necklace. Although she is a very pretty canine — and she knows this is true — Major's personality is...not as charming. She was a former war dog, and is very battle-hardened. This hot-blooded female has a temper that is rather extreme. Disrespect is something she can't stand in a hundred years, and as she always keeps watching her own behavior, she demands the same from everyone else. If a dog acts with what is commonly perceived as lowly or underhanded, she often cuts them down without question. Major is extremely blunt, harsh, and very...er, loud. She throws insults and remarks into her conversations at times, and especially likes it when it hits home for another dog. If one triggers her anger, it is best to leave her alone so she can cool down. ~ She has a somewhat thick German accent.
Musashi ; Shikoku-German Shepherd mixed male with lazy, dark yellow eyes. Stray; becomes a Shepherds member later on. Musashi is your...average Joe of a dog. He retains a brown base pelt with a smoky black covering over it; a light beige serves as his underbelly, sloping up his legs, under his tail, and dotting two circles above his eyes. This male has a relatively svelte body with long legs and circular paws. His cranium is slightly triangular, with his ears sitting at the perfect angle. As if the golden sun itself had given its colors to his optics, they are a deep yellow mixed with orange. A darkened yellow bandana is tied around around his neck, and it appears to be smudged with a bit of dirt. Once a loner, Musashi is a confident and usually level-headed canine who revels in freedom from laws or order. Although he may seem smarmy and impartial, he is truly devoted to his friends and will help them if they need it. If they are in danger in anyway, he will forgo profit and join with which ever side he sees to be the most just. There is not much to say about Musahi's personality, for it is...simple. For the most part, Musashi is noted to be rather cool and aloof, if not constantly calm. He never gets too worried or worked up about anything, but he is noted to be serious sometimes. When the time calls for it, at least. It's clear that he's gone through quite some hardship while in the city, and he knows that trying to even survive there is quite the chore. His old-aged owner died a couple of years ago, leaving him with no one to care for him. Having no choice, Musashi was forced to venture into the city and make a living there. He got quite lucky, eating well, making friends, and learning about every nook and cranny of the area; which sculpted him into the street smart dog he is today. Nowadays, he doesn't usually have as much luck as he did back then, but he knows how to get by himself. He retains a "go with the flow" attitude on life, feeling as if there's nothing to get to excited over. As far as the two city organizations go, despite seeming a bit...neutral, Musashi is more geared towards The Shepherds. He feels as if The Nighthowlers are too much of a brute force to deal with, whereas The Shepherds are, obviously, much more benevolent in nature. Because, believe me, he's had his fair share of learning about the...gory ways that the Nighthowlers deal with their traitors. Despite his conflicting feelings, he tends to stay out of any disputes. ~ A self-proclaimed ladies man, Musashi is a little of a hopeless romantic, always attempting to find a female to flirt with.
Emily ; Akita female with bright blue-brown eyes. Shepherds member. A huggable ball of sunshine is all that young Emily is. A simple pallete of colors were given to this female. With two stacks of layered fur, she actually has two coats — the outer coat composed of straight and coarse hair, while the undercoat is soft and dense. Starting with the first, it is painted a plain, sort of creamy, off-white canvas. The next layer is surprising. It looks like cream and orange mixed together, making a soft, light citrus color. As an Akita, Emily possesses heavy bones and a body that is big; a bit longer than she is tall. Her legs are slightly longer than average, her tail is fluffy, and her eyes are two large, bright circles full of cuteness. Emily has a certain rare genetic condition called "heterochromia", which causes her eyes to be different colors. Her right eye is a sky blue, while the other is a chocolate amber-brown. Normally cheerful and sweethearted, Emily is a kind female who genuinely cares for the common canine. She speaks in an overly-excited manner and tries to practice peacefulness when facing conflicts. You can call her an overgrown puppy; she loves to play and jump around, and needs some space in order to have her fun. Striving to become stern yet kind like her older peers at all times, however, she has a nearly optimistic perception of the world; she is never quick to judge others regardless of their age, personality, or status. She genuinely believes in Carla's vision, knowing that someday all of the city dogs can come together for a main cause. She can be a bit naive, as well as a nuisance, due to her overly-confident bursts of energy. Despite this, she knows that everything has a time and place, and will quiet down when the situation requests for it. But that won't stop her from trying to put a smile on your face, whether you like it or not. ~ She has an older twin sister, Haruna, but the twins usually never get to see each other, as Haruna is a high-class housedog living far off in the cul-de-sac.

Okie these are the rules for the roleplay. Should I add or edit anything? Also, is it too hard to read? It looks fine to me, but I know it might be a bit small for some people? Idk [break] [break] [break] [newclass=.blckfilter]-webkit-filter: grayscale(100%);width:600px;transition:0.5s ease-in-out;align:center;[/newclass] [newclass=.blckfilter:hover]-webkit-filter: grayscale(0%);transition:0.5s ease-in-out;[/newclass] [newclass=.blckfilter i]font-family:Amatica SC;font-size:13px;color:#770000;font-weight:800px;[/newclass] [newclass=.skin-cred]font-family:tahoma;font-size:9px;letter-spacing:1px;margin-top:10px;color:#222;margin-left:10px[/newclass] [newclass=.skin-cred a]color:#222!important;font-size:9px!important;text-decoration:none!important[/newclass] [nospaces] [attr="class","blckfilter"] [break] Rules [break] A dog scratches at their neck as they look upwards and towards you. "The rules? Ya wanna know em'? Well, you outta - they're the key to survivn' 'round these parts, ya know. Listen closely, k'?"
[break] [break] LITERACY ▼ As stated, this roleplay is a semi advanced to advanced roleplay. It is expected that each reply you have should be at the least of a paragraph of about five sentences. Of course, its okay to go under this sometimes, be it due to muse or other things, but if you do this too much, you will be warned. Grammar is also important. This includes correct usage of quotation marks to knowing to use commas and etc. We don't expect you to be grammar pros, but we do expect you to know the basics. Always remember though - quality over quantity. [break]
[break] META GAMING ▼ Meta Gaming refers to things such as powerplaying, godmodding, spotlighting, etc. None of these are allowed. We expect you to be fair when it comes to roleplaying your dog fighting, HOWEVER, there are several things to take to notice when doing this. Unlike roleplaying cats, roleplaying dog's fighting can be a much more complex process in deciding the winner. Experience, personality, breed, size, and a few other factors {such as whether it is for plot or not} can come into play - however, common sense is to, of course, be used. Its honestly better if the two roleplayers discuss first who should win the fight. However, we, the admin and mods, will always review fights and put our own input in if necessary. [break] [break] CHARACTERS ▼ Please be somewhat realistic when creating your character. Your dog may be any breed you see fit {except, as of right now, no wolf hybrids are allowed} or, of course, a mixed breed. We're not too picky on markings and coloration. HOWEVER, they should not be too out there or distinct from their breed, especially purebred dogs. For example, a purebred golden retriever may not just be a solid 'golden' color. Perhaps they a bit of white on them or are a darker shade or such. However, they shouldn't be pure grey or have black spots or whatnot if they're not a mixed breed. Eyecolor can be a little less realistic, but not too horribly so. For example, a dog can't have red eyes, but can have 'reddish amber' eyes, or 'blueish violet'. There may eventually be a limit on how many dogs have heterochromia/parti eyed, as they are rare. No dog should be perfect. They can be pretty or handsome, sure, but don't go overboard. Also, please, PLEASE be somewhat knowledgeable about your character's breed, or ask me, Silvy, for help. This mostly stands true for size - and speaking of which, Grimm is the largest dog in the roleplay. [break] [break] There is no ifs and buts about it. There will, of course, be big dogs, however, note that weight does not equal height or that your dog may actually be smaller than you think. Of course, you can make them a bit bigger than the average, but once again, always mix in a bit of realism with it. Also, please do not make every character be from some sort of 'dog fighting' ring. And just because they are does not automatically mean they're 'super strong'. Tragic pasts are definitely okay. Some may have pasts worst than other, and its totally acceptable for strays especially to have sad pasts. However, be unique.[break] [break] Lastly, you can have as many characters as you want, but please try to even things out, be it what group they're in to their gender.[break] [break]
[break] REALISM ▼ This is a semi-realistic roleplay. Dogs walking around without their owners or whatnot obviously isn't very realistic, but we're not strictly so, so some 'odd' things are encouraged! However, do not take it too far. Along these lines though, we do ask you to use common sense. This includes with fights to even just common things. A typical housedog is typically afraid/does not like a stray. A stray would typically be more experienced in a fight than a housedog. Most dogs in the Night Howlers are stronger than your average stray. That's not to say they can powerplay, but just keep little things in mind. [break] [break] This rp is meant for dogs to struggle. They won't find trashcans full of food. And while I'm saying your dog doesn't have to be starved, they're not well-fed. Think of the warrior cats during winter. Also, not every dog should know how to hunt. Lastly, and a personal peeve of mine, if you sign up for your dog to be in the 'street rats' part of the night howlers, then please, do not have them complain about how 'unfair' it is at every given moment and challenge everyone. You wanted to be omega - then be omega. In fact, if your dog breaks one of the night howlers rules, then except to be punished {in roleplay of course}. I'm of course not saying they can't occasionally cause trouble or must all be submissive, but shouldn't cause trouble 24/7.
[break] [break] ACTIVITY ▼ We ask that you be as active as you can, with required activity being at least 3 times per week unless you have an excuse. Of course, we're willing to work with you and be lenient, but, please try and be active, especially if you hold an important part in the story/a higher ran. [break]
[break] STEALING ▼ Stealing ANYTHING off of this page - layout, idea, characters, etc - is strictly forbidden and you will be reported. [break] [break] MaNNERISM ▼ Guys, we're all friends here, okay? Be respectful and kind to one another! If you have a problem, please talk to us, the admins, and we'll try to solve it. Do note that we are humans too though! If we see a member being rude/mean/etc, we will take note of it and address. [break]
[break] OTHER ▼ Please do not spam on here {including advertising or anything of the like}. We ask that you follow all forum rules and keep roleplay at an appropriate level. Stating this though, if you cannot handle sometimes intense fighting scenes { nothing gory - just more than 'he bit the dog on the neck'}, then this may not be the roleplay for you. Cursing is somewhat allowed. Using 'soft' curse words {such as he--, or da--} is allowed but should be modified. Lastly, please do NOT do anything that effects the plot too drastically without permission. However, you are allowed to do minor things - little fights between your characters, perhaps a scuffle with some humans/dog catcher, stray coyotes/foxes attacking etc. [break] [break][break]

I'm glad you like them, dearest! I'm having a lot of fun. Got to the city at 12 AM. ;u;
Hmm, the rule post looks lovely. Well, I'd say that your rules are fine. They're not too restricting, but they're not easygoing either, which is how rules should go! Love the little quote at the top, too. <3
I saw a couple of grammar mistakes, but they're very minor; nothing to really worry about. Overall, you did a great job! ;0

Oh gosh that sounds late. T^T I remember when I went to visit my family, my mom and I's flight nearly got cancelled so we would've had to stayed the night at the airport but we ran to catch a plane and when we got there we had to wait like an hour to get picked up by my uncle. So we ended up finally going to his house at about 3 a.m xD
Okay, great! I myself need to read over them and such, so hopefully I'll find those few little mistakes and whatnot! And yus, glad you like them! <3
Also, should the Shepherds have been formed prior to Grimm's reign? I know the Night Howlers have had at least 3 leaders before Grimm, but none were really as bad as he is. During their reign, the NH's were just like a bunch of scary dogs but not horribly so or as violent. Grimm's been in power for about...lets say a year or so maybe? So basically, would The Shepherds be a relatively 'new' group, meaning that they perhaps started somewhere during Grimm's reign or were always sort of around when the Night Howlers came about, but were just much smaller and less heard of and such? And really began to shine during Grimm's reign?

Geezus, that sounds even worse. :0 Our flight was delayed for another hour, so we were at the airport for a while. Not to mention it was my first time flying!
Coolio! Ah, that's a good question. Well, I think - for the Shepherds' history - that they were a very loose group of strays (more laidback and kinder ones, needless to say) formed during Grimm's rule. They had no leader, no set rules, no real ranks, either. They were just, well, around. As the Nighthowlers rose to power, they learned of Grimm and his savage soldiers, and knew that some kind of action must be taken. The Shepherds' popularity began to grow dramatically when more and more dogs entered their ranks, all with a common goal of offering a safe haven from the Nighthowlers.
