You go to your profile, click edit profile and your avatar settings will show up. There will a link that says upload/link image or something similar and find an image you want to upload. Keep in mind there is an image size limit and some of the photos you have on mobile may be to big.

To use the spoiler tag use the following code:

[spoiler]insert text here [/spoiler]

To insert images you will have to go to an image hosting site such as Imgur, Tinypic, Photobucket and click upload. The site should give you a variety of codes for the image. Pick the one surrounded by tags and copy it and paste it here.
