I haven't gotten out of bed except to pee.

I haven't really drank anything but two sips of soda.

if he has the guts to treat you like that, then he really doesn't deserve you
if and when he decides to respond, I really think you should tell him that you're done with him cause if he can do it once, there's no telling if he'll do it again you know? And I know it's easier said than done but a person like that is no good for you
You are fantastically wonderful and anybody would be lucky to have you. If you aren't feeling up to it, you don't have to be here rn. You should go and eat something, even if it's small cause you need to eat, and drink some water, too. If he's gonna leave you on read like that, don't worry about him, worry about yourself cause you are your own world and you're absolutely wonderful
