What does it matter if he's a kittypet, though? And Firestar isn't as overpowered as you may think—almost everything he did he had help with, with the books spanning almost three years since the start of Into the Wild, and him fighting Tigerclaw while trying to protect Bluestar and winning was more out of pure luck since the only reason Tigerclaw lost was because he slipped on blood. Tigerclaw slipped on blood? She's referring to the fight in Forest of Secrets when Tigerclaw tries to kill Bluestar but is stopped because Fireheart intervenes and Greystripe helps him to fight. “Kittypet!” Tigerclaw taunted, flexing his haunches to pounce again. “Come and find out how a realwarrior fights.” He threw himself at Fireheart, but at the last moment, Fireheart darted aside. As Tigerclawtried to turn in the narrow den, his paws slipped on a splash of blood and he crashed awkwardly onto oneside.- Forest of Secrets, page 146Tigerclaw slipping on the blood gave Fireheart the opportunity to attack while he was still stunned and inflict severe wounds. And then after that he asked for help from Bluestar.

Anyone besides Ivypool, who trained in the Dark Forest or ended up there when they died. Nightcloud Minty Dawnpelt Purdy (The way he talks is SO annoying) Goosefeather (Why can't he just appreciate his awesome power) Daisy (She was not one I really hated though,) Dovewing Sometimes: She is SO rude to poor Bumbestripe Briarlight: Stop whining about how you don't have a place in the Clan, OF COURSE you do. Just give everyone else a break. Millie: Too fussy I mean honestly, why can't cats just be more grateful for what they have?

Millie-Terrible mother, terrible mate Daisy-She's not an interesting character, and she leeches off the Clan, she even joined with the intention of leeching off them
I really don't think Briarlight should be alive, she's nice and a good cat and I like her, but her magical continued survival really irritates me. She should have died from infection moons and moons ago :\

She should have died from infection moons and moons ago :\ Daisy joined with the intention of protecting her kits and never intended on becoming a permanent resident of ThunderClan until Smokey convinced her to go back to ThunderClan after she left. And I don't see how she mooches off of ThunderClan—she has a part in the Clan and does it extremely well too, looking after kits and becoming like a second mother to the entire Clan. When there are no kits in the Clan, which happens to be rare, she's seen helping around camp and it's mentioned at least once that she was hunting and is shown willing to protect her Clan even if she may not be the best fighter there is, such as vowing to protect Sorreltail before WindClan attacked and fighting against the Dark Forest.

Some good points about Daisy… I think I understand her a little better now…
As for Brairlight, I agree she shouldn't be alive, and realistically, should have died a horrible death due to her condition many moons ago… Unfortunately, I doubt the Erins are willing to show something like that, so the only real choice in to have her die in an attack (unlikely, since she never leaves camp), a disaster (likely, but others have been shown willing to help her, which is how she survived), or an illness (likely, but again she always has a medicine cat with her who is more than willing to help).
So I think the only reason that she has survived as long as she has is because the Clan is willing to help her live through things she otherwise would not… I think that if she's going to die, it's going to be an unlucky circumstance where she is left alone and can't defend herself…

I never understood the hate around Briarlight. If it's only because she should be dead, then I guess we should hate Sandstorm, Graystripe, and pretty much every character who was in TPB. I personally never liked Sandgorse or Crowfeather. I guess I have something against WindClan? I liked Crowfeather as Crowpaw though. (Edit: I derped. I realized that there is a character I listed who is dead. Not naming names, for spoiler reasons, but I was just pointing that out).

Her spine is crushed and should've died a long time ago, yet has cheated death seven times. Her character is unrealistic. It doesn't matter that the series is fiction either—there always had to be a sense a realism regardless if the genre. Even the first and fifth arcs were realistic, especially in terms of surviving in the wild. Dangers lurk around every turn for these cats, yet Briarlight continues to overcome this time and time again. That's why people want her to die.

So people hate Briarlight, but like Glenn in The Walking Dead? He's cheated death more times than Briarlight, and he has a bigger fan base than Morgan. Or, for loozerz who don't watch TWD, his fan base is bigger than Mousefur's.

That being said, at least the characters can actually defend themselves though. Briarlight can't, at least not without the assistance of other cats and doing her excersises anyway, and even then it shouldn't help her as much as it has. The greencough especially should've killed her since it would've affected her lungs. Even cats younger than her die, yet she keeps on living. It also doesn't help that she just doesn't do much aside from helping around camp, though understandably so of course. Stull, it's no wonder why people think she should've died by now.

Leafpool and Squirlflight. Also Hollyleaf. I just can't stand the family drama. Also I never found any of them particularly interesting.

Every time I read Power of Three I get super pumped while reading Jayfeather's chapters because he's so totally radical and awesome, but then Hollyleaf's chapters come up and like — she doesn't even have a power! L A M E But actually, Bramblestar is a character I cannot stand right now. I kind of like him as a character, but he's so indecisive and spineless as a leader I just get frustrated as a reader whenever he comes into play in the new series. Excuse my fangirling, but OH MY GOODNESS YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON HERE?! I'm your biggest fan!! You are the last person I ever expected comment like this from.
