Luca looked around as well, it was strange. The sun should have burned away the fog. He pulled a battery out of his other pocket and held it in one hand, recharging. Ever since birth he had been taught that if anything seemed strange, there was a chance, even if it was only a 1% chance, that it was an entity. "Strange weather, huh?"

Rowlin observed carefully. "But looking at the weather reports, vs what I'm actually seeing...I can see what you mean by not normal." He glanced around. He checked people's gazes specifically, some didn't care, other's took notice, other's seemed to be trying to scream to others that the weather reporter was dead wrong. Whatever the case this just didn't fit, not even for a city environment. "S-Say... what about the lesser crowded side of town?" He wondered, "Up to this point you've shown me the busy places. M-Maybe some lesser busty more calmer areas would be good show." |

"I guess that'd work. There can be some pretty... sketchy, people but I don't think any will have fun tangling with us." he waved for Rowling to follow and cut down a smaller street. It took a while but they could cut the time in half by going through alleys and yards. Many of the houses were abandoned or had people who rarely came home in them. He had a pretty solid path through them.

"Oh boy, the wrong crowd you don't say?" Rowlin gasped silently, "They gonna rob us, and force us to like beg for mercy while we're at it?" He silently asked as he followed after. He gazed around seeing that the city life was slowly falling behind them. This was probably a great idea or a bad idea. "S-So when you are bored I take it you like to wander into the oddest parts of town?" He couldn't help but consider this a fact based on the direction they were headed.

"Wandering can lead to trouble, and suspicion too." Rowlin added as he made his way after Luca. "Though exploration keeps the mind young, or at least my instructor would babble that a lot too." He added. "Well me, there was several things I did in my free time. Horse back riding, hiking, photography, yoga, and martial arts mainly. To name a few, but from time to time I'd try something new. Maybe I wouldn't stick with it but the ones I named are mainly my top favorites." He gazed around, "So what part of town is this? Older portion, construction, new projects?" He coudln't help but wonder.

(Eh I joined a DS uppers learning run. We used our tickets from the previous 15 floors, then attempted floors 16-22. God those bosses teleport. We felt like the game was glitching, but it wasn't, Xd we gave up after several hours... r.I.p made it to floor 18.... )
Rowlin shyly laughed , "me did a lot? I really never thought about the amount I've do e." He honestly shared. He looked around the area quite surprised with how different it was from the rest of the city. "This almost feels like the side of town that never seees the dawn of day. I wouldn't be surprised if we encountered something dead out here." He observed lightly.
The sound of rocks being tossed against metal, clanked repeatedly in the distance.

"Ah, a water is fine, thank you." He smiled, grateful for something to quench his thirst. At her statement, his smile dropped and he nodded solemnly. "I highly agree with that. If we figure out a reason that would make the Seers want to join together. The only problem with that, is: how?" He leaned back in his chair, confusion written all over his face. Selena reached down to the bottom tray of the cart to get the water and poured him a glass. "Here you go," she said as she handed the other Seer his drink, taking a sip from her own. He brought up a good point. Perhaps they could use what the Bureau used to entice Seers to risk their lives, money. Money seemed to be the way to most people's hearts. Or they could declare it would be for glory, that it was their duties. No, money was more likely to work. "Let's tell them they will get more money if they participate in the war. It seems like the best option." |

"One time I found a dead cat. It was gross and rotted. I was chased by a dog as well. It was a huge one that looked pretty wild, or at least I didn't see an owner or a yard it was protecting." he glared at the area around him as the metal clanked, it was starting to get irritating and he only had so much patience. |

Rowlin blinked slightly shivering at the shared story. "O-Oh....y-you don't say?" He crossed his arms at the thought, very surprised that his observation became reality for Luca. "I am so sorry to hear that..." He gazed out hearing the sound of clanking. It was difficult to point out where it was coming from because it appeared to be echoing from various directions. "A-At least it wasn't an actual dead person, and before you answer I don't want to hear it.." He waved a hand at the thought. The clanking sound continued, now coming from two directions at a simultaneous rate. Clank.....clank.....clank... The sound slowly repeated itself with an occasional sound of metal being dragged across a copper surface. The sounds almost made it feel like their was construction occurring near by. ((No problem. I been occupied with other things these past few days. )) |

He was going to reply, but the clanking got irritating enough he snapped "What the hell is that? I'm going to kill someone and we'll actually have a dead body on our hands." it was difficult to single it out and once he did someone was going to regret doing it.

"N-Now now... it could be kids, or someone constructing something." Rowlin suggested in a hopeful attempt to calm Luca down. Yet by the looks of it, this guy was rather already irritated. "It could mainly be some kids trying to humor themselves in the manor you are acting. D-Don't feed the trolls...please.." Rowlin lightly tapped Luca with a somewhat smile, yet he still didn't know Luca completely so maybe by the looks of it his short temper had gone off or something. "Y-Your angry, right?" He raised a curious brow. Please say no...please say no...
The clanking that seemed to be continuous soon abruptly stopped. Now rather then clanking metal, the sound of children laughing made itself present. It wasn't continuous laughter, but rather snickers and chokes followed by voices hushing one another.

Luca snarled and opened his hand, sparks flying from his fingertips "They chose the wrong person to mess with." he muttered, following the sound of kids snickering. They wouldn't find any fingerprints, just toasted bodies. Actually he wasn't strong enough to toast someone, just shock them enough to stop a heart. He actually had a pretty short temper when it came to continuous annoying sounds, loud kids, and a couple other choice things. This just happened to hit two of them.

((R.I.P)) "W-Wait! You can't just fry kids!" Rowlin quickly glided right in front of Luca. "You are a seer, for all we know those are kids. Those kids don't know any better. BESIDES.." He waved an aggressive finger, "How the hell are we going to explain to the authorities that we found kids dead. Analysis will say that they were shocked to death, we'll be the suspects. Mainly because we were the only ones around." He tried to knock some sense into Luca. "B-Besides kids are innocent we were all kids at one point-" He was cut off by direct callouts. "You guys are no fun!" A voice called out from the rest. Laughter slowly gaped out from the background. "Go home and cry to your mommies!" A female voice backed up the first voice. "S-Seriously you guys should run!" A third voice added. Laughter followed by forceful hushes continued to pour through the allies. It was multiple voices just ganging up one after the other. "T-They are kids, Luca. They want to see you fired up. So don't feed the trolls, lets get out of here, okay?" Rowlin firmly stated trying to assure that no causalities happen. ((Don't worry, I intend to piss Rowlin off too. But please do continue whatever route you wanna take. )) |

Finally singling out the sound he grabbed a rock from the ground and flung it at a piece of metal leaned against a fence. He could have fried them then and there but Rowlin did make a good point. He'd make it look like an accident "I'm not going to let them insult me like that." this was so completely out of character for Luca it was weird even to the calm part of his own mind.

"H-Hey... let's just get out of here. Insults or not this isn't right-" Rowlin's eyes widened as Luca's tossed rock hit a kid. The sound of a voice groaning left him speechless.
The rock made contact with something other then metal. The sound of someone following over clashed against the metal.
This sound was quickly followed by the mutters, and cries of kids in panic. Whispers became loud yells in all directions. There was also a group counting from the direction a specific kid was hit. This count down was followed by the sound of heaves and ho's as the knocked out child was perhaps carried away.
"You're a meaner!" A voice cried out.
"They are cruel they are mean!" Another voice added.
"F-F-Fire!" A girl screamed out.
Suddenly from all directions were firing balls of paper, sand, sugar, and salt. It was just flinging from all directions followed by more laughter and utter chaos.
"L-Luca we gotta-" The items being thrown from all directions cut him off. This wasn't going anywhere. They walked into a war zone. Quickly he pushed Luca off to the side of some nearby bins for cover. W-We walked into a kids war that's what's going on! THIS IS A KIDS WAR...... It's gotta be... "O-Oi Luca, this has to be a kids war, think about it!" He tried to continue rationalizing the reality. "T-They never actually attacked us with anything harmful, they must be in some kind of war with some local groups of kids. THINK ABOUT IT!" He emphasized greatly. "Flower, paper, sand, and anything else that doesn't hurt. We walked into something by mistake-"

Sand coated Luca's left side. He looked down eyes shaded. When he looked up you could see the fire burning in his eyes. Last straw, there were going to be deaths. Growling he pulled away from Rowlin. Tearing out into the middle he weaved through the thrown objects, years of dodgeball coming back to him. Sliding he knocked down a shoddily made fort and turned to face the other side. He kicked a small bucket like a soccer ball and it hit somewhere near the other voices.

The voices continued in a mix of laughter, sorrow, confusement, and entertainment. The number of children was easily herd, but they did a decent job of hiding their hiding spots.
The bucket indeed hit another kid, and just like before the children screamed mixed emotions. With another fallen comrade they all pitched in to carry their knocked out comrade to safety.
"You are in a lot of trouble!" A girl cried out.
"You should give up!" A boy backed her up.
"T-Turn back now!" Another boy demanded.
"You are going to regret it!" A girl screamed.
Rowlin blinked in utter surprise, Luca was so angry. He didn't seem to realize that he was fighting a bunch of children. This was absurd, and completely wrong. He had to stop Luca, s-somehow.... but by now the other teen stopped listening to reason. He shook his head, "C-Cut it out!" Rowlin quickly rushed over to Luca ducking down in a swift roundhouse to knock Luca off his feet. He didn't want to hurt him, just knock him down with a hope that some sense would be forced in. Quickly he backed away regretting this, but he would keep on his toes.
"SUCH GIRLS!" A crowed of voices called out.

"Rowlin, I won't be stopped." he pulled out a taser and bit the top. His voice was surprisingly calm as he hauled himself to his feet "You're fine with kids calling you out? I guess I won't kill them. Simply scar them for life." he had found one hiding place. Moving forward he touched the metal and sent a gentle shock out along it. Anyone touching mental would be zapped. Nothing worse then perhaps a static shock since it had to travel far but it would surprise them.

He was really against this, and most certainly not on board for ruining childhoods like that. "I-I can't let you do this-p-please trust me." He tried to rebutle against the idea. "I-I-I have my reasons for telling you what I'm telling you-" He paused blinking at Luca who was shocking the metal. D-Don't... y-you're going to regret this...w-we both are...In the background the laughter became less and less. The shock being sent along the metal of various buildings led to children screaming in horror. Between the screaming grew crying, sorrow, pain, and mutters of it hurting. This followed by voices complaining about the shock, and complaining about Luca. There were still children on the other end of the allies. These kids were not in direct contact with the lighting so this group of voices started to laugh at the pain of the other group of kids. "Ha! We win, give up this turf is ours!" A boy demanded. "Our group dominates, leave now you sissies!" A girl back up. "We didn't have to bring our traitors either!" Another boy laughed heroically I-I knew it! They were having a war and we screwed them up big time! Rowlin approached Luca rather upset with his actions. "Are you happy now? Do you realize that your basic shock can paralyze, or kill children of a young age!?" He aggressively stated. "Head family or not, I-I can't tolerate this! You.. I can't believe you scooped down to their level, this had absolutely nothing to do with us!" He waved against the air aggressively. "W-Well are you happy?!" He demanded an answer. In the background at a distance a little girl stepped out holding a teddy bear, she was crying but hiding her tears by her teddy bear. "H-Hector i-isn't breathing..." She softly stated. "L-Laura w-wont move..." She continued her voice breaking in fear. "S-Some of the others t-they c-can't feel their legs..." Rowlin turned his head to see the girl directly, this was exactly what he was afraid would happen. H-However seeing the girl he flinched, his gaze going from downright angry to afraid. His entire body began to shiver, it was in plain sight. He backed away slightly keeping a grip on the lace of his messenger bag.

Blade was watching the scene from the bushes, and she knew that they had more allies to their side, but she felt sad that the new members were little children. She shook her head of the thoughts, and slowly started to pad away her tails makking marks in the trees.
