Why, hello there! Welcome to the first edition of my bimonthly Writing Contest. I haven't seen this done before and decided to take a chance and go for it. Hopefully this contest will impact on the forums at least a little and, more importantly, inspire people to write more or begin writing.
rules
1. Be polite and curteous toward others.
2. No submitting or discussing hurtful things.
3. No submitting inappropriate/'NSFW' works.
4. Do not include OOC content with your submission. If you were to submit a story with OOC content contained within it, for example, I would reject the story. Keep OOC media seperate from your stories.
5. *IMPORTANT!* All stories must be thirty paragraphs long, at a minimum. The exemplary entry would contain this many paragraphs or more and get to the point in an efficient way, yet one that doesn't seem rushed.
6. Stories can be about anyone or anything and be of any genre. You are free to funnel your imagination into your writing.
7. Only one submission per bimonthly round, please.
8. Most importantly, enjoy yourself!
