I'm assuming you know what a cannon character is. Correct? Well I just rethought about my idea and I was thinking maybe a small band of cannon characters, distributed to each clan could potentially lead a rebellion against the clans later on as a clan wide plot. Sort of like Bloodclan and the forest clans. We could have that band of rogues (6 or 7 of them) attack the clans. We would decide what happens from there.

We would obviously cap off the rogues so they don't grow too much, and I'm sure a helper or admin would take the place of the head rogue, but I want to have everyone involved. I see what you mean, even if I did have a good enough role-play plot, I see how it might exclude other role-players. I have a few ideas extra, but I'll save them for now.

I'm still trying to work it out, if it suites you; your welcome to help ^-^
I was thinking something like an invasion? Like a natural invasion? A group of animals that the cat's haven't seen before is sent by Starclan as a punishment and all of the clans must fight together to push back the animals.

I'm just thinking along the lines of a plot. It could also just be nature talking. But as for the punishment, maybe a medicine cat refuses to tell the clans a prophecy?

I’ve led EchoClan, though I have to admit that it ended up being a bit of flop. It died out, but I plan on remaking it soon!

Seeing that Rainy also wishes to become leader for RiverClan, I thought I would say this. I’m okay with ending up not getting this position, though I very much like to. What I’m trying say, is that I wouldn’t get upset at you if I ended up not getting this spot. But if I get it or not, I’m still really excited for this!

(( With the female villain thing, that could make a super interesting little plot point if you throw in kits of hers. Of course you could if you did a male character also, but I feel like the female one would make it a lot more interesting. And tragic if you have the overthrowal of her reign occur when she's recovering from labor. ))
