everyone is level 52 now because I have no idea what Marlon’s levels are going to be (but I assume he’ll use Jellicent and Carracosta and those are pretty scary to my team...)
also I replaced Cut with Bone Rush on Caroline and Gust with Giga Drain on Ungrateful (that jerk who killed my starter with Gust!!!)

okay so I managed to (accidentally) get my second Roserade killed and I put a Floatzel on the team in her place but now I’m worried because I don’t have the Toxic Spikes setup for Venoshock/Hex (and also I’m bitter because really)

Floatzel is a good Pokémon and resists Ice and Water without being weak to Rock or Ground

I forgot about the rival battle
I had LED in the box and my Surf Ducklett in my party
to face my rival’s Samurott I had a ground type, two fire types, a mandibuzz, and an underleveled Floatzel
rip Caroline, Ungrateful, and Jasper
respectively a critical hit Surf, a Surf that should NOT have done that much damage because I used an X Sp. Def, and a Revenge
welcome to the team Vinca Vine the virizion, Matilda the golduck, and...maybe Spine the druddigon?
I think I’m out of encounters 😵😵😵 except the other swords of justice I guess but...
also I just had a revelation I knew cobalion had cobalt in it but virizion is viridian and terrakion is terra-cotta

Within the past 24 hours I've beaten two games that have been on the back burner. Pearl was just a game I wanted to play for the hell of it. PMD:BRT was a game i got when I was 11 but never played the main story to completion on my own file (I played it on my brother's file).
Now all I gotta do is beat Platinum and Ultra Sun and then I'll be caught up lol

So just a little bit of an update. I restarted Black on friday and I’ve already beaten the seventh gym leader lol.
I didn’t do too much to move me along aside from transferring a zorua egg and that shiny dratini from white 2.
The team I’ve got so far:
Wilbur (emboar) lvl 41
Willow (simisage) lvl 40
Elliott (dragonair) lvl 50
Kamina (Krookodile) lvl 40
Stefano (zoroark) lvl 40
Scotty (stoutland) lvl 42
Surprisingly I haven’t used any one Pokémon as a crutch. The only reason my dragonair is so high leveled is because I want it to evolve already lol

I beat my Black 2 Nuzlocke! team going into the Elite 4: all level 62 because I seriously misjudged the (LACK OF) level gap I would be facing between wild Pokémon and the champion (shoutout to Breeder Addison, the best place to grind in the whole game, and a great source of money)

turns out a level 63 virizion around half health can actually survive a +1 x-scissor from Iris’ Haxorus so that was convenient |

 I know it says Aug. 23...I think I was messing with seasons in 5th gen a while back and never changed it back? anyway...it’s been three and a half years and this JERK ate ALL of my Level, Lure, and Premier balls BUT went into the first Ultra Ball and Ultra Balls look cool too, especially in 4th gen |

I finally bought Crystal on the virtual console and I love it...gen 2 is so cute
as of now my team is Quilava, Sandslash, Elekid, and Heracross (just landed in Cianwood)
update: beat Goldenrod Rocket Hideout, team is Typhlosion, Electabuzz, Heracross, Sandslash, and Vaporeon, TM35 isn’t Flamethrower!? (it’s okay because I bought the elemental punches)

I went through Victory Road and fought Clair but I don’t think my team of roughly level 36es and my not-yet-caught-because-it-only-spawns-during-daylight Dodrio are going to cut it in the Pokémon League so I’ve been grinding a little bit
also my electabuzz is shiny because she came from the Odd Egg
