take a step back and resist the urge to take off down a path. The step back draws a smile onto the scarecrow's face. "No need to be afraid." The scarecrow suddenly speaks. It's voice sounds gravelly and unnatural, but it doesn't sound hostile and almost more happy. |

Stormstar The pocket watch ticks quietly from inside your pocket. Now you are left standing between two paths, one to the left and one to the right. Neither has anything too significant about them.

She veered to the left and went down that path.

stay where she is and ask "who...are you?" "Who am I? I am the guardian of this maze." The scarecrow replies, pulling one of it's arm off of the post to give Jame a half bow. "But might I ask, who are you?" |

Rachel glanced down the right side. Hhphm.She veered to the left and went down that path. The left path leads you for a while before sharply turning to the right. As you turn you are met with a wide courtyard like area. The center has a gazebo that is white in color, with scarecrow hanging to the right of it. There are three walls with other paths; the north, west, and east walls. |

Rachel glanced at the scarecrow for a second. Interesting. I wonder who put him there...?Instead of following the paths, she took a couple steps toward the scarecrow. |
