I feel there would be more fights and maybe more of the villains would have won.
Also a lot of his family would have never existed (Leafpool, Squirrelflight, etc.)

There'd be a different prophecy and someone else would be the chosen one. Probably someone in the clan. I'd like to believe ravenpaw would be the new firestar is firestar never existed....ravenpaw had potential for growth.

Ravenpaw would have been murdered by Tigerstar.
Yellowfang wouldn't join ThunderClan. She would die as a rogue
WindClan most likely wouldn't be brought back to the forest.
Whiteclaw would have never died.
Cinderpelt and Brackenfur wouldn't have been apprenticed early.
Tigerstar would have murdered Bluestar.
Cloudtail wouldn't have been brought to the forest.
Brightheart and Swiftpaw would have never been attacked by the dogs.
Whitewing, Squirrelflight, Leafpool, Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, Lionblaze, Dovewing, Ivypool, Fernsong, Hollytuft, Sorrelstripe, Breezepelt, Feathertail, Stormfur, Spiderleg, Shrewpaw, Birchfall, Hollykit, Larchkit, Rosepetal, Toadstep, Foxleap, Icecloud, Bumblestripe, Blossomfall, Briarlight, Hawkfrost, Mothwing, Tadpole and many more cats would not exist.
Tigerstar would run the Clans into the ground and destroy them before they ever got the chance to move to the lake. The cats would become rogues and scatter until there was nothing left of them.

i think it was bluestar who wanted to bring back windclan and it was graystripe who caused whitecaw's death.
and bluestar wanted them apprenticed early because she needed more warriors and would probably still do that whether she had firestar or not.

In addition to above cats, the kits of Brackenfur and Sorreltail wouldn't exist (no Cinderheart, Poppyfrost, Molepaw, Honeyfern, Lilyheart, Seedpaw, Cherryfall, Molewhisker, and others) because ShadowClan would have kept Brackenfur, Cinderpelt, Thornclaw, and Brightheart.

^then cinderpelt wouldn't have got her leg injury and brightheart wouldn't have her face injured. but bracken and cinder would still get apprenticed earlier.. along with their siblings.

Half of the cats we have now wouldn't exist. There would be no prophecy of the three, or the prophecy "fire alone will save the clan". Or the new prophecy from AVOS (I forgot how it went) Brambleclaw would have been more cruel.
So much would be different
