[[ yeah, sure gengar. ]]
Ram stood stock still as Mangle held him in place. He was gonna vomit, holy sh*t. It smelled like death and rotting flesh and blood in here. No, he wasn't gonna vomit; he was gonna pass the hell out or something like that. He felt his legs wobble slightly as he squeezed his eyes shut, holding them tight as he tried to breath. The place where his leg had been cut off was burning like the prosthetic could feel. All he could think about was his girlfriend, that lady, his coach... no, he needed to breath, or he was going to fall over and something was gonna probably maul them, and he was just gonna be like everyone he had seen die.

➳ hmmm gonna stick with one for now Alec Lightwood - The Mortal Instruments }}
Alec woke with a searing pain in his forehead. His hand fumbled for the blanket softly before realizing there was only his pajamas, and behind him a brick walls. He was sitting… against a wall? The ground below him was wet and grimy. He shook his hand from the touch. When his vision softened from the blazing light of waking up mid-day, he noticed others moving shapes, and he heard voices. He reached over his shoulder instinctively, letting out a relieved sigh that his bow was indeed there. His left hand went to his steele, and he pulled it free and wrote quick healing and strength runes. His hand now free, he grabbed an arrow from his stash and strung it into the bow. He stood up carefully and quickly, observing the others from the safety of behind a trash bin.
He almost choked on his own breath when he saw them, both the old-looking golden girl and the… the robot-animals… coughing up blood. He pulled the arrow tight. "Stay down or I shoot. What are you?" Alec demanded. After waiving for a few moments, he kept his arrow trained on Mangle.

Ennard was gone by the time Alec showed up. Mangle stared at Alec, her ruined flesh face tilting. Taking her mask and metal arm back from Ram, she put it back on before siding forward a bit, saying "Don't... feel..." Mangle didn't feel pain. At all. Perhaps storing the memory in her mind could register as pain. The mess of flesh and limbs creaked and squelched as she moved around. He must be confused too. Her one eye looked him over, and her jaws stretched wide to reveal her mutilated face inside, speaking again "All... away... home..." Everyone there was taken from their home for some reason.
By the time Mangle stipped advancing, she was a foot away from Alec, fox mask closing over her flesh face like armor. Even though it wasn't needed. To hurt her would be to shut her down, but no one had access to that currently.
"You... from... here...?" She asked in that feminine, rusty croak. Highly unlikely, but maybe Alec was a local and knew what was happening.

The first thing that Chaotic Vampire noticed when her eyes fluttered open was the sheer drop in temperature. In fact, that's what really drew her out of her slumber, as it was an easy 30+ degrees Fahrenheit drop to be exact. Fairly noticeable, if she did say so herself, as the place she was from soared over 100 degrees on a cool day.
And another thing, that more so scraped at her skin, was the brick wall she had been seemingly propped up upon. Her black-gloved hands pressed against it in surprise, her eyes widening behind her sunglasses as she did so. She was sure she had been sleeping under the stars last time she had checked, and in her body bag - Wait. She wasn't in her body bag. Okay, now this was getting strange.
Did I get kidnapped last night? She thought with a worried frown on her face as out of habit she pulled up her American flag bandanna adn brushed her fading blue part of hair out of her line of sight. Dammit... I knew I shouldn't have been sleeping out in the open. But it was worth it. The stars were all out, you could see into the far reaches of space as there was really no light pollution out on the desert. Splotches of blue, purple, and hints of pink had painted that nighttime sky like nothing Vampire had ever seen, and it only seemed fitting to fall asleep under it. But that had seemed like a bad decision now, but Vampire was known for her bad decisions so what could she do.
Standing up, and trying not to have her teeth chattering in the cold, she patted down herself to make sure her items were still there. Her pocketknife, her lighter, and - her raygun. Her black raygun with red stripes spiraling down the barrel. It was there. Right where she had left it. On the holster on her right hip. This was strange. If I were to be kidnapped, wouldn't the kidnappers have taken away my sh/t? She thought, grimacing as she pulled out her raygun and aimed it at the brick wall she had been seemingly sleeping against, and gave it a go. Sure enough, as she pulled the trigger, a hot pink blast of light shot out from the barrel and collided with the brick with a loud BANG, echoing through the space she had been left in. She smiled, knowing fully well now that she had at least some method of defending herself.
Keeping her raygun on hand, she carefully turned around to look outside of the alley. Her eyes weren't fantastic, so she couldn't see too well. Knowing this, she adjusted her long brown ponytail and started to make her way down the alley, being careful to have senses on full alert and make sure she wouldn't get ghosted.
(I'll add Eren later, I missed rping vamp)

➳ Alec scrunched his nose at the ugly face of the thing. "What are you even supposed to be? You're a… robot? Sentient?" Could demons possess technology? Not that he was aware of.
He let the arrow fly right into the animatron's face… eye… wherever. It was more to gauge reaction than to hurt the thing; he doubted the robot would be "hurt" by arrows. Maybe damaged, but not hurt like he could be.
He jumped when he heard a bang from down the alley. He strung another arrow quickly, turning towards the noise and squinting his eyes. He hadn't thought of applying a sight rune; maybe he should have applied many more. His tan skin was already covered in the fresh or fading black scars; what was a few more?

Mangle only twitched, her head moving back a bit as the arrow bit into her socket. A creaking hand reached and yanked it out. And, she handed it back to Alec. After he took it, Mangle reached to tap the socket that he hadn't shot. In it was an eye, covered in blood. Still there though. Mangle had three layers of eyes. The plastic fakes, the human eyes, and then her optic scanners. Tilting her head again, still didn't answer his questions. Yet, he was right and wrong. Mangle was moving her flesh parts by the spirit inside of her, and in touching the animatronic with the flesh, she controlled the tech as well. Was she vengeful? Not anymore.

➳ Alec shook his head when she didn't answer. She. It's a robot. However, it didn't seem to be attacking. Then again, he couldn't exactly predict what a robot… thing would do. It seemed… alive, not like a computer, but not like anything he'd ever seen.
"Where are you from?" he asked, trying to encourage it to talk. He'd like to know himself where he was. He hoped he wasn't too far from New York… By the angel, how did he get here? Why was he in pajamas? Did someone take him right from his bed? But he had his bow and arrows, and his steele. He didn't have an adamas sword with him, but the bow would work for now.

Even though her eyes weren't that great, her ears definitely were as they picked up what seemed to be a crunch of... something robotic to which Chaotic Vampire shuddered violently at, her grip on her raygun increasing in strength. She hoped to every higher power (and possibly some superheros as well) that these weren't anything BLI related. She has had enough experiences with those Hellish things in a lifetime.
But she had also picked up voices as well, and as her long legs (lifting her up to a 5'10 height) carried her carefully through the alley she raised her raygun to aim at generally where the voices were coming from and decided to include her own. "Hey!" She barked in a loud voice, inching forwards as she kept her raygun at where she had thought the noises had come from. She was not afraid to ghost anything in her path if it eant a threat to her.

➳ Alec frowned when he heard a shout from where the bang had come from, but closer. "Don't come closer. Tell me what you are," Alec demanded. He glanced to Mangle with a scowl, then set his eyes back to the form in darkness. It was small; then again, he was very tall…
He doubted it was another robot thing. For one, she (guessing by the voice) seemed human and form and voice. There wasn't any rusty squeaking. He was just hoping it was a human with a gun and not some monster like this one.

"I swear if you are a Drac or even try to capture me I'll dust you faster than you can say 'Zonerunner'." Zone slang ran easily through Chaotic Vampire's mouth, as it was like a second language to her as she growled that sentence out, sounding as menacing as she could be. And honestly, she could look the part. First of all, she was pretty tall, and seemed to give off a more masculine appearance. From the broad shoulders to her golden tan skin that signaled (along with the slang) she wasn't from around these parts of town to her long legs she had more masculine parts to her than others.
She kept on inching forwards, not seeing them yet but trying to keep in the shadows so that they couldn't see her, either. Wouldn't be fun getting ghosted prematurely.

➳ "I'm not a vampire. Thanks for asking," he answered sarcastically. Drac… What sort of slang is that? She must not be a mundane then… Or she just has the sight, but shadowhunters don't use guns. "Like I said, what are you? Step out where I can see you…"
That would also mean she would see the bow pointed in her direction. She probably wouldn't like that. Then again, he didn't like not knowing who or what she was. She could be a demon for all he knew, though they were much more to the point with violence.

"Well of course you aren't a f//king vampire. They don't exist." Chaotic Vampire wasn't too sure of that herself, as it seemed that Party Poison never aged at all (a key part of vampires) but maybe that was just her mind jumping to conclusions. "Drac. Draculoid. You should know what you are." She growled out, stepping into view of the other from the shadows. Finally, her blue eyes decided that had wanted to work and they focused in to a point - and the first thing she had noticed was the rather primitive weapon being pointed right at her. A bow and arrow?! Really?! She let out a chuckle and shook her head, knowing right from that point that this was no Drac. And if it was, well it was one special Drac for sure.
"A bow and arrow. Wow. I haven't seen those in a while." She said, knowing that all of today's weaponry included both pistol and rifle rayguns. She herself had the pistol type that was easily accessible to any Battery City citizen, but as she was a Zonerunner it was a little harder to get. In order to replace hers she had to either inherit rayguns from dusted Dracs or steal the Fabulous Killjoy's Vend-A-Hack to get at the BLI vending machines that were still around and restocked for some odd reason.

➳ Alec narrowed his eyes. What was she even talking about? What he'd assumed was strange slang for a vampire was… strange slang for a robot?
"Vampires do exist. I guess you are a mundane. Don't look possessed." He lowered his bow a bit, keeping it ready in case she decided to shoot.
"Adamas bullets wouldn't be enough to kill a demon," he retorted. He was painfully aware that swords and bows weren't the weapons of the modern age, but shadowhunters were old-fashioned, and these weapons were easier to make and more permanent.
His clothes weren't old-fashioned. He was very much obviously from "modern times" though that could be drastically different for any member of the party. However, if she was mundane, she wouldn't be able to see his runes. He would look like an average joe, bar the bow and arrow, which wasn't commonplace. He could test this theory by using a rune to veil him from her sight. If she thought he had disappeared, case closed… she was just some junkie in an alley with a strange gun. If not… maybe he had a problem.

"Mundane?" Chaotic Vampire felt slightly offended by that. She was far from mundane, her life far from that of a normal everyday citizen roaming around Battery City. Her life was filled with colour and excitement, danger and true happiness. Far, far from mundane. Far from boring, far from dull, far from anything synonymous with the word. "I'll have you know that I am not mundane." Unless he meant something else by that, but what else could he mean? Vampire was kind of confused, but went along with it anyway, keeping her raygun pointed right at the head of whoever this was. "And vampires aren't real. And if they are then, well Party Poison is definitely one. And yes, I know Party Poison. Be jealous." She smiled wickedly, inching ever-so-slightly closer to the strange man. She had met the most famous Killjoy during a skirmish, and had bonded with the whole group over several years. She has made it her life goal to get Party Poison and Fun Ghoul together, but that was beside the point.

➳ Alec quirked an eyebrow. This mundane was absolutely insane. Maybe Party Poison was a band…? He wasn't that out of the loop, though…
"Put the gun down. Get out of here," he told her almost chidingly. "Oh, do you know the street and city name? I've got to get back home." He'd distinguished her as not worth the time; she was just a silly mundane, probably still high or something, and she wouldn't shoot him, right?

Granted, Chaotic Vampire did look very strange. She was wearing a dark grey t-shirt with the ElectroKat logo printed on it, her black skinny jeans emblazoned with "VAMPIRE" in a blood red down her right pant leg and the words "ZONERUNNER" in white down her left. Her sun kissed skin contrasted sharply with all of this weird attire that would not make sense to anyone not from the Zones. Her raygun even had small Dead Pegasus and WKIL 109 FMX stickers on it (she found them in an old warehouse while on a raid and couldn't help herself). All of it topped off with sand that was smeared all over the girl. On her bandanna, smudged on her sunglasses, on the back of her shirt, on her black combat boots, almost everywhere.
"Uh, you really shouldn't be asking me this." Her tone of voice has shifted dramatically as she gave the weird guy a strange look and slowly and reluctantly holstered her raygun (even though it was rather tempting to ghost this guy right here and right now, she had to keep her cool and make sure she didn't lose it), making sure she still had her pocketknife on hand in case he made a move. "Last I remember I was near Route Guano in Zone 5 so... I really don't know where I am." She answered truthfully, a smaller part of her mind wishing he'd put the damn bow and arrow down already.

Mangle just watched them interact, head tilted. It was obvious all of them were confused. Opening her jaws, she spoke "Find... answers...?"
She twitched again, looking as she heard the shuffle and drag of more parts. Turning, she noticed Ennard had decided to come back. His one blue eye glowed slightly before he shuffled closer, looking at everyone before him. Mangle growled a bit, but he ignored her. Ennard twitched a little, blood oozing from the lines in his face. Sniffing at Alec, his metal face parted to show the glaring, mutilated face underneath, as if ready to bite him or something. Mangle poked him, telling him what was going on.
Ennard paused, then allowed his metal face to close over his flesh one, staring at the others as he spoke in solid words "So, we're all just pitted here? For what reason??" He wouldn't need to attack others if they had nothing to do with getting out, or if they didn't know what was going on.

➳ Alec tensed when he heard another robot thing coming. God, how were there? He remembered only two, but one was quite enough for him.
When it started sniffing him, he became even more unhappy. That said, it was too close for him to shoot an arrow. He subtly grabbed the steele from his belt and drew the quick-footed and agile runes on his skin, hoping they'd be nice-looking even though he couldn't see what he was drawing. He'd drawn them enough that it was second nature, but the cleaner the rune, the more powerful.
Then he backed up, just a moment before the thing spoke, and jumped onto the nearest trashbin's lid. The roof was too high for him to jump straight up, even with his strength rune. Of course, he then remembered the mundane, albeit crazy, that he had to protect.
Now far enough for some damage, he strung an arrow and pointed it at Ennard. "Tell me what you are. This girl is under my protection, unfortunately, so don't think about getting near her," he warned.

"You're an idiot," Ennard hissed, blood seeping from his jaws "You think I fear you. I could kill you now." Animatronics had to be pretty much melted or shut off to completely stop. He almost pounced again, but Mangle shook her head, saying "Don't..." Honestly Ennard could probably kill Alec, or at least seriously injure him before he was taken apart.
Ennard hissed softly, facial structures twitching. Taking a step forward, causing some flesh to sag from his metal parts, he walked toward Alec. This was the human he sensed earlier. His face plates opened up again, the mutilated face underneath opening its jaws in a rather inhuman growl. Mangle shuffled toward Alec, but Ennard grabbed her and flung her out of the alley, so hard that she fell apart. Turning back to Alec, he growled "I won't attack unless you do first. And believe me, there's a slim chance you can notch another before I reach you." A messy tongue lolled from his mouth now, sticky red saliva sliding off and dripping onto the ground. All Alec had to do was lower his weapon, and Ennard would back off. Simple as that, as much as he hated it.
Mangle twitched from her spot, but only her hand. Other than that, she couldn't move anyone. Ugh, it was going to take forever to move back together.

➳ Alec gaped a little when the robot threw Mangle to the side. Although he wasn't fond of either, at least the later wasn't threatening him at the moment. He frowned (like always) and pulled his arrow tighter, keeping the string close to his cheek as he glared down the robot before the gem (or rather, strange-looking masked girl) jumped in the way to protect him. His heart skipped a beat; it reminded him of Izzabelle, who he was starting to miss now that everything was getting so much more confusing.
"Fine," he huffed. He would get out of here and figure out where he was, pray he had money for a bus fare or something. "You coming?" he asked the weird raygun-girl. He crouched, offering a hand to help her on the trash bin. His only goal at this point was to make sure she wasn't harmed by the two… sentient robot creatures or this… orange masked girl, which he figured was a witch. She wasn't breaking any laws, though, so he didn't have to do anything about her.
Thinking of witches, he was tempted to call Magnus and beg him to make a portal… No. He probably wouldn't even pick up the phone…

Ennard snorted, and left again. He was done for now.
Mangle twitched, metal parts writhing. They actually began crawling around, leaving bloody streaks as they collected her flesh and dragged it back to her. Putting herself back together, she stood up for a second before collapsing. Metal jaws opening, she let out a soft whine. She wasn't in pain, but Mangle didn't exactly like being a helpless thing. Her body shuddered again as she tried to stand a second time. Wobbling, she stumbled back to Alec and Aubertite, jerking a few times before twitching again. Blood oozed from her figure, and wet flesh draped from her rib area.
Mangle shook again before simply falling down onto her side. She was usually weak when she fell apart, and it would take time to recover. Then, she spoke again, saying softly "Let... me... come...?" Just like everyone else, Mangle wanted to leave. Get out there. And she hated being alone. She at least had others back home, and Ennard didn't count. He was mean. Maybe these others would at least help her until they found a way home?
