Heatherstripe state in the nursery and laid there doing nothing and saw Maplepaw organizing herbs as usual. Sighing, she felt her stomach hurting. "Maybe it is just me.", Heatherstripe said to herself. The pain came again, "The kits are coming..", the queen whispered to herself. In pain, she yowled,"Maplepaw! Help! The kits are coming!"

Maplepaw quickly sprinted back into the medicine cat den, grabbing the proper herbs that she would need to aid Heatherstripe. She didn't hesitate this time, staying silent. Heatherstripe was like Maplepaw's friend, and she knew that she would blame herself if Heatherstripe had failed the birth. The calico she-cat quickly ran into the hole that connected the medicine cat's den and the nursery, standing besides Heatherstripe's side. "Some cat call Stormgaze for me!", she said to herself. Heatherstripe felt pain inside her especially that there is more than three kits coming. |

Silverpaw clawed the ground as she laid in the sun. Something's going on, I can feel it! As if Maplepaw wasn't enough of an alert. Soon enough Silverpaw heard something from the nursery. Of course she knew her mentor Heatherstripe was expecting kits, but she didn't expect anything so soon. (Am I allowed to join in the nursery to check on Silverpaw's mentor or should I be somewhere else?)

Maplepaw hissed, "Heatherstripe, I can't go bring Stormgaze right now, I have to help you!" The she-cat quickly passed a stick over to Heatherstripe so that she could bite onto it when she was in pain. The medicine cat apprentice then realized that it would be nice to have your mate besides you when you are kitting, so she gave in and yelled, "Stormgaze! Come here!" "Thank you Maplepaw.", she hissed in pain. The she-cat grabbed the stuck yanking on it to try not to think of the pain he is receiving. Heatherstripe hoped Stormgaze came urgently. |

Sunheart saw his mate in the nursery snoozing. Trying to go around Heatherstripe giving birth, Sunheart avoided them and licked Misyywillow' s cheek. |
