Nightkit padded out of the nursery at dusk with his fur groomed. He was a ball of excitement but he tried to keep in the energy. He had to look like a proud FernClan apprentice.

HoneyStar woke up after the fight. Scenting herbs on her, HoneyStar sighed and got up remembering that Nightkit needed a ceremony. Going onto the rock, she called out,"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the Highrock for a Clan meeting!" She waited for the cats to appear. |

Nightkit half-scrambled half-stalked over to the center of the clearing in front of the Highrock. He was trembling with excitement at finally being able to start his warrior training! But as the cats gathered he became more and more self-conscious. What if I mess something up? he thought worriedly. He shook away his doubts. He would do everything right to make his clan proud.

Twilightclaw loped over to the Highrock and sat to wash himself, yawning lazily. He glimpsed Nightkit in the middle of the clearing and was briefly curious on who his mentor would be.

Sunheart yowled,"Nightpaw!Nightpaw!Nightpaw!" He was happy for a new apprentice in FernClan. |

barckenwing hear Honeystar call a clan meeting and got up from her nest.
wish hear as well and followed Brackenwing out towards the clearind as well as dusk.
lightpaw sat down near the clearing and so did darkpaw
