Batpaw was slightly startled at Lilacpaw's touch but relaxed after a moment, returning her smile and adding, "Not if I catch you one first." he let a slight purr slip into his voice, feeling his face grow warm when he realized it. "Come on!" the black tom meowed, picking up the pace a bit, eager to see what Lilacpaw could do.

"I know already..." Thistlefern gleamed at Dustleap and also said to him feeling proud of her decisions, "my favorite kind of prey, would have to be a hare, or mice. I love mice very much." She smiled with her eyes closed because she wanted to give Dustleap a strong action of her opinion. "And yes, new leaf is surprisingly earlier too." Thistlefern looked at all the mice and other animals roaming. "Let's go and get some prey!" She leaped closer and went to hunt, but leaped cautiously to not lose Dustleap or lose herself.

Chase flicked his ears as Fawnpaw spoke so sharply to him. "Too hostile? Little Fawn...paw," He meowed, humoring her for a little bit. It would be nice if she was on my side, anyway. Then we can change her name. "I promised to take care of your mother. She wanted to leave me. I don't want to go to a Clan. I don't like big groups. I can't trust them." The large tom sat down, his tail wrapping around his paws. "Can you really say you can trust every single one of your Clanmates? Every last one of them?"
Amberfern stood next to Eaglewing, very annoyed that he had decided to talk to the rouge without letting her know. At least he's letting me talk. Great StarClan. She stopped forward. "Greetings. I apologize for being on your territory we... my warrior here was chasing a mouse and he crossed the line without knowledge." The deputy looked at Gloria. She didn't seem too threatening... yet. "Neither do we."

Gloria flicked her tail, sitting down once more. "Well.." she shrugged. "Mistakes happen. So, may I ask, what's a clan like?" Suddenly she pinned her ears, not wanting to set off a bad image. "I mean- l was just wondering considering being a rouge, and I'm sure clan life is different to a rouge's.." the tan shecat felt her voice trail off. She shrugged and nervously chuckled "Okay, wait. I know I'm asking lots of questions... but is it true that all your Warriors sleep in the same den? Oh oh, when a leader dies who takes their place?" Her eyes were shining with excitement such like a kit.

Fawnpaw's hazel eyes flickered with doubt; she never was able to hide her emotions, least of all when she was upset. Chase's words echoed in her ears. Was there really no one she distrusted? A few of the warriors scared her, yes, and she had complained about them plenty of times to her brothers, but if she ever really needed help... Either way, it's none of his business, She told herself firmly, squaring her shoulders. "We are a clan. We are there for each other, no matter what," she replied, frustration flashing beneath the confliction in her expression. |

"No. We actually fought with them, in a huge battle against a group of rogues bigger than our own clan." Nightheart said. (found it on page 68! Phew, that took a little while.) Cloudpaw purred in laughter, her stomach easing quite a bit. "Don't worry about it. Let's just keep hunting. Like Moonshadow always tells me, hunger when hunting makes you better at catching prey. Hey, i have an idea! Let's go to the pond and catch frogs!" she mewed excitedly and sprang to her paws. (I looked back and it looks like Twist was encountering some warriors, I forgot who though, XD. Whatever, I'll worry about it later) |

Jadepaw looked up from her favorite spot just outside the apprentices' den, where she was lounging in the sunlight that managed to trickle through the morning clouds. Catching sight of Mistyfur, she leaped up, suddenly full of her usual energy at the prospect of doing something other than helping the elders or dealing with the younger apprentices. "Hey!" She called, trotting over with a wave of her tabby tail. ( cloud oh yikes that sounds miserable! Dx Glad you're feeling a little better!) |

Swanfeather felt Hazelstrike's gaze on her as she crept into the warrior's den. Circling the nest, she curled into it, tail over her nose. Soon, sleep pulled at her eyelids and she drifted off.

Batpaw gave his short pelt a shake, enjoying the warm air that blew between the trees. "How is your training going?" he asked Lilacpaw, giving her a bright smile. He caught the sound of water bubbling over rocks and felt a twinge of excitement, knowing they were quickly approaching the river.
