Cloudpaw laughed a little. "You sure you're fine?" She joked. She stared at him for a moment, lost in thought.

"Yeah," Pebblepaw replied with a shrug, trotting a few paces to a spot with a better view of Sparrowstar before settling down to listen. "You're right. Plus, I'm sure the elders will be extra impressed with our catch," she added, raising her chin with playful pride. She gazed thoughtfully ahead, watching the colorful ripples of movement across camp as the clan gathered. "What do you think Sparrowstar is going to say?"

Sparrowstar waited until the majority of the clan had appeared from their dens before she continued, raising her voice to reach over the murmurs rippling below. "I just returned with one of our border patrols," she began, pausing to collect her thoughts. There's no good way to broach the subject... Shaking away her doubts, she continued calmly. "While checking the scent line, we came across a group of unfamiliar cats—a clan by the name of Flameclan. Their leader, Darkstar, informed us that they recently moved here after being forced to leave their old home." She paused for breath. "They seemed perfectly willing to compromise and made it clear that they view Sparrowclan as allies, not enemies, but I know that this isn't exactly a common occurrence. I—and the rest of the patrol, I'm sure—would be happy to answer any questions with as much information as we know, though I'm afraid that we still have a lot to learn about our new neighbors."

“Sparrowstar?” Flameclaw asked

“Did Darkstar mention a cat named doegaze(me)

"It's going fine. I'm still not great at anything that involves fighting, but that might just be my nonviolent tendencies..." Bumblepaw smiled back. After pausing for a second, he decided to add "I like talking to you as well, so I guess that I've kind of missed it."

Mistyfur glanced over at Flameclaw, "They didn't while I was there, you should probably ask Firestrike if you want an answer to that question."

(Hey guys, I rarely check back here anymore and I think it's a good decision to leave. I may pop on every now and then to say hello and check in but I won't be rping. Hope you understand c:)

(Sorry I haven't really been active today. I've been feeling really unmotivated and having a difficult time mentally today. Unfortunately, this is my last chance to get on a computer until the weekend. I can still be active on mobile, but more sparsely. Thanks!)
Cloudpaw nodded. "There's the river." She said and stopped for a moment, breathing in the scent of fish and water lilies. "This is the most relaxing place in the entire territory for me. I feel at home here." She sighed softly.

Lilacpaw laughed. "Sparrowstar better expect to be swamped in questions. Look, a few cats are already going to ask her about it." She said, tilting her head towards the crowd.

Flameclaw yawned “I’m tired” she said getting up.

Lilacpaw shuddered. "I hope so! Imagine going to battle with a clan!" She exclaimed, appalled at the idea. "Anyways, they're uninjured, so I assume this new clan is at least respectful of us." She concluded.

Cloudpaw nodded and grinned. She stepped forward and dipped her front paws in the water, and immediately sighed with happiness. "It's so peaceful at this spot in the river. Look, there are some pretty big fish around too." She said, watching the fish intently.

Cloudpaw nodded. "When i was a kit, i wished my name was Riverkit. I'd never even seen the river then." She laughed. "But anyways. What's your favorite part of the territory?" She asked.
