"Really? That sounds amazing! This is the first time I've been out of camp and its been so much fun, I can't wait untill I can go with the warriors on patrols!" He continued walking, making sure not to trip and embarrass himself in front of Featherspark.

Glade watched as Sootstripe landed on nothing but the empty spot he had been on before. Knowing that it was his turn to strike, he jerked to one side before spinning the other way and throwing his forepaw out, claws extended as it aimed for his cheek. The tom knew that his opponent was too smart for him to be launched at again because when theyd tried that they ended up dodging it- so he tried up close combat... something he was better at. Last batch of hoots? Glade seemed slightly distracted at Mistyfurs words. He looked over at her in confusion before shifting his attention back into his own fight.

"Well I'll see if we can find a patrol tomorrow," Featherspark purred. "I might be able to convince a friend to let us tag along. You might have to wake up at dawn, though," she added, her eyes sparkling. "As far as I'm concerned, the worst part of patrolling is the early start."

"Oh, really?" Raven replied, waving her tail to lazily brush a clump of dirt from her dark pelt. "Because, from what I've heard, that 'bunch of hoots' almost destroyed your sad excuse for a clan. Just rumors, of course, but—" Her eyes glittered. "I always have been inclined to believe them."

"That sounds perfect," Pebblepaw chirped in reply. "I can't find my mentor anywhere, so we might as well get some practice in." With a glance at Lilacpaw to ensure that the she-cat was following, Pebblepaw set off for the camp entrance at a light jog. "Have you been out yet today?" She chattered, never one to enjoy companionable silence.

Sootstripe ducked backward as Glade swiped at him—and though he still felt the sting of a shallow scrape across his cheek, it wasn't enough to keep him from swiping back, throwing all the weight he could muster behind a hard cuff aimed at Glade's muzzle. He chuckled despite himself as he caught wind of Mistyfur's comment. "She's right, you know," he growled.

Glade snarled as he spit the skin from his muzzle into a long gash. His eyes grew fiery as blood tricked down to his mouth. Warm crimson droplets stained his fur in some places and the grass around them. "Is that so?" The tom asked while baring his sharp teeth. Glade started to circle again, a grin running across his face as he did so.

"Well duh. If you're listening to stupid rumors like that it explains why you're so pathetic." Mistyfur chuckled. "Besides, if you believe in said stupid rumors, soon enough you find yourself looking around every tree to see if there's a badger there."

Dapple couldn't help herself. She loved the forest and everything in it and even though she never waned to join a clan she was fascinated with their culture and everything. While lurking from the trees she spotted two cats only one of she recognised and she knew was named Featherspark, she listening to their conversation intrigued before suddenly she felt the branch give way and she was on the ground.

Spotting Batpaw up ahead, Bumblepaw picked up his pace. "Oi! You had any luck?" He called as he got closer.

Mistyfur snorted. "I don't know who you're talking to, but it seems like you have more wounds in this battle. You might want to keep a civil tongue in your head next time. Besides if you trust anything Sorn said while he was still around you're an even bigger idiot than I'm giving you credit for."

(I find it very amusing that over half of Raven and Mistyfur's fight has just been tradibng insults xD)

Dapple lay there feeling the pain in her back and the non-stop ringing in her ears as she shut her eyes tight and curled up into a small ball since all she knew was that she would die and she couldn't do anything about it unless she harmed hem and she couldn't get herself in more trouble or who knows what could happen, the thought made her stomach turn but all she did was let out an almost silent sigh.

Featherspark whipped around, her eyes immediately focusing on the crumpled rogue in front of them. "Who are you?" She growled, though there was more than a bit of concern in her tone. "What are you doing here? Blackpaw, stay back a few steps until we figure out what's going on here and let me know if you scent any other rogues," she requested, glancing at her apprentice before turning back to Dapple. "Are you hurt?"

"Wow," Raven griped. "I'm heartbroken! And here I was thinking we were getting along so well, having a nice little chat. As as for these wounds—" She shifted to sweep her gaze over the blood already matting her pelt, dying it even darker than usual, and gritted her teeth against the sharp, ever-growing pain radiating from her leg and muzzle. "I'm just evening the playing field; I thought you'd appreciate it," she purred sweetly.

(Aand I think we should interrupt them before Raven passes out from blood loss and/or the she-cats' combined sass knocks someone out...are you guys okay with something interrupting the fight? Maybe they think they smell a fox or something?)

Dapple paw lifted her head "Just a bit but I've had worse", she smiled before slowly getting up as she felt slight pain in her back left foot she lifted it up from the ground and felt slight more comfort "So I guess I'll be going home now" she started rapidly limping away even though it still was quite a moderate speed crashing into multiple trees on the way responding with "I'm fine" every time.

"You're not bad at it!" Pebblepaw protested, trotting a few steps to catch up. "You just got unlucky. It takes practice—I miss like half of the prey I go after, too," she added, dipping her head sheepishly. " Let's try again—how do you feel about partner-hunting?" She offered, glancing around for any obvious signs of prey. When she saw none, she lifted her muzzle to the air again. "I could use the practice."

Featherspark raced after Blackpaw, stopping beside her apprentice and watching Dapple warily. "Usually we don't bring rogues to camp, but if you're hurt...you shouldn't be out here alone. Come with us." Her voice softened slightly. "I'm Featherspark. Are you aware that you're on Sparrowclan's territory?"

(Sorry for not being on lately, the holidays have me in a huge tangle over here! I may not be on the next few days because of the always- chaotic trip to visit my dad's family for a couple days And yeah, we could interrupt the fight now x3)

Bumblepaw shook his head. "Absolutely nothing. I found a mouse or two, but couldn't catch anything. I guess this just goes to show the lack of skill we have." He finished with a grin.
