Six just rolled her eyes. "You have any better ideas, smart guy? Besides sitting there staring a screen you have no idea how to read? Besides," She smiled and pulled the gun from the holster, "It's completely unloaded", She tossed it to him. Not like he could do anything with it anyway. With that she turned back to the door, stopping right at the corner. Star-crossed lovers... she shuddered at the thought and continued.

Five caught it, since, you know, One had shoved him away from the console. He didn't say anything to Six though, turning his head back to One as he asked, "What is it?" He could see over her shoulder just fine, but reading it? Nope. Sure, it was kinda just pictures, but he had a distinct feeling that maps had not been his forte, with whatever he had done before this bout of amnesia.

Roboboy...? That was not a pleasant name, but the android made no mention of it as he tapped the keys, eyes scrolling through the various information and trying to pick it through. "I am encountering p̸r͝o̢b̸l̨e ms̶ in m̛y͢ pr͝o͏ǫgram͠mi̛ng, but it seems that the ship is in-tact. It is ju̓͆sͧ̋s̓ͪ̆ͯ͑s̒ͭ͌͂ͯͣ̉ss̃ͧ̋͊t͌̅̇ a matter of booting up the systems," he replied , turning his head and giving Three the usual wide-eyed stare. "Did you spot anything when you put your hands to the controls, Humangirl?"

(if this were a session, you'd be getting Inspiration for that, that's some dedication right there)
Was that a joke? Did Android call her Humangirl as a joke? She hadn't realized jokes were part of his programming, but she couldn't resist the grin, "Yeah, I thought there may have been an issue with one of the power capacitors, there were some outages near the mess. I-" She broke off as One called them over and with a graceful leap, swung herself up and over the console to stand by her, "What's up buttercup?"

I'm impressed
One half-grinned, half-grimaced. She clapped her hands together, gazing off, blankly, as she spoke. "Well, it turns out that that uncomfortable warmth we are currently experience, if you have glanced out a window anywhere, is due to the red giant- right over there." She jabbed a finger in the direction of the glass that largely composed the front of the bridge (im assuming here srry if I'm wrong) "Which would perfectly fine if it weren' for the fact that we seem to be dead in the water and heading straight for it. I mean, technically circularly for it... The point is that we have a one way ticket to a sweaty, burnt-to-crisp, death!" She cleared her throat and tilted her head. "However, the good news is that, if we- by some grand miracle -don't die, there was a route programmed into the system. It's safe to assume that was wherever we were headed before everything went to hell."

[[ i am impressed as well. ]]
"Well, isn't not running into the star just as simple as, you know, diverting our course, and then reinstating the route into the autopilot?" Five chimed in, feeling almost programmed as facts that he didn't remember learning spilled from his mouth, all while he was glancing out the window and feeling that icy dread settle in his stomach once more, and turn uncomfortably hot as it tried to force its way up his throat. He took a deep breath. No need for anyone here to know that there was a reason why he was sweating so much beyond the fact that they were about to be cooked alive.

Six had only turned a few corners before stopping and planting her hands firmly on her hips. "Well, this is just great," She murmured. "I can't remember where the armory was..." She stood for a few more seconds before looking back over her shoulder towards the bridge. "I could go back..." an image of Five's cocky face flashed through her head. "Nope, no I can't. Well, I found it once, I'll find it again!" She set off down a random corridor, feeling oddly optimistic.

Three let out a long breath, brow furrowing for a moment. This was not a good situation in any way, shape, or form. Dead in the sky was bad, but dead with a course towards a rather nasty star was worse. She reached up and played with her braids for a moment as she tried to get a better grasp of what was going on. Looking over at Five, she nodded, "It would be, if the engines weren't down. We're essentially at the mercy of that star's gravitational pull until we get everything back online." Leaning over One's shoulder, she glanced down at the information and while the basic details were clear, some of it could've been in another language and she wouldn't be the wiser, "How much time do we have before we start taking damage due to the heat?"

[[ six is her OWN INDEPENDENT WOMAN also i am heading to the realm of sleep porque tengo escuela mañana. ]]
Five cursed under his breath, turning away from that scream and beginning to pace along that side of the ship, glancing at what was displayed on each of the panels. Of course, like three of them told him straight up that the engine was failing, and that they were all going to freaking die, but he knew that already, so it wasn't like it was useful. What made him think he could fix and engine anyways? He could probably freaking appraise it (two million units, for this type actually), but fix it? Nope.

[ thank u all, i hope to continue to impress ]
[ six in wonderland! what will she find next? ]
With another look at the information, the android could see what the others were talking about. They were stuck in a red sun's gravitational pull, and dangerously so. "J͟ust͠ ̀a ͡m͟o̵ ̨oơm̵ent͟," he said aloud to no one in particular as the diagnosis finally finished and gave him the data dump of the current systems status. Trusting his own hands to do the work, he pressed a few more keys and things seemed to turn on one by one, lights, screens, and the now increasing hum of the engine. Swiveling in the chair with his hands on his knees, and perhaps even looking a bit proud of his work, he watched the others freak out. "I can put us back on route at̴ a̡n̡y time."

One's wide eyed gaze observed these two very different reactions. She decided that she liked Three better. At least she was trying to fix the problem, instead of Five, who looked to be having a mild mental breakdown. Even so, her expression softened. "I'm sure we'll all be fine- we're gonna figure something out." She turned back to the screen at Three's request, gesturing to a long string of numbers. "At most? Sixteen hours. If we're lucky." God, this would all be so much easier if they could remember what they did on the ship. Her head raised, brow furrowed as she looked over the monsters blaring with their hopeful, red alarm. "Do we know if the engine is have a power issue, or if it's something more, y'know, physical?" At the Androids voice, she raised an eyebrow. "How convenient. Well, I hate past us for being jerks."

Three looked over at the Android and grinned, giving him a thumbs up, "Nice work, Andy! Alright, can you keep us subspace for now, just pull us out of danger so we can do a thorough check of what we've got onboard and so you have time to repair." The glitching in his voice was obvious and worrying. An android with a neural link to the ship couldn't glitch out, they couldn't risk jumping to FTL if there was a chance the android could poof out on them. Glancing back down at One, she patted her shoulder, "Thanks for getting on that, imagine if we'd waited a few more hours before checking. We'd have roasted."

Six's hopeful smiled had turned into an annoyed grimace. She had absolutely no idea where she was, or how much time had past. After spitting out a few choice words, she stopped and assessed her location. Nothing looked familiar. At all. "Gosh...nrgh," Now slightly panicked, Six had taken up pacing up and down her current hallway.

Unfortunately, Andy was not a nickname that the android had a proper comeback for, but he hated to admit that he rather liked it. "Of cou̵ͦ̾ͤ̐r͊̓̈̾́͑̑s͛̿͛ͣͣͨ̈́͜e҉," he nodded, and turned back to the console and charged the engines just enough to pull away from the red sun and get to a safe distance so that the fragile human cargo would not turn into meat soup. Although he also supposed that his internal components wouldn't appreciate the heat, either. And then, with a disconcerting crackling noise, the android let out a sad pathetic beep and his body went stiff in the seat, head slack and eyes dark.

One beamed up towards Three. It was nice to be appreciated. Even if she didn't know quite how familiar or unfamiliar she was with the feeling. "Actually, we would probably just start sweating, like a lot, and then decide we should do something. Point aside- yes! Good that we aren't going to die." She looked over towards the android, hopping to her feet and hurrying over. Its likeness to humanity made her far too concerned for its well being. "Oh geez... does anyone here remember being a mechanic?"

Leaning against one of the consoles, Two had listened to everyone's conversation. He'd rather listen right now than say anything, anyway. Plus, he still didn't feel comfortable about the situation. They were stuck in space...for what? And they were all together...but why? Who were these other people? The thought of random idiots with him in space forever made him cringe. Wonderful. He started to look over the controls and navigational systems of the ship. The sudden urge to get in the cockpit and try to steer something tugged at his mind, but why? He had no idea. He wouldn't be able to take them anywhere if he even tried. He wasn't even sure where they were, so how could he take them away? Plus, he could hardly read these stupid controls. He didn't even know how to fly it. Though, that didn't stop Two from looking at them and trying to memorize each one. Maybe he'd be able to figure out something.

Six finally stopped pacing, panic slowly replacing frustration. She slammed her hands on the nearest wall to keep herself steady. She froze and looked up at her right arm. She couldn't feel the wall beneath it. She realized that she had been strictly left-handed for the entire time she had been awake, and therefore hadn't noticed the lack of feeling in the other hand. It was probably some old nerve damage, but it was the last straw. Six had been on the brink of a mental breakdown ever since she realized she couldn't remember who she was, and now this last mystery pushed her over the edge. Tears welled up in her eyes and spilled down her cheek. She was absolutely terrified, and her fear caused her to lash out at the others and separate herself. But now, she regretted that and wanted nothing more than a comforting hand.
