i usually prefer roleplaying young adults - so like, 20-25 is my ideal range. i lean a little towards threads! i find them easier to keep track of (im forever forgetting dms)

If you are still interested in this, I’d be curious to explore it! I haven’t done much with werewolves but am intrigued by the idea if done properly.

I would be down for either! Is there one that you’ve been particularly wanting to do? I don’t have a preference, but since you suggested it, I figure you might have an idea that’s you’ve been dying to try?

Sounds good! I’m always open to some romance. And I can do either, though I prefer mxf plots. Were you thinking both of us would be werewolves?

This is plot one, the romance one:
Character a is a normal human girl, on vacation with her parents in a large National forest. Character b is an outcast, looked down on because of his impossible ability to Shift and Change. The two have a chance meeting when character a almost runs over character b with her car while he's in wolf form, and then again later when some of character b's packmates decide to corner character a in an alley; character b steps in and stops them. *We can make up the rest as we go, or I can give you a more detailed outline if you'd prefer.
The World: In this plot, there are two different kinds of shape-shifter: werewolves, who Change into beasts that are half-man, half-wolf (think Van Helsing or Underworld), and shifters, who Shift into actual wolves (there are other species of shifter, like coyotes, foxes, and big cats, but we're just gonna focus on the wolves for now). Both these supernatural creatures live in hiding from humans, both are born not made, both tend to live in communities or "packs," and they are bitter enemies. Werewolves first start Changing when they hit puberty (13-15 years old), can only Change when the moon is full, and their control after Changing is often lacking. They are stronger, faster, and harder to kill (only silver or decapitation will get the job done), both in human form and beast form. Shifters start Shifting as toddlers (1-3 years old), can Shift whenever they want, and they are in total control of their wolf. They are almost as easy to kill as normal humans/wolves, except they heal a little faster, so unless it's an instant-death type hit (head, heart, severed artery), they can probably survive. Children with one werewolf parent and one shifter parent are rare but not impossible. When this happens, however, the child will only take after one or the other — never both (until character b). As soon as it is know which parent the child takes after, he or she will go live with that parent.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. ^^

And this is plot two. Originally, character b was another human, but we can make them whatever supernatural being we want, werewolf or otherwise, if you prefer. ^^
Character A is a successful wildlife biologist, specializing in canine species. What no one knows is that he owes much of his success to his biggest secret: he's a werewolf. For much of his life, that little fact has been of no consequence. But recently, a group of supernaturals have created an organization with the goal of altering and enhancing a supernatural's gifts. And they've made Character A their next target.
Character B is a normal human (or supernatural in hiding), one who never expected to be drawn into a game of cat and mouse with a bunch of supernatural beings. She certainly didn't expect to find an injured werewolf in her backyard.
After their fateful meeting, Character A tries to escape and leave Character B out of his mess. But the group that's tracking him aren't about to leave witnesses alive. So, to save her life, Character B joins A in his race to get to the heart of the Organization and tear it apart — before it can do the same to him.
I'm thinking if we want Character B to be a supernatural then they should be a late bloomer and not even know they're anything but human yet. :)

I suppose I’ll maybe go with the female in this if that’s alright? And oh those are both so tempting, I can’t decide which I’d prefer! Hmm...maybe the second one? Just because the different types seem cool, and I’d love to explore a werewolf character since I haven’t done one before. But I am totally open to incorporating romance in as well!

Maybe college or adult? I prefer characters around the ages of 19-23. And did you want to make a thread or PM?

Okay perfect! And nope! There are pros and cons to either, so I’m good with whatever. This will be my first RP in a hot minute so I’m just gonna follow your lead
