Kiran didn't speak during the ride to the estate. Rather she drank in her surroundings, trying to commit them to memory. It was clear they were moving away from the border as they traversed the streets, though what was interesting to see was the the number of houses and shops and the like continued to thin out. Despite moving further into the town, it seemed that land was becoming more open. Eventually it gave way to fields dotted with buildings here and there. There were a few farms, and it seemed that the people here lived in this region valued how the land looked naturally. It was something she understood and could appreciate, as she felt the same. She was particular about any new developments of her land, especially since the oasis was precious. It did have an end, and it was important to keep in mind.
The estate itself was a large two floor building with well kept grounds. There were smaller buildings flanking the main house, and a stables located behind the house. Guards were posted at the front doors, as well as at various spots around the estate. The largest of the smaller building was noticeably a personal smith, as the forge release smoke steadily. Behind the main building, the horses roamed freely in a large enclosed area, one too large for the small amount of horses that were present. The rest of the buildings had their own enclosures, seemingly dedicated to various species of animals. The largest enclosure accommodated gryphons, and the second largest seemed to accommodate a small pack of cerberus. The other enclosure were too far away to even begin to determine what they were meant for.
The estate itself was composed of warm colors, bay windows, and open balconies meant for those who liked to indulge in the view the building came with. The west wing included a observatory, the dome roof made of pure glass to make charting the stars easier. As they group approached the main building, the guards some ways away from the front door side stepped to create more room for them. Rather than lead them directly to the front, however, Valiri veered slightly, leading the group a it to the side so they could dismount. She did so, smiling patting the horses neck. "Head home," she murmured. The animal snorted, heading off towards the back of the house and towards the stables.
Cruva dismounted next, watching as Kiran followed suit. The place was nice, though he supposed he'd grown rather biased to Zaestro. He much preferred the heat of the sands and the breezes the oasis brought. Still, it was much better than the tavern they had been staying in. It was a setting he could get used for for as long as they were here. Although, he supposed the right would was tolerate... At least he'd get to run some things through with his seer. Or, a seer. He'd dismissed her, so she didn't truly have to answer to him.
"You lot are free to roam the grounds, come as go as you please." The woman stated, turning to face the group. Lifting her hands to shoulder height, she conjured the rings she'd been told were needed. It wasn't very often that she had to do this, but it was not a forgotten process to her. The rings were golden snakes meant to wrap around the finger twice. They were held in the air between her hands, moving only slightly as if slithering, seemingly looking for a perch. "These rings indicate your immunity, and will remove themselves when the job is complete. Please wear it on your finger of choice."
The demon was the first to step forward, claiming one of the rings for himself and allowing it to coil around his left index finger. It tightened itself a little before seemingly solidifying, entering its typical inanimate state. His summoner took one for herself, finding it most comfortable around her right middle finger. She seemed rather intrigued by the way that it moved and tightened before becoming still. He supposed she would have questioned about the charmed jewelry later.
Once all four rings were no longer in her possession, the woman let her hands fall to her sides. "You belongings have been placed in rooms already. Should you require anything immediately or have any problems you'll want to call me. Otherwise, seek out Ga-Julei. Your mounts will be taken to the stables and well cared for. If you don't have any questions, then your free to do whatever you please, just don't break anything."

The ride was easygoing and uneventful. Oswald was grateful for that. He had mainly focused on the path ahead, though occasionally checked out their surroundings. The town faded quickly and was replaced by mostly farmland and the few buildings that dotted the area. It was a nice change of pace from the desert and even the shores of his home. Due to tense relations, he had never ventured far into Erecan territory. Eventually the group pulled to a stop and everyone began to dismount. Oswald glanced at the main building. It was definently a nice change of pace from the small, crampt tavern they called home for the past few days. He noticed a few buildings that appeared to be barns and stables holding various creatures. His eyes widened slightly in amazement. He hadn't expected to see anything like it there. His attention soon turned away as the woman, Valiri, spoke.
Four identical snakes hung in the air between the woman's hands. They appeared to move slightly, catching Oswald's attention. Valiri explained what they did before allowing them to collect them. Cruva didn't hesitate in grabbing his ring and Kiran followed suit. Oswald finally collected his snake and looked it over for a moment. It was beautiful. He didn't give himself long to admire it before allowing it to slither on his right pointer finger. He glanced towards Tempest who seemed to be a little more hesitant.
Kell turned the golden snake in her hand for a moment. It slithered around as she examined it, trying to curl around her fingers. The thought of having it on until the job was done bothered her. Even though it was unlikely it did anything else, it still made her wary. She glanced towards the others who had already put it on. Kellan quietly sighed. She knew there were ways to stop it from becoming stuck on her finger, but she thought it unwise to try anything now. Especially in front of the others. So with reluctance, Kell allowed the snake to cool around her right ring finger. She proceeded to pull on it, just in case the woman was bluffing. She wasn't. Although she didn't like the ring being stuck, there was nothing she could do about it. The thief didn't let it bother her. Valiri finished explaining everything they needed to know for the time being. Their things were already in their rooms. Kell would be sure to check them throughly.
With everything more or less explained, the thief began to slink towards the main building. She had turned off her reserve during their trip. It was unlikely any sources of glowy stones would be around. Whenever she got inside however, she wanted to know if they had any of the sources. The feline quietly trailed behind her, one set of eyes watching his surrondings.

The woman watched the blonde for a moment, noting how skeptical she seemed of the jewelry. It was a fair. It wasn't often that a snake, shaped ring moved and coiled on its own. While she wouldn't say it, it was the only thing they did. It was just gold she had charmed to serve her own purposes, nothing more, nothing less. Sure, she could just as easily give it multiple purposes, but she had no reason to do so. She was not their keeper, simply a guide and something of a host. She didn't care where they went or what they did - that was Ga-Julei's problem, not hers. It wasn't long until somebody broke from the group, which seemed to do the trick.
Kiran looked at the woman for a moment before her gaze turned to her summoned guard. She had nothing of note for him to do, and she could handle herself within the grounds, and quite frankly she wanted to get an idea of what was already in the building. She wanted to know what the elf had in here, if he was hiding something. Well, that, and she just wanted to know what he needed such a large place for. After all, it seemed he had creatures on hand and at the ready for something... Or maybe he just liked having them around. She had no real way of knowing without talking to the man... Not that she would.
"I'll call you if I need you," She murmured, leaving with a short wave. She left with her mare in tow, unwilling to leave her in somebody else's care. She could find the stables on her own, and she would. She wasn't too far away when she decided to remount the beast and take off.
The guard only gave a slight nod, watching as she took off. Looking at the white haired woman before him, giving her a slight nod. "I supposed you'd like to talk about why I left?" His departure from home had been sudden, and a bit odd since he didn't renounce his position. In fact, he'd made a point of ensuring he would keep it. Several lesser demons had disputed his decision - they didn't live for long after that. Some of the few he'd dismissed had also protested his leaving, and he'd been a little kinder to them. They'd been scarred or threatened. Only one of them had been killed, though it had been the one he'd had no use for anyway. Valiri was one of the few who didn't say anything. Then again, she knew what was to come.
"I do. I knew we'd meet again, however I thought you would leave later." The thing about the future was that there were several outcomes. There was never just one line of continuation, because there were choices. Choices led to different events that had different outcomes, and his had been one she hadn't calculated properly. What she'd known was that everything lead to him leaving to create his own agenda, but she'd expected it to happen later. He'd gone against her assumption and left a few years earlier.
With a low hum of acknowledgement, Cruva turned and began to walk off towards the cerberus enclosure. It would be a long talk - if he guess correctly, she would already know a lot of the things he had done. She would just want to know why.

Everyone was separating and going off to do their own thing. Tempest headed towards the main building with her beast, Kiran took her steed towards the stables, and Cruva seemed like he wanted to talk about something with Valiri. Oswald was quick to leave the pair and head towards the main building himself. He had some research he was eager to get to and books just waiting to be cracked open. He trailed behind Tempest as she entered. The woman noticed him, but didn't acknowledge his presence. He didn't really care. She went one way, which he assumed towards the rooms while he went the opposite way to start looking for a library. He assumed there was one at least. Judging by Ga-Julei's office back at the tavern it seemed he liked books. Or at least had a lot of them. It wasn't that much of a stretch to believe there would be a library within the walls of the mansion.
As Oswald wandered through the building, he kept an eye out for anything that resembled a library for him to use. Even though he was mostly going to be focused on the Erevan nobles, he still wanted to read and study other things. If he didn't, he would become burnt out on one topic. The more he could avoid such a thing, the better. It didn't take long until he came across a set of open doors. Taking a quick look around, he bobbed his head in and was greeted by walls of books. With a wide smile, he realized he had managed to find the library. He hadn't been surrounded by such a display in a few weeks. He felt almost at home when faced with the stacks of books.
He began to head in and paused after taking a few steps. Why would the books I need be in here when I specifically requested for them? They're more likely to be in my room, he thought. With a quiet sigh, the half-orc the half-orc wandered through the mansion once more to look for his room. He followed the oath the thief took and continued from there in hopes of finding something. As he wandered, he came across a few staff members. After asking then a few questions, he was guided to his room and left to his own devices. With a slight grin he entered. It was rather spacious and appeared to be much cleaner than the space he had back at the tavern. A large bed was pushed towards one of the back walls while huge windows lead to a relaxing view outside. His things were neatly placed beside his bed, looking untouched. The next thing the man noticed was the desk facing the windows. Atop were some books, ones he assumed he had requested. Once he reached the desk, he quickly looked over them and his suspicions were confirmed. With an excited grin, he cracked one open and began to read the information it held inside.

Kellan managed to find her room. As stated, her belongings were neatly placed at the foot of the bed. The thief headed towards her things ane quickly looked through what little she had. She examined her belongings carefully and managed to determine nothing was stolen, lost, or tampered with. That was good. The elf had been honest about that. With that out of the way, the next thing she did was throughly search the room. She was mainly looking for any signs of hidden paths or compartments. With her ear close to the wall and eyes looking for any imperfections, she began to tap at various places for the next half hour.
It didn't take her long to find nothing of note. That was a good sign to the thief, though she would keep an eye out for any odd activity during their stay. A man like Ga-Julei was bound to have some secrets within the walls of the mansion, even if they weren't attached to any of the rooms. With that out of the way, the thief decided it would be best to explore the building some. A map was good and helpful, but she liked to get an idea of the layout and alternate escape routes if she needed them. Exiting from her room, Kellan checked the hall for anyone else. It wasn't like she was really trying to hide, but she preferred to be alone for the time being. As she turned into the hall, she began looking everything over. Much like the elf's office, the walls were decorated with various paintings and weapons. Tables with fancy cloth or nice vases sat in the hall. That'll make for good cover if I need it, she thought. She continued through the hall making note of everything she saw. As she prowled around, a noise caught her off guard. She looked around and soon realized it was coming from her feline. She titled her head curiously, watching the animal for a moment.
"What's wrong?" She asked the cat before sighing. Right. As if he can tell me what's- The beast made a gruff purring noise before turning around. It was almost like he was leading her somewhere. Kell frowned but followed him anyway. She was curious to see what would come from it. As they moved through the building, the thief quickly realized that her cat was indeed leading her somewhere. She blinked in surprise, but also knew he was more intelligent than the average animal. When they eventually reached the entrance, the cat paused and pawed slightly at the door. Kell opened it to let him out and continued to follow him through. As he lead the way through the yard, a thought hit her. She didn't know when the last time the animal had anything to eat. Feeling a little guilty, she decided she would keep an eye on him as he hunted or did whatever he wanted. She wasn't sure if he somehow had a destination in mind, but was curious to see what the cat would do. Perhaps it would also give her the oppertunity to practice with some of her abilities.

(I was going to post this last night, but I got tired. So here it is now.
I imagine Mithra to be rather long, stretching all across the coast and making it border both Ereva and Zaestro. Might draw a map later. Not sure yet.
I imagine it being like the western coast of the U.S.. With the south resembling southern California. The farther north you go, it becomes more of a coniferous terrain.
Underwater cities? Maybe? Like only two or three, which would allow them to work with sierins, selkies, sea nymphs, and other people like them.
Indra's Blessings (or glowy stones as Kell calls them) are uncommon. It's just that people who can use them are rare and tend to remain hidden for one reason or another. They be just as hard, if not harder than diamond. The gems are usually used as light sources, currency, decor, and very rarely weapons or shields. They could also possibly be used as power sources.
Towards the north of the kingdom, people tend to have slavic/generic eastern European accents. The middle of the kingdom tends to have more cockney-soundin and german accents. The southern parts tend to have southern and french accents. Nobility, royalty, and uppeeclasses tend to have french or german accents and the islands tend to have a mix of all of these.
Oswald (and by extension his siblings) has an accent, which sounds like a mix of french and german. His mother has a french accent and his father has a german one.
Kell has a very light slavic or generic eastern European accent that can be diffcult to pick up on at times. Some words are heavier with it than others. It becomes more apparent when under a strong emotion.
Somewhere down the family line, Oswald is related to Ladon and by extension Indra. And also Kell, but they wouldn't know that yet
Not sure if you've read Harry Potter or anything. But, if they went to Hogwarts, Oswald would probably be Ravenclaw or Slytherin and Kell would likely be in Slytherin or Hufflepuff.
Also I thought it would be funny if the demon cat thing would be like Toothless, but grumpier. I wanted to get some of your input though and see if you had anything in mind for the cat.)

(ohhhh I really like those!! that's actually really cool!
I know enough about harry potter to get by lol but that definitely makes sense to me
As for the feline friend, the most I did was come up with a general species profile. They're about the size of an average panther with the same size ranges, two sets of eyes where only one of which needs to be open to see properly but having them both open is ideal; the set of eyes that closed becomes practically invisible. Two rows of teeth that replace themselves regularly in the same way that shark's teeth do, and the upper and lower sets of canines protrude just slightly due to their length; it's claws have poison canals similar to a snake's fangs, not fatal but causes severe illness. That's about all I had in mind for the cat)

At the cerberus enclosure, the pair found themselves sitting atop the roof of the building. Valiri quickly shed her human appearance, taking on her natural form. She reappeared now standing at about 6'6", skin dark blue and white hair falling down to her lower back. Two pairs of wings stemmed from her back and horns like those of a greater kudu parted her hair just so. Golden irises turned to look at the prince-turned-guard as her third eye made itself known. In the moment, she could see everything he had gone through, and everything he could possibly experience in the years to come. The end of this trip, the eventual fall of his summoner, a future where his summoner was granted eternal life and left the throne. She could see it all, though expressed none of it. Instead, she merely watched him for a few moments. "Go on then. Tell me all that has come to pass."
"Why would I? You already know what's happened," Cruva answered. She was a seer, his seer. There was no reason for him to explain the events she already knew about. Despite this, it was nice to see her the way he remembered her. She'd no need for a disguise last he saw her, though that was quite some time ago.
She gave a nod in response to him. "I want to know why. This was not the most probable path." The demon beside her nodded, delving into what pushed him to leave. It hadn't been so much the pressure to rule as it had been the idea he had to rule just as Wrath was now. He was not the same. Sure, he was a prince of the sin, but he was not the sin. Not yet, that is. The fact of the matter was it would be a few thousand years before there was a transfer of power. Still, he liked doing what he liked, and the limitations pushed him to exit the realm for an undetermined amount of time. He'd spent the next few hundred years starting wards and wreaking havoc as he so pleased for the sheer joy of it. It was also to embrace his own sense of freedom, though part of him had something to prove.
Up until six years ago. Valiri told him she didn't think he would be summoned until three years ago, though she supposed she could only see and not control the events. From there the two demons discussed the war and the reasons why he was here. Eventually, he asked what brought her here. For her, it hadn't been a summons, rather a knowledge that he would be in Ereva in due time. She'd started as what the people called a mysterious fortune teller, though her accuracy was quickly picked up on and she was approached by Ga-Julei, otherwise known as Jaree in the kingdom's census. He paid her handsomely for guarding the estate and giving accurate predictions as well as not killing him. She was not bound by summons, rather she stayed because it was ideal. That, and this conversation was important to her at the moment.
She could not see what would happen once they reached the castle. She could only see everything up until that point, and everything after the events. The seer was unable to interpret much more than snippets, though none of them seemed to go particularly well. "It's interesting the last time I couldn't see an event, Indra herself had stepped in to assist in battle."
"Are you implying a deity will make an appearance?"
"No," Valiri answered. "I'm saying its something unable to be predicted. That, or something happens prior that cuts off my ability to see. I seems I can't interpret events once your little group enters the castle." She paused, looking at him intently. "What I do know is that you'd like to do something. Get up, then. There's a dragon's den twenty miles off." It didn't take much more for Cruva to reclaim his natural form. It had been a while since he saw any dragon up close, and it would be nice to do so again. Without hesitation, the two were off, the seer in the sky, and the prince sprinting much like werewolves did through the fields.
(I planned not enough in the mean time for Kiran but I will add her to this post when I get on a computer again cause I did this at work lol)

(Alrighty, sounds good.)
Oswald began to read over the books and records he was given. He pulled out some inks, pens, and papers to begin copying down notes to give to everyone. They would need to study people they would likely be dealing with and getting to know various news. Otherwise they would risk compromising their mission in one way or another. He worried about as much at least. The half-orc cracked open the first book, which was dedicated to the various noble houses of Ereva. He skimmed over the first few pages and found them to be impressively informative. There were descriptions on the current house leaders, a brief history about the families, intel on allegiences, and the importance of the families within the kingdom among other bits of information crammed into the writings. It was impressive how organized and informative everything was. Of course, it shouldn't have been too surprising. They were working with an informant after all. Oswald began to write down the information as he started his readings.
First noble family was the Helmslayers. He copied down their emblem, which was unusually complicated. A hammer and club made an x-shap behind a helmet made up of intricate, silver swirled markings. He quickly moved onto the current leader. The head of the house was listed as Vala Helmslayer. She was a half-dwarf, half-orc woman who was said to be in charge of a portion of the kingdom's armed forces. The prince noted other important family members, which included a nephew named Nabil Helmslayer. It seemed he had dabbled in criminal activity to a small degree, which could be useful to the others. The prince managed to copy everything of importance down, including a few various facts and potentially useful intel. He quickly moved on and began reading about a different family.
Next was the Fallow House. Their family emblem was a stag head whose antlers formed into a tree. He noted the colors beside it like before and began to copy down the information. Head of the noble family was Erling Percival Lionel Fallow IV. His family seemed to have only risen to prominence within the last fourty-five years, which was quiet recent compared to the others. According to the text, they mainly dealt with mining and weapons making. Oswald noted down his siblings, a sister Adalia Kay Tristan Fallow and a brother Ector Fredrickson Brin Fallow. It seemed they had their own importance outside their family, which was something to note down in the half-orc's mind. I will probably have to write down family trees at some point and note all the most important members, he thought as he finished with the Fallows. The prince moved onto the next prominent family and repeated the process again. Oswald didn't know how long he'd be and he didn't care. He was having fun being among the familar books and paper. The prince would just focused on getting the work done and keep at it, even if it took the rest of the day.

For the next while, Kell followed the feline as he lead towards a patch of forest. No one seemed to keep track of the pair nor did anyone stop them to ask questions, which worked in her favor. Of course it wasn't like there were many people around to be doing such a thing in the first place. The two reached a rocky clearing in the woods away from prying eyes. "Go check to make sure no one's around," she whispered to the feline. The cat followed her command and left her sight. The beast was gone for a few minutes, no sound coming from him as he searched. He eventually returned unscathed and without a need to show her anything. Kell smiled lightly and patted the cat's head.
"Good job. Now I don't know what you want to do. Go off and hunt I guess." With a wave of her hand, she dismissed the feline who wasted no time going into the forest. With that out of the way, the thief turned her attention to her reserves. There were still others she had yet to explore, and now was the perfect time to do just that. The woman reached out towards a new source and burned it. She looked at her surrondings, but saw nothing. She pulled out the gems and stared at them for a moment. Still, nothing happened. The thief frowned and took another glance around the rocky clearing.
"Maybe I'm going about this all wrong. But then what am I missing?" She grumbled. Her blue eyes flickered back towards a large rock to the side. Perhaps she could interact with objects physically. Kell focused on a point on the rock and breathed out. A familar blue vapor escaped from her lips and went to the point. Everything was still for a moment. Then Kell felt herself being pulled to the rock. She yelped in surprise as her body turned in the air towards the stone. With a hard thud she roughly landed on the rock dazed. The woman quietly groaned in pain as she slowly got up, rubbing her head as it cleared. What the hell did that even- Her thoughts cut off as she took a look around. The world was sideways.
Kellan slowly got to her feet, disorentined by the scenery around. Trees and undergrowth clung horizontally to the ground while birds in flight looked wrong as they travled. The thief blinked a fee times before taking a cautious step forward. Nothing happened. She took another step, and then one more after that. Still nothing. It seemed her gravity had shifted. The woman scratched her head for a moment, trying to figure out how it happened. She looked down and nodded. Right. So that's what it does. Kell continued to walk around for a few minutes before moving onto jumping, tumbling around, and trying a few acrobatic tricks to test out the ability. It truly was like being on the ground. Only a bit disorenting in some ways. As she considered other possiblities with the power, a rustling in the bushes grabbed her attention. The thief stumbled back and fell on the rock. I can't let anyone see! She thought in a panic. As she struggled to right herself, she saw a flash appear before her.
The feline prowled ahead of her, blinking curiously. It was clear he had gotten something to eat, which was good. Kell sighed in relief as the cat cautiously walked towards her. Both sets of eyes seemed to study her as the beast got within arms reach. She gave him a friendly pet, which earned a purr from the cat. The thief smiled lightly knowing she was safe for the time being. She had other things to worry about for the time being, like how to get down. Focusing on the energy below her, Kell breathed in. If it worked by breathing out, then the opposite would likely be true. Focusing on the point below her, the woman closed her eyes and deeply breathed in. She could feel a bit of energy returning to her reserve and her legs giving away. With a yelp, the woman fell to the ground with another thud. The cat jumped to his paws and sniffed at her for a moment. Slowly getting to her feet, the woman smiled. That was another mystery solved, but of course she wasn't done yet. There was still another five abilities she had yet to explore, so she turned her attention to the similar reserve.
"So if that pulls me to a new gravitational point, then its linked source will push me away from one. Right?" She mumbled to herself. There was only one way to find out, so she began to burn it. Breathing out, a similar blue vapor escaped from her lips. Before anything could happen, Kell jumped slightly. She was flung into the air, a low rumble following her movement. So that's where that comes from, Kell realized as her movement slowed to a stop. Now she was harmlessly floating in the air a few feet above the ground. The thief nodded as a slight grin crept on her face.
"This is going to be fun."

She hadn't wasted time getting as far away from the building as possible - any items she cared about were on her person. Anything could be in the room right now was trivial, and thusly didn't matter to her. No, she was more interested in getting time for herself. There was too much going on, and quite frankly, she wanted to be alone. Truth be told, she'd wanted to take this trip alone. There were too many things that could go wrong with the others here, and this was something she had to handle. In fact, as far as she cared, it didn't involve any of them. This was something for her to do, for her to resolve. She hadn't even wanted the demon to come with her - she'd considered leaving him at home with her mother.
He would refuse. She wasn't stupid. Sure, he was bound to her and her will, but that didn't mean he had to like it. After all, she'd summoned him as a guard - it was a loophole he'd found some years ago. So long as it was in the interest of her safety, he could refuse a command. He wouldn't have stayed in the palace while she traveled, so she hadn't even bothered telling him to stay back.
So she took this time to ride, and she was rode for as long as the mare would go. By the time she seemed to tire, she'd made it to the edge of a what would give way to a wooded area. Slowing to a walk, the royal invited herself into the cover of the trees that grew taller and more apparent as she went. Soon the most light there was consisted of speckles that fought to make it though the canopy. It was soothing in a way - she didn't have places like this at home. Sure, she would always be biased to her many oasis settings, but forested area was nice as well.
Kiran continued on her way before she came upon what she could only call ruins. A very small abandoned town... Or the start of one. Buildings made of stone, falling apart as the plants around them reclaimed their space. the canopy in this area was generally cleared, leaving it much brighter than she had grown accustomed to over the course of her ride. Still, it didn't really deter her from what she now decided she wanted to do.
Dismounting with ease, the curly haired woman tethered her steed to a tree before turning her attentions to what was left of what could have been a cute little town. As a champion, she was granted abilities on behalf of Vistri. It was nothing like being a descendant of a deity, but it was still a mighty power to hold. The main ability she'd been gifted with was a large resistance to fire. She could manipulate it to an extent, but nowhere near how a demon or wizard could, and certainly nothing like the god himself. Aside from her dagger, she could give part of herself to summon a flame atronach. They were cousins to nymphs, and did exist in nature, though could also be created... They were interesting.
Still, it was something she'd never tested, never had the chance to try. 'Well, now I do...' She quickly took up space within one of the broken building. A good portion of the stone walls stood, and the roof was totally open by now. It was the best place to do this without burning the forest down. With this in mind, she got to it. It wasn't exactly a painful process, but it wasn't enjoyable and it was exhausting. Starting from her finger tips her veins glowed as if burning up, and the light spread up her arms, to her neck and began to creep up her face. It burned as it traveled but it was almost a comforting feeling... almost.
Staring at the wall ahead of her, she exhaled slowly. Smoke left her lungs with a few glowing embers of ash (a sight she would never get used to) and slowly condensed to a pile of ash a few feet in front of her. When she herself had finished, the glow in her veins slowly died down, and just as soon as it had, the pile of ash burst into flames. As if it had opened some hole in the ground, the atronach reached up, flaming fingers digging into the dirt below as it pulled itself up to a standing position. Or... floating position. It seemed it didn't touch the ground, just a few inches above it.
To the freckled princess, it looked like a wingless fairy, graced with a perfect figure and wrapped in flame like a phoenix. What interested her was that it had the antlers of a long-lived buck. Well, they are cousins to forest nymphs, she noted, shoulders slumping as she realized just how much it had taken out of her. Still she couldn't look away from what she had conjured. It looked as it it was just a frame made of woven tree branches that burned from the inside out. What she did know was that the creature was technically nonliving.
It watched her, flames blazing in hollow eyes as it tilted its head slightly. Kiran only returned its gaze for a few moments. The last time she'd summoned one, it had been an accident, and the sudden lack of energy had caused her to pass out. This was new for her, and she wasn't sure what to do with it. Still, she found herself grinning slowly, as she at least had an understanding on how to call one purposely. "What can you do?"
In response, the flame atranoch quickly conjured and threw a fire ball only slightly to the left of herself, then through a string of smaller ones in rapid succession. Rather than move, the princess only watched in awe. "Awesome!"

(Hey, for my reply do you want to do a time skip to hours later where they all meet back up or one more post of doing their own thing? I'm fine with either.
Also how did your essay go?)

(That's good! And a little late is always better than like two weeks late or something.)

(Yeah it's diffcult to come back from a zero. You can always come back from a later grade.)
