What are your take on these? I'm not sure how I feel about them, or the paranormal in general. Like, I'm not a huge skeptic, but I try to think of all logical explanations first. However, this was just strange.
It happened a few years ago.. We were at an RV park, and I found an interesting looking rock that was shaped like a coffin. I decided to keep it, and that night, I had to worst nightmare I had never had. Long story short, a guy got mummified in my bathtub. I continued to have scary dreams, like, another one, was I cracked open an egg, and a live snake came out. Eventually, I started to blame the dreams on the rock, so I ended up giving the rock to my sister. After that, the nightmares stopped, but then, my sister, who normally never dreams (or at least, never has any dreams that she can remember) started having nightmares! And she remembered them.
So, what do you think? Was the rock really cursed? Or were our minds just playing tricks on us, because of how the rock resembled a coffin?

Oh man, that does sound cursed. Was there any cohesive theme in both your nightmares? Any recurring imagery?

They were all death related dreams Like in another one, everyone kept turning into skeletons. However, back before I found the rock, I had this recurring nightmare. Sometimes the evil in the nightmare were skeletons, and sometimes they were aliens. Anyway, I was being chased by a hoard of skeletons (aliens) and I ran to my family for them to help me, and they took off their masks to reveal that they were also skeletons (aliens!)

I actually love it whenever I get nightmares. Especially ones like last night. My dreams are often really bizarre and terrifying but I've learned to be at peace with them and learn from them when I can be some level of lucid.
Such as last night, where I faced several jump scares and tried to run. When I finally stopped, the burglar that was chasing after me approached me slowly, cut slightly into my head and whispered something to me that caused me to wake up. Unfortunately upon waking up what he actually said was lost but it left me with a sense of some kind of profoundness that replaced the fear entirely.
Having something to give me intense dreams on a more regular basis would help me immensely.

It reminds me of a dream I had once, where someone was trying to get me to write something, it might have been a curse or something, but in my dream, I was like "I can't write that, that's bad!" Then I woke up Have you ever woken up from a dream feeling super uneasy?

Oh yes, I had a terribly vivid and nightmare some years back that was so convincing I had trouble coming to terms with the fact that it was just a dream and the horrible things I saw were over. I was so disturbed and frightened I couldn't leave my bedroom for several hours and my (now ex) had to do lots of convincing to get me to come out.

That particular nightmare has a rather interesting story attached to it, if you'd like to hear it. I also have posted the full dream somewhere here before if I can find it. Other bizarre and interesting dreams I have had include: - A setting that had aspects of my old high school but warped. Several rooms full of gore. I can go into detail if you want to know specifics on that as well.
- Accidental astral projection leading into seeing the fae plane, seeing what the ley line in town looked like, and meeting a unicorn.
- Learning the secret to spiritual immortality and then having it yoinked back out of my head before I could write it down. I even REMEMBERED it when I woke up but in my scrambling to find a pen and paper it just slowly drifted away from me. It was literally the most frustrating goddamn thing in the world.

That sounds really intense, I'd love to see the full version
