Phineas was shocked for a moment. "Yes I can. I can go alert the guards." He answered.

(( no, because same ))
Phineas' mouth fell agape. "How on earth would I get in trouble for buying back my own flowers?!" He pulled down his hood and glared at her. "If anything, you should pay me for all the flowers you've been taking."

Phineas stared after them, confused. He muttered to himself as he crouched down and carefully gathered the flowers that fell out of the fallen basket.

"What is going on?" Phineas asked himself, heavily confused. He thought about asking his father to position guards on flower hill starting the next morning, but he didn't decide if he wanted to do that yet. He filled the basket until it was full of flowers and then headed after the girls to return it to her, hoping he'd be able to find them.

Finally, he found her, but it did take a while. "Hey." He approached, holding out the basket full of flowers. "I thought you may want this back."

Phineas hesitated and then stepped closer, setting the basket beside her. "Hey... Are you okay?"

"She was ill?" Phineas asked as he sat beside her with a sigh, giving her a sympathetic look. Poor girl.

It was now pretty late and had gotten cold outside, so Phineas tugged off his cloak and tossed it over the girl's shoulders. "I know you're grieving, but try to cheer up. Someone's going to need to take care of those kids." He said quietly, studying her for a moment before adding, "You can go back to the hill whenever. Don't let anyone else catch you."

(( ahh, its ok. I've never had braces, lucky me lol )) "And I'm Phineas." After he said it he remembered that she already knew who he was, since he was the prince after all. He looked up at the dark sky, hoping nobody was waiting up for him. He needed to head home soon.

"Keep it. I have more." He said, gently pushing the cloak back as he stood up. It was his least-best cloak anyway. He accepted the rose from her hand. "Thank you, m'lady." He added a bow for effect, before turning around and walking towards the castle.

(( lmao, i hate when my phone does that. Or refreshes my page out of nowhere and deletes the post. ))
Phineas was lost in thought the whole way walking to the castle, thinking about the girl. Becca. He was strangely curious of her, kind of wanting to meet her again.
(( we should probably do a time skip to a few days later ))

(( omg i was thinking of that and was about to ask you ))
A messenger boy was going around giving people flyers that announced a ball being held at the castle. All three princes would be attending - Phineas was the middle child.

(( yep yep))
Phineas walked through town, but this time he wasn't hiding his identity. He kept a tall posture, confidently walking with a castle guard following closely behind for 'protection', even though he was sure he could handle himself. He'd been sent out on a duty to collect taxes from a local business.

Phineas wanted so desperately to ditch the guard and find something else to do. He glanced around, smiling when he suddenly spotted Becca sitting at a fountain. When the castle guard was speaking to a shop owner he stealthily slipped away, ducking behind a wall and heading towards the fountain.

Phineas walked up, glancing around and hoping that nobody would bring a lot of attention to him. "Hello, miss Becca." He greeted.
