(I have 4 kitties done, and I’m probably making two more?
I’m sorry for making so many apprentices. I’ve got like 4 warriors and 2 apprentices oof.)
(Maybe 3 warriors and 3 apprentices, depending on what I do with my last female.)
(Edit: Could I actually make a kit? She may just work out best as a kit and someone’s sibling.)

[ I am done with starters o3o Finch is my only character outside of camp at the Sun Stones
also I was doing some math (it was hard, I love math but I suffered, okay? xD) and I thought maybe Reedwhistle could have been Darkpetal's mentor? Reed would have been 29 if Dark was a warrior by 12 moons; therefore approximately 23 moons old when Reed would have received his first apprentice. Finch's former mentor could either be Lakefrost(Penguin) or Jackdawflight(Falle) since he's been a warrior for about 9 moons
unless you want me to slow down on making connections because I can c; that or focus on other people's characters. ]

𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕕𝕠𝕨 - you're welcome to the fifth kit in the litter we have, if you'd like! and sunpaw is welcome to be brightpaw's brother, and honeytuft's son! ^.^ and it's chill having two apprentices, as long as you have at least three warriors
Blaze ♡ - i'm cool w that! darkpetal was definitely a pest for poor reedwhistle xD

Cliffkit accompanied by: Speckledkit, Magpiekit ( Blaze ♡ & lazy penguin )
Cliffkit was awoken by something pressing into their side as one of their siblings shook out their fur. Mumbling, Cliffkit opened their eyes and turned, taking in young Speckledkit as she wiggled around. Purring, the small cat and pressed against Speckledkit, almost as if they knew what she was thinking. It was nice, being able to stay with their siblings all the time. Since they'd lost their parents, it was especially comforting to be able to press against their littermates when the nightmares came.
"'Mornin," they grumbled, still slightly feeling the effects of sleep. ┈ ┈ ┈ ⋞ 〈 ⏣ 〉 ⋟ ┈ ┈ ┈ Brightpaw accompanied by: Echoriver ( Blaze ♡ )
Brightpaw rolled over and opened her eyes into the quiet morning air, blinking the sleep away. She sighed, her sleek tortoiseshell coat was all over the place, and her stomach was grumbling wildly. Standing, the small she-cat padded out of the apprentice's den and over to the fresh-kill pile. She picked a random bird, not really paying attention to what exactly she was grabbing, and then carried it over to her mentor. She mumbled a 'good morning' before tearing into the bird. The silence settled over the camp set her on edge. She didn't like this - she didn't like not being able to say good morning to Slatepetal and Reedwhisker as the couple walked past to get something to eat. She didn't like not being able to talk to her friend Nightwing after she'd gotten a small injury during training.
She hated this. She hated the quiet. She hated feeling useless for her clanmates. ┈ ┈ ┈ ⋞ 〈 ⏣ 〉 ⋟ ┈ ┈ ┈

[ ooo also kale, did you want to work out the family dynamic of honey and bright. because i feel like honey gives off big divorced dad energy tbh. did you want his mate to have died in the storm/previously too?] well, they also have more family in shadow's sunpaw if that's alright with you? and divorced dad energy is beautiful. it could play into their dynamics if his mate had died - perhaps it brought them closer, and they're a lot more bonded as a family now because they spend more time together to make sure that there's no regrets about not spending time together often enough?

(Finally done!
I had to make sure that Swiftkit could still be related to the others given her looks, and since Speckledkit is also a tortoiseshell it mostly checks out. I’m guessing they had a calico mother and Russian blue or grey tabby father, since male calicos are sterile.)

Sorry, forgot to get coding sorted! Shall do that fiddliness in the morning
Stormchaser - - - Camp, Open Morning was a welcomed friend to the young warrior, her night plagued by the nightmares of recent flooding and lost friends, sleep was evasive and beginning to feel like a distant memory. A once avid swimmer had become a kitten around water, shy and worrisome that it might swallow another clanmate home, her dreams were littered with the screams for help or the panicked cries of loss after the fact. Neither of which she could have done anything about and both of which had left her feeling entirely useless to the mercies of the flood. Pulling herself to lithe feet, attempting to appear even half cheerier than she felt, she weaved through the close confines of the warriors den, and into the main part of camp. Where light had finally begun to replace the monotone greys of nighttime. Doing her best to ignore the ache of exhaustion tugging at her senses, her smile was forced and unnatural. Out of place against the quiet mourning camp. Looking around camp with mild curiosity, trying to figure out whom was awake and thus might offer distraction. The calico still found herself looking out for the familiar faces of those she’d never meet again. Adapting to life after the flood was proving difficult for the sweet hearted warrior, but she soldiered on in spite of it. Sighing quietly as she shook out her coat, aiming to rid it of the moss and burrs accumulated after a restless nights sleep. There were more important concerns than appearance to focus on, namely breakfast. Though on regarding the fresh kill pile, she realised a more accurate task would be the aquirement of breakfast. At least I have something to keep me busy she reasoned. Ignoring the increasing growls of complaint offered by her famished stomach. Turning away from the meagre offerings of the pile, now in search of companionship for a hunting patrol. Whilst she wouldn’t have detested a solo hunt, the need for friendship during difficult times brewed even inside the quiet natured Stormchaser.
Cloudweaver - - - Camp, Open Whilst even under the threat of StarClan, he would likely never admit it aloud, Cloudweaver was suffering from the aftermath of the flood. Even the isolated snowy warrior mourned the losses, and the flood seemed to refuse to release the clan from its cruel grip. Every day seemed to offer further issues and problems, it was quickly beginning to feel as tbough life would never return to normal. Normality was a concept that seemed foreign and unknown to the place that he had once known as home, by now almost every inch of his beloved territory seemed changed and unfamiliar. But it was the role of him and his clanmates to do what was possible in order to make home feel like home again. And as tempting as it was, Cloudweaver wasn’t about to sit and dwindle on the pains of what had been lost. Instead intent to do what he could to make his clan thrive as it once had. But as he cast his gaze around the rather sodden camp, the idea seemed only more and more impossible.

lakefrost
torrentclan camp | early morning | shadowstar (ʙᴜᴍʙʟᴇʙᴇᴇ »)
Lakefrost woke just as the early morning light began seeping its way into the warrior den. Never before had she felt so old, as her muscles quivered rising to her feet. Of course, she was hardly the oldest cat in the clan, but she was no longer the warrior she was in her youth. Bending over to groom herself, she lost her mind to darker thoughts. She knew she was only lashing out at herself because of the flood. She knew that in the back of her head she would always blame herself for the death of her clanmates, because if she had just moved fast, if she had better eyes, keener ears, maybe then she could have saved them. Shaking her head, she pushed out of the bushes and into the center of camp. There was nothing she could do now. But just as she thought that, her eyes settled on a figure sitting by itself. Maybe there was one thing she could do to help. Shadowstar's eyes looked deep in thought, and Lakefrost had no doubt that the leader was still grieving her clanmates. "Shadowstar...?" she started, surprised by the softness in her own voice. "I was thinking about bringing a patrol near the leaping cliffs to search for prey that might have taken shelter in the high grounds..." She wasn't used to asking her leader about these patrols, but now that Graycloud was in StarClan... "I wanted to make sure you didn't need me for anything else."
[ not sure if anyone else replied to shadow, but i didn't see anything. let me know if i missed a post! ]

Speckledkit with Cliffkit and Magpiekit - [ ʙᴜᴍʙʟᴇʙᴇᴇ » and lazy penguin ]
The diluted tortoiseshell shamelessly snuggled against her siblings, giving off soft purrs. She closed her eyes, soaking in the warmth of the furred bodies. Her ear flickered as she heard rustling outside within camp; however, she knew that her and her siblings wouldn't be bothered or forced out of the nursery to socialize. "Morning," she mumbled back to them. Her pale green eyes shining in the dim of den as she glanced at Cliffkit.
Echoriver with Brightpaw and Cloudweaver - [ ʙᴜᴍʙʟᴇʙᴇᴇ » and 🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ ]
The silvery tabby fiercely licked down a stubborn tuft of fur that sticking up near her haunches. She flickered her tail and finished up grooming the rest of her fur with a soft hum. Echoriver sat up, her blue gaze flickering around camp and brightening as she spotted Brightpaw. She greeted her apprentice with a soft purr and whispered a good morning back to her. She gently rubbed her tail along Brightpaw's back in a comforting manner.
Her gaze flickered about camp, catching sight of Cloudweaver. She would have to go and speak with him soon about taking Skunkpaw and Brightpaw out together. "I will be right back," she meowed to her apprentice before pushing herself to her paws and trotting over towards the white tom.
"Hello Cloudweaver," she chimed, her blue eyes warm and friendly like usual. "I was thinking that we can take our apprentices out together today," she meowed, giving him a pointed look, "What do you think?" It would be a good idea to get Brightpaw out of camp, she would see the deaths were weighing heavily on her apprentice and it made her heart ache. Echoriver was sadden by the loss of her clanmates, she would miss their laugh and company. She would prefer mourn in private and try to keep upbeat.

magpiekit
Magpiekit let out a soft chirp as her siblings started wiggling around, but didn't move herself. They were lucky. They could shift around and not worry about crushing one of their siblings under their paws. But her stiff peace was broken when they started chatting. "Good morning," she yawned, peeking one eye open. "Speckledkit I think you're on top of my tail," she continued, her voice barely a whisper in the dawn light. Truth be told she didn't mind the huddle they'd spelt in. There was something so nice, so soft, so comforting about having her siblings there. She would be perfectly content to spend the entire day curled up in a ball, her siblings purring and flopping all over the place in their sleep.

(Current personal ideas for my kitties:
Hollypaw is an orphan, along with any siblings she may have, and she’s a rogue so I could see her being looked down upon by some cats due to this. My idea for her is that she’s closed off and secretive, and often apathetic and cold to some due to her distrust she has in others.
Tidefang and Mistfall are both recovering from the first storm, both worry about family. Tidefang experiences a possible crush on a Tom, which confuses him a bit and causes him to fear rejection because I love a good sweet homoromantic kitty kitty. Mistfall’s the classical drama queen type, overstressing everything and never truly opening up about it, instead being way to over exaggerated and selfless.
Swiftkit, I think, may want to be a medicine cat, but Cliffkit and Speckledkit get it instead which prompts some anger out of her, because I love a good sibling rivalry plot. I’m thinking she may become a Dark Forest trainee at one point, perhaps feeling so sorry for herself and having confidence issues in the first place. I love a good jealousy plot, and I could totally see that happening down the road. Especially if I pull a mean move, like making her dedicated to learning without ever openly saying it and then her siblings get picked instead.
And no, I’m not asking you make her medicine cat apprentice, I like to add and spruce some drama into relations, so I try finding things that may cause such feelings, I just happened to notice this while flicking through the joining page trying to get ideas for how I could make Swiftkit really jealous of things.
Then again, I’m planning like way ahead in advance so, whoops. I’m just probably going to go with the flow, but I wanted to get opinions on these ideas :3.)

Swiftkit
It was a constant struggle, it seemed, to catch sleep when her siblings woke up. First, she picked up the sound of Cliffkit, then Speckledkit, and finally Magpiekit. It was almost like the only one that cared for sleep was Webkit, though, it may have just been a matter of grumpiness. Though, as she cracked an eye open, she let out a soft breath of air. She tended to sleep furthest, near them still, but not in the center of the cuddling group of cats. She was, instead, more interested, it seemed, in curling into her own little ball, close enough to feel the warmth of Magpiekit’s body, but not close enough to be laid upon.
A glare was sent when she opened both eyes, glaring at her sisters and her nongendered sibling, apparently, only Webkit understood silent. ”Do none of you get the meaning of sleep?” she questioned, flicking her ears down. Ever since they became orphans, she became even colder, but not completely apathetic. She still cared, loved her siblings but it was hard for her to open up to cats, then again, it always had been. Not many cats shared looks like Speckledkit or herself, and she always viewed herself as an outsider because of it. But alas, her head went to rest on her paws, an irritable, tired look on her face.

Sunpaw
Open Interaction
Sunpaw was an early riser, not a surprising fact, not at all. He always was awake at the crack of dawn and in bed at reasonable hours. If the moon was out, he was likely to be shutting with friends or sleeping. Part of this was a narcissist viewpoint in the day, he was named for the sun, and naturally he had to be awake anytime it was out. He also had to make sure his sister didn’t get out of paw, or that some unworthy tomcat try to court his sister.
He wasn’t overprotective or anything, he just didn’t want someone to hurt her. His father, Honeytuft, surely wouldn’t want Brightoaw hurt either. So he made it his personal mission to protect Brightpaw from dangers. Yet he noted that she and Echoriver were likely busy with training, which prompted the golden tom to look for his own mentor, Batscreech, or really anyone to talk to.
