Far and long after the endeavors of Percy Jackson and his crew, Kronus’ Scythe a weapon of great power used by Kronus, Zeus, and even Luke Castellan, has been recovered by the gods and moved to a safer location in the Human World - Whittier, Alaska. The most remote town in all of the United States, it is only accessible by a 2.6 mile tunnel that closes at night. It is here where some of the strongest and most trusted Half-bloods guard this powerful relic, but one day a letter arrives to Camp Half-blood, coming from Whittier demanding help and reinforcements. A small group of the best the camp has to offer, is sent to travel from New York to Alaska per the request. When the Demigods arrive they find the town to be deserted, literally deserted I’m not making a joke about the small population. Confused, the Demigods search the town, not finding a single trace of any life, nor of Kronus’ Scythe. However, in a bunker underneath the ground where the Scythe was left, there is a note with a single word written on it. Well, not a word so much as coordinates. Coordinates that lead directly into the Alaskan Tundra.
KINTER, AENEAS BENJAMIN - 17 - Hephaestus BEN has shaggy, curly brown hair. His eyes are dark brown, almost black. He is rather tall and muscular, standing at six feet tall, weighing two hundred pounds. His forearms and biceps are large, from working in the camp's forge day, they are littered with tiny scars from. His weapon of choice is a gift he received from his father. It is a childish looking, multi colored watch. When he pulls the nob on the side and turns the hour hand, the watch transforms into a different weapon for every hour on the clock
I can make this pretty later ^^ sweetclover1

Ben Kinter // Big House
Ben peered eagerly over the shoulder of Chiron, standing on his tiptoes to read the letter in the centaur's hands. Chiron nudged the nosy teen with his elbow, pushing him back while he finished reading the note. Ben took the hint and stood back beside the others Chiron called to the Big House (the members of the roleplay basically) impatiently awaiting the supposedly big news. "I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. In fact, I am about to share something rather unsettling with you few." The centaur said, placing the letter gently on his desk with a soft sigh. "... As I told you before you got here, this pertains to the settlement in Whittier. The note it doesn't say much... but it says plenty... here, you guys read it." Chiron said, handing the note to the group of teens in front of him. Ben eagerly snatched the sheet of paper from the centaurs hand before anyone else could reach it. "Help... all it says is help? What do they need help with? Seal clubbing or something?" He said, clearly confused. Chiron shook his head incredulously. "I doubt any of you know this but... I'm sure you've all heard of Kronus' Scythe, a powerful weapon used to defeat the titan Uranus.-" "Yeah, yeah, used by the Big Three to defeat Kronus, stashed in an island near Greece, found by Luke Castellan and finally returned to Olympus a hundred or so years ago." Ben said impatiently. "Yes Ben, that's what we told you. However the Scythe wasn't returned to Olympus, instead it was taken to Whittier Alaska where some of the most noble and powerful Demi-gods were sent to guard it." Chiron said, glaring at the son of Hephaestus. "This letter surely means that the Scythe has either been stolen, or there was an attempt to steal it, either way we must help them. That is why I am sending all of you here to-" "Thanks but no thanks Chiron. I don't do well with cold wea-." Ben was abruptly stopped as a hand slapped the back of his hand. "We're not asking you idiot." Said a short man who reeked of wine, that suddenly appeared behind the group. "The Scythe is missing and we can't find it. You are going to go, no questions asked... unless you want all of Olympus as your enemy, and that include your father, Benny boy." The man sneered. Ben rolled his eyes. No way I'm getting out of this one... He thought. "Alright, Dionysus, I'll go. I'll go." Ben sighed looking at the ground dejectedly. "Good, anyone else have any questions or complaints?" Chiron asked, looking about the small, yet very promising, group before him. Ben opened his mouth as if to say something smart, but closed it, a much better idea in my opinion. God I hate the cold... I hope this doesn't turn into some dangerous quest, I just got back from one of those and I was so looking forward to some R&R...

Simon didn't know why he'd been called to the Big House. At first, he'd thought that he'd somehow had gotten into trouble, he did have the propensity to be in the wrong place at the wrong time... which had him sent up here to Chiron quite a few times in complete confusion. A few times he'd been blamed for things that he'd done, too, because there were still a few people who would rather blame the son of Hades than figure out who actually did it.
So it was safe to say that he was quite nervous when he sat there, waiting for the group to get there, then at was actually going on. He would the first to admithathe wasn't very happy to discover that he was there because Chiron wanted to tell them that something had gone missing.. because, well, that was never a good sign. If Chiron was here, talking to them about something missing, that could only mean one thing... he wanted them to go on a mission.
The dark haired boys features paled significantly as he made the connection, that he wanted them to go somewhere, to Alaska because someone had asked for help. Sure, this weapon was incredibly powerful, and if it was actually missing then this was a huge issue. What he didn't get, though, was why they were chosen. Clearly Ben didn't want to go, apparently because it was cold, but Simon had another huge issue with this.
He didn't want to go.
The last time he'd gone out on a quest it ended up with him nearly dying. After that, Simon had decided that he'd never leave the camp again, or if he did it was only for a short while (barely an hour tops) because he was too much of a monster magnet at times. He still trained- he'd heard about the boundaries breaking here before and he felt like he had to be prepared for when it happened again- and he knew that his own powers would be useful enough but why would they risk bringing in a child of the Big Three into this?
The threat of his father and the rest of Olympus hating him if he refused to go. So what? What was the worst that happened? He didn't mind a variety of areas in the Underworld and even if his father hated him it wasn't like they were particularly close anyones. He had zero intentions of going and he wanted to make sure that was known, as well, resting his chin against his knees as he looked at the two of them. The son of Hades was curled on the couch as Ben red through it, happy to take the background, before lazily raising a hand. "Yeah. I'm not going." He didn't want to risk his life again, didn't want to experience a terrifying attack like he had the last time, body tense as he looked up.
"I don't see why we specifically have to go. Why cant you just choose some people who are better fit for this quest?" He continued on, voice quiet, even if his words were ones of complaint he still spoke in that odd, soft spoken tone he usually had. Tired blue eyes drifted slowly over to Ben. "Reluctant people don't make for a successful quest."
