Dovewing, sometimes leafpool, crowfeather and nightcloud. Dare I say, even needletail to some extent. She did attempt to make up for what she did, and paid with her life. Not saying it excuses previous behavior, but I feel that effort isn’t acknowledged enough.

Twigbranch - she didn't even clan hop that much, just from the clan she was raised in, to the clan her family was in, and back to the clan she felt at most home in.
Two characters I won't mention, because I know it will entice anger in some people.
Spiderleg maybe?

Any character who has had a proper redemption arc, actually. Also, Violetshine (sometimes, at least) as well as Tree and Dovewing. The permanent queens and Leafstar too, though this was more common in the past.

It's not so much the Clan hopping that's the problem, it's just that she leaves camp so much without telling anyone that it just seems like she's done it more than twice.

Oh, I didn't know people had a beef with her because of that, I thought it was just the clan hopping thing. Well, it at least isn't a problem with me. I'm also not a fan of Twigbranch personality wise, but that's a different topic altogether. But yeah, I personally don't mind if she couldn't decided. That's understandable, considering the circumstances. It's her disobedience that I couldn't stand, and it's made even more annoying for me when she's only scolded, but never seems to learn her lesson. Just because she has good intentions doesn't make her actions any less irritating for me. I am however glad she at least asked for permission when she wanted to bring SkyClan back in The Raging Storm, so she seems to have learned her lesson at last. Better late than never, I guess.

I really do wonder what's going to happen with the codebreakers and how it's going to affect her as an individual.

I didn't even think about Firestar, I was thinking about the three, and always sneaking out of camp through the dirt tunnel, especially Lionblaze, who went out to go meet Heathertail. Was she one of the ones listed? I forgot. The only one I remember is Dovewing and Tree I think

Dovewing for wanting to be happy. There's nothing wrong with that, but apparently it's selfish. The only thing I don't agree with her actions is how she manipulated Tigerheart, but the way how quick people are for calling her out on her "crap" seems unfair to me, especially when Ivypool should learn to back off from her love life, and if people think that cats like Fireheart or Hollyleaf should back away, then Ivypool should, too.
Violetshine for attacking her sister. I understand her behavior a different times why people might dislike her, but she was under a lot of pressure from Needletail, and felt guilty for her since.
Leafpool. Some people actually want her to die or wanted Hollyleaf to kill her because of her love for Crowfeather, jfc.
Also, Tree. It's not his fault the writers didn't know how to handle him right.

It's weird, I can remember the fact that during the great journey, Brackenfur saved Marshkit from ShadowClan, from a hawk, but I can't seem to remember super important details.

I think part of it stems from the fact that Brackenfur is my absolute favorite character I'm not talking about Warriors, but in life. I know that it's harder to become a flight attendant for Delta than it is to get into Harvard - like I know all of these little facts, but bleh, I can't fold sheets for the life of me and I can barely retain formulas when it comes to math. I just completed Algebra 2 and I just barely got a B.

Dovewing.. Like it's honestly kind of pathetic how far people go with hating her

Honorable mention: Tigerheart. I don't like Tigerheart, and I don't agree with his actions in TRS, but fans give him way too much crap just because he's in a forbidden relationship. He broke the code? Look at Firestar and Bluestar. Both cats broke the code, and they turned into wonderful leaders. He's in a relationship with Dovewing? There's nothing wrong with him being happy with her. It's not selfish by any means. It just means he loves Dovewing for who she is, and personally I find that sweet of him. He's gentle, caring, and understanding when he's with her. He went after Dovewing? He was pressured by his mate, making him choose between ShadowClan and her, selfishly, and that was a hard choice for him to choose. He stayed with ShadowClan, letting her go off on her own? Well.. It's not exactly his fault that she made a dumb choice to go off while she's pregnant, and ShadowClan needed him. He's arrogant with Ivypool? Give me a break. She tried to kill his own brother in front of his own eyes. He has a good reason to hate her.
The only times I understand the hatred for Tigerheart is when he treated SkyClan like shit, giving Leafstar a hard time to stay in the territories. But he's a good father, a good mate, and a good leader. Rowanstar said it himself: You need to give him a chance. Just because he broke the code doesn't mean he's an awful toxic piece of shit by any means.
