(Sorry I was gone for so long you guys! I love this RP and I'd never let it die willingly. I needed a break as it was finals last week and I just got out onto summer break, but I'll let you all know ahead of time when I'll be off.)
Smoke wasn't sound asleep, but he was definitely asleep. The tom had been making small, distressed noises while he rested, though they abruptly stopped when Crow softly spoke. He lazily opened one of his eyes- though he already knew it was the bicolor she-cat. "Yes?" he mumbled, getting to his paws and stretching. Though he'd only been asleep for a bit, his fur was all messed up as if he'd been rolling around relentlessly.

Ophelia & Calypso | 《Kᥲιrσʂ》
Ophelia nodded only a little reluctantly in response, letting herself lean on the tom's shoulder. Not a very social molly, it felt odd for Ophelia to be touching, let alone talking to, a cat other than her sister. "Not like I have another option," she grumbled ungraciously, but truly, she was grateful for his assistance.
Calypso came back a moment later, her squirrel swinging in her jaws. "Thank you," she said to Kito, voice muffled by the animal in her mouth. She stood close to her sister as they walked, keeping a close eye on her. Ophelia was only growing more irritated with her littermate.

(They did! Thanks ) Kito | 𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓵𝔂 𝓬𝓵𝓸𝓾𝓭𝔂's Ophelia + CalypsoKito nodded, keeping the pace somewhat slow as they headed back towards camp. The tom was unsure of what they could do for Ophelia, knowing full well that none of their fellow rogues were gifted with healing. He glanced at the injured she-cat, then her sister with a reassuring smile. "How bad is it? The pain I mean-" he added, not wanting to sound dim as he already knew it looked decently bad.

She said he had no shelter from the storm," Crow meowed to the leader, her ear flicking to the side as she looked up to check the cloudy sky, then looked back down at Smoke. "I wanted to see what you thought about it." She backed away from the entrance, leaving room for the tom to slide out of the den. "Let's go check it out. Shall we?" Crow's words didn't betray her slight nervousness at the thought of an outsider entering the camp. The she-cat's tail flicked anxiously from side to side as she awaited her leader's response.

(Thanks for understanding you guys, I'll definitely be more active now that I'm on break.) Smoke looked slightly taken aback at the fact that there was an outsider inside the camp, but he trusted Crow to make good decisions. The tom nodded slowly before letting out a yawn and leaving the den, his fur still a mess. The young leader almost immediately spotted the brightly colored calico, slightly surprised he was so...not intimidating. "That's him?" the tom meowed quietly to Crow, a hint of amusement in his voice. If anything, the outsider looked more scared to be there than the rogues were of his presence.

"I believe he spoke of a magic cat that guided him here," she added, unable to recall the outsider's exact words. Crow could still hardly believe how casual the outsider had been about mentioning this "magic cat". The strange cat was friendly, but at the same time, she couldn't help but feel that something was a little off. Perhaps there was more to the story that he hadn't told her.

Smoke looked even more amused upon hearing about this 'magic cat'. He let out a sigh, wondering if he'd allowed some kind of insane outsider into his camp. However, the calico looked too frail to do much on his own. "I suppose he can stay until the storm is over, just tell Whisp to keep an eye on him. And you, get some rest," he added, shouldering Crow lightly before turning to reenter the leaders' shared den.

Ophelia & Calypso | 《Kᥲιrσʂ》
”Bad,” was all Ophelia could manage; pain was shooting through both sides of her face. The left side hurt the most; as her eye was badly scratched, but the cuts on the other side were just as deep. Her heart was still racing as they moved, mainly from the fear of losing half her eyesight, the other reason being from the shock of the attack. Ophelia hadn’t expected the rabbit to kick her in the face; she’d been hunting them all her life and never had that happen before.
Beside her, Calypso was also worried. She didn’t want her sister to lose part of her sight, either. All she could do was hope that someone would be able to help her.

The tom felt a fat raindrop land on his head, quickly turning that smile to a frown. Quickly shaking out his fur as the rain began, he wandered back to his den and curled up, shortly feeling a warm shape join him. Shadi's back, he thought happily before drifting off into a deep sleep.

Kito could smell the thick anxiety clouding the sisters, and in all honesty, he was worried too. They didn't have much they could do for her besides clean out the wound and hope her eyes still worked. The tabby nuzzled Ophelia in an attempt to comfort her, grimacing as the first raindrop fell. "Almost there," he mumbled, half to himself.

Bronco hadn't realized he'd fallen asleep, but by the time he awakened, the rain was already coming down. His pelt was nearly soaked through. Bristling with annoyance, the tom darted beneath the shelter of a ratty-looking shrub that grew nearby; it barely covered him, but it was better than nothing. The tabby tom gave himself a quick grooming, eager to be rid of the soaking rain against his pelt. A chill swept through the camp, ruffling his wet fur and sending a shiver through him. With a hiss of irritation, Bronco started toward the warriors' den, but he paused as he realized that getting the other cats' nests wet probably wasn't the best idea. The bedding would take ages to dry, and besides, he was wide awake now; the cool rain had brought him to his senses. The tom recalled the events of that day as he huddled beneath the scraggly shrub. He remembered she-cat he'd met earlier, Aki, with a reminiscent feeling. He might not ever be able to see her again, and things got lonely around the camp, he had to admit. It was nice having someone to play around with sometimes. Bronco scanned the clearing. To his surprise, everyone else seemed to be asleep; had the entire group taken an early bedtime this evening? The tom realized all of a sudden that this was the perfect opportunity to visit the she-cat he'd met earlier. Smoke's shadow was tucked peacefully in his den, and the senior cats of the camp were nowhere to be found, likely asleep as well. Without thinking a second more, Bronco slipped from beneath the shrub and pushed through the tall grasses surrounding the camp. Scenting the air just to be sure, he headed back to the spot he'd met the she-cat before. He vaguely remembered her telling him she lived near the trees, probably close to where he'd been hunting earlier; finding the she-cat wouldn't be a challenge. The tabby tom broke into a run, a cold blast of rain still showering uncomfortably down on him from above. Bronco approached a cluster of trees near a wide expanse of grass. "Aki?" he called out uncertainly. If there were rogues nearby, he hoped they didn't hear his pathetic mews. 《Kᥲιrσʂ》 (this was a lot longer than i expected it would be, whoops)

Ophelia & Calypso | 《Kᥲιrσʂ》
Ophelia tensed again at Kito’s sudden touch, but she didn’t react to it badly. It was surprisingly comforting to her at the moment, which was strange since she hardly spoke to Kito before.
The molly winced as a drop of rain suddenly hit her head. Oh great, she thought. Just what we need. Of course it would start to rain just after something bad happened to her, how cliché was that? She was hoping it was just a rain shower when a sudden flash of light illuminated her surroundings and a rumble followed almost immediately after. Next to her, Calypso groaned, and Ophelia shared her frustration.
“We’re there,” Calypso breathed in relief as she quickened her pace at the familiar sight of camp. Ophelia released the breath she hadn’t known she was holding at her sister’s voice and finally relaxed a little. Finally, she could lie down and get help.

Aki had been unable to sleep, the rain soaking her down to the bone. She was frail, her fur long but thin- she was excruciatingly cold. However, the cold was unimportant compared to the familiar voice that called out to her. Careful not to wake Raran, she crept out from her shelter and glanced around excitedly until she locked eyes with the tabby tom she'd been searching for. "Bronco!" she meowed happily, running over. Even though they'd only met that day, she'd already warmed up to him drastically. "What are you doing here?" Aki asked, ignoring the constant shivering.

The tabby nearly stumbled as the sisters unexpectedly quickened, though he managed to help Ophelia through the long grass. Kito glanced around for someone to help, but it seemed everyone had already turned in for the storm. He needed one of the leaders, they would know what to do. "One moment," he purred quietly to the two after helping Ophelia settle. He walked into the hollow the leaders shared, emerging a few moments later with Shadi. *** The bicolor she-cat looked unscathed upon seeing Ophelia's condition, maybe even determined. "What happened?" she asked softly as Kito ran off into a corner of the camp to find some wet moss.

He hadn't even considered why he wanted to come see Aki, and even now he didn't really know. Maybe this weather was getting to him. Either way, he was there with her now—at the risk of getting in trouble again, he realized, but tried to push down his thoughts; he could deal with all his problems later. Right now, he wanted to see the she-cat he'd met. "I just wanted to talk to someone," Bronco meowed, pausing his words as lightning flashed and thunder followed shortly after. The tabby tom's ear flicked nervously. "Things are boring back at my camp, and I'm already wet now." He looked over the cream-furred she-cat's shoulder. "Is that your den?" he asked, nodding toward the hollowed-out space beneath a tree nearby.

"Are you in a group too?" He couldn't help but bristle at the thought. A thought suddenly appeared in his mind, a concept he didn't want to dignify but he couldn't dismiss as a possibility. What if the she-cat was luring him into a trap? He knew all along it had been a stupid choice to come here, but his paws had carried him to the she-cat for reasons unknown. Realizing he was jumping to conclusions, the tom flattened his fur, not aware it had been bristling before. The tabby tom cleared his throat. He hadn't meant to seem aggressive. Bronco blinked. He knew he was just being stupid, but he had a right to be paranoid.

"I've been raised my whole life to be cautious," he mumbled, fiddling with his paws. "You never know with some cats…Not that I think you'd try and hurt me," he added. The she-cat silently prayed that the younger rogue wouldn't lose her sight to a mangey rabbit, knowing how awful she would feel. As Kito reappeared with some moss, she smiled wistfully and sat down in front of Ophelia. The tabby tom went farther back into the den to curl up in his nest, watching closely. "This might hurt-" she mumbled before gently pressing the soaking moss onto the wound in an attempt to clean it.

Crow's eyelids flitted open as the last remnants of a deep sleep left her. She felt refreshed and well rested, but as she lifted her head she was disappointed to see that rain was falling steadily down outside the den. Unhappy to leave her warm nest but ready to resume her life in the camp, Crow stretched and padded out into the cold rain, casting a longing look at the sheltered den behind her. She scanned the camp, searching for one of the leaders, but neither seemed to be awake except Shadi, who was across the clearing with Kito and Ophelia. Crow's whiskers twitched and her eyes widened in alarm as she saw that Shadi was pressing moss against Ophelia's eye. Was the she-cat wounded? Crow padded over anxiously. "What happened?" she asked Shadi, concern in her voice.

Bronco realized the rain had now completely soaked through his rough tabby pelt. He gave a hiss of displeasure; he hated getting wet, especially in cool weather like this. "There has to be someplace we could go," he meowed, trying to think of places they could shelter, but in most of the places that popped into his head, they were sure to get caught. Bronco hadn't considered leaving the territory before, but if he wanted to keep in contact with the she-cat, perhaps that was a must—unless he could magically come up with a hiding place. "Let's just get out of this rain," the brown tabby grunted, heading toward a tree with thicker leaves that would probably serve as better shelter than the scragglier tree they were currently under. Fat raindrops still dripped down from above, but less frequently now, and it was better than nothing.
