Something that might help with the legs is to not have the feet pointing towards each other's directions. People don't really stand like that (unless you're going for exaggerated nervousness which doesn't seem to be the case here) so it might help look less awkward

Do you have a full body mirror? If you haven't already, I'd suggest standing in front of it and doing the pose again and again and tweaking the sketch from what you notice. I tried it a few times (and seriously concerned my dog lmaoo) and one thing I would try is to turn her right foot towards the camera and have the other foot pointing directly ahead.

!! That's looking a lot more balanced that then other two poses. I'd say make the feet a little longer and that'll be fine for the legs! o:
